Just after Recess village, take R344 at crossroads, signposted Letterfrack, At the end of the R344, turn left on N59 towards Letterfrack. At Letterfrack, turn right at crossroads as far as Tullycross village. At the church, turn right and follow the L5102 until you see a sign for Ocean Lodge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Super ubytovanie ak hľadáte kľud a nádhernú prírodu. Skvelé vybavené izby so všetkých čo k pobytu potrebujete. Veľmi chutné, bohaté raňajky so skvelou kávou. Do najbližšej dediny Tully Cross je to 15-20 minút chôdze.

El poble més proper no té super però amb el cotxe aviat trobes un altre poble amb super. Esmorzar molt bo i amb unes vistes espectaculars.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Een hele nette en mooie B&B, wat een geweldige locatie, hoewel al onze B&B's in Ierland goed waren, verdient deze toch echt wel de hoofdprijs! Een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze kamer met eigen badkamer. Een ook tijdens het ontbijt hadden we een mooi uitzicht over het water. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, met ruime keus. De gastvrouw en heer waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit de accomodatie kan je een mooie wandeling maken naar Mullaghglass beach. In het nabij gelegen plaatsje Tully Cross zijn een paar pubs waar je goed kan eten of anders iets verder rijden naar het dorp Letterfrack. Het Connemara National Park is op 10 min. afstand rijden, daar kan je een prachtige hike doen naar Diamond Hill. Ook Kylemore Abbey is om de hoek, waar je minimaal een halve dag voor uit moet trekken.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Monica is an exceptional host—kind, welcoming, helpful, and very organized. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!

Le petit dej. est savoureux et varié, servi dès 8h00 (très pratique) et nous avions la chance d’être à la table face à l’océan. Notre chambre n° 1 (et sa SdB) est vaste, ouverte sur sa terrasse et au delà, sur le jardin. Très calme - excellente literie. Le plateau bouilloire et le frigo dans la chambre sont très appréciables. L’accès permanent à la salle à manger et au salon rend le séjour très agréable. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et parcouru la région de Conamara. Restaurants sympas à 10 min. en voiture (à Lettertrack)

Petit déjeuner copieux dans une jolie salle avec vue sur la mer 😘 Si vous suivez l itinéraire booking, ne pas tourner à droite tout à la fin, mais continuez à descendre qqes mètres. Le panneau est sur la droite. On y serait volontiers restés plus longtemps. On recommamde Veldons seafarer à Letterfrack : super resto et musique.

La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stato il piccolo salottino interno alla camera, con porta finestra che si affaccia su un piccolo patio con vista sull'enorme giardino. Che dire poi la colazione ottima, servita nel salotto/veranda con vista giardino e...oceano!

I was taken aback by the host, after a very long day travelling on the motorcycle’s, on arrival, the host asked if o was Stephen and said are you paying now or in the morning, not any welcoming pleasantries. I did wonder if this is because we were bikers.

Volendo cercare un difetto andrebbero sistemate le serrature difettose e le maniglie delle porte e finestre che non funzionano benissimo, ma niente di rilevante.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Cette location vaut bien le détour car tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable et confortable. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et l'emplacement près de la mer est fabuleux. Le petit déjeuner concocté par l'hôtesse de maison est un vrai délice. C'est une bonne adresse quand on visite le Connemara et tout près de l'abbaye de Kylmore.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Das Haus lag sehr nahe am Atlantik. Das Zimmer hatte eine Terassentür mit Zugang zum Garten und Sitzplatz mit Meerblick. Man konnte zu Fuss ans Meer gehen, es war allerdings kein Badestrand. Ein kleiner Ort mit zwei Pubs war nur ca. 25 min zu Fuß entfernt.
