The ower was very friendly, the accomodation very clean and parking was easy as well. We would love to come back in the future.

The owners of the property were really kind and understanding people. I remember leaving the room without my key and they were happy to open the door for me.

I'd love if the provided trash bin lid could be closed. I have microwaveable meal during the stay, so leaving the package in the bin left the room somewhat smelly.

The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.

I couldn't get hot water feom the sink in the morning. The shower was great though

Really nice b&b. We stayed in room 6 it was very spacious, clean and decorated well. We had everything we needed for a nights stay. I was extremely surprised at how quiet the area was. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts seemed very kind. There isn't a lot of interaction with the hosts, which I actually prefer. It’s very reasonably priced for what you get! I would recommend

My only suggestion would be in the room, to just have a note to say which areas of the property are communal use for guests. I didn’t want to presume and wander somewhere I wasn’t meant to be :)

Feather pillows/covers- the option to have a non feather pillow and cover would’ve been great due to allergies.

Second stay here with my mum. Two rooms (2 and 5)both excellent again. Addition of a comprehensive continental breakfast very nice touch. Lovely back garden to enjoy a coffee. Great service and competitive price. Recommended.

Lovely welcome after long drive. Fan was welcomed due to extreme hot weather.. Microwave in communal area. Rooms spacious. Off street parking is why I booked this property. Free continental breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Found removing shoes at front door & wearing slippers on polished floors given very difficult being disabled. I would have taken my own if known before visit.maybe mention it on page.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the landlord asked for shoes to be removed - a sign of cleanliness. The necessary features were present of TV, kettle and fridge. And the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was not well ventilated, leaving a damp musky smell. The standing fan was inadequate for cooling the room in the hot weather. I am not a fan of the wooden shutters as if you open, then there is no privacy.

To czego dokonali najemcy przechodzi poza granicę przyzwoitości, przez newry i stres ktory wywolali na mnie nie moglam odpocząć. Pomimo uiszczonej płatności próbowali wywarzyc drzwi w nocy, na szczęście wszystko nagrałam i sparawa będzie zgłoszona do prokuratury oraz wniose pozew do sądu. Jestem w 6 miesiącu ciąży I to czego doświadczyłam nie powinno mieć miejsca. Kody do lokalu przesłane dopiero po 18 SKANDAL. Naprawdę nie polecam

Ponadto Została naruszona moją nietykalność cielesna, byłam nękana slownie przez parę godzin. Widocznie takie standardy obsługi panują w rejonie skąd Ci Państwo pochodzą. Wynajmujacy Mieszkają w domu... czuć presję kontroli i brak wolności. Naprawdę nie polecam. Tym bardziej że całe zajście miało miejsce od około 22.30 - 00:30. Próbowano wywarzyc drzwi do mojego pokoju. Wiem też że najemcy wchodzą do pokoju podczas nieobecności lokatorów-UWAŻAJCIE !!! Dopilnuje by zostaly wyciągnięte konsekwencje karne i cywilne za uporczywe nekanie etc. Na całe szczęście wszystko nagrałam.

It was clean and comfortable and peaceful. We were in the garden annexe and the garden was beautiful. There were also opportunities to sit outside and enjoy the garden.

The owner was Friendly and smilly. The house and facilities were immaculate. It was quiet with off street parking. The showers had great pressure. Clear instruction for wifi and contact details left in obvious location

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very good.

There's was no heating in the bedroom and it was cold despite being early June. Our room wasn't in the main house but in a garden room, with lots choices coming from the adjacent room at 11pm. We thought breakfast was included but were told it wasn't. The owner could then have offered it for £5 each, but didn't. Once in the room it was impersonal - no further contact with anyone.

It was a very pleasant stay at Kato London Haus. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, which made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The amenities and the complimentary tea were a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. We would love to come back and stay here again. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to both the tube and tram. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Quiet, very clean, and comfortable, the hosts were unobtrusive but there if needed. I have no complaints.

Clean, looked recently renovated. No noise in the area because it’s located on a quiet residential street. About 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway with no traffic otherwise can take 20-30 minutes driving.

There’s no iron so factor that in when you pack. The parking available is off street parking.

Location good. Very nice room. Clean and comfortable

Room was warm with space to sit without sitting on the bed. I liked the way the room was set out with space around the bed, plenty of plug sockets and fridge available. There was also a microwave and toaster available for use. Great shower and wifi worked without any issues. This was my third visit and I am just as happy now as when I first stayed here. Great wardrobe space - so no issues.

No real major issues , just some areas that could be improved upon from my point of view. The light in the room was a little dim for me to work with at night,could do with stronger light bulbs. Fridge was on the floor in my room which meant a lot of bending down - maybe better on a small table - it would not take up any more room and even give some extra storage under the table. Nothing really major and I am not moaning at all.

Great communication from host & very welcoming. Took time to explain the available facilities. Location ideal as visiting Wimbledon. Property located on a quiet side street. Disabled parking bay just outside house & parking on property if needed. Fantastic powerful shower in the room we had. Exceptional clean. Highly recommend. Shame they no longer offer some kind of breakfast. I would happily return / rebook.

The property was very clean, warm and cosy, the are CCTV at the property and plenty of parking spaces and the landlord is very friendly and warm welcome.

The only thing l did like about the rooms the beds are small double to very comfortable for two people. They need to change beds to double beds. Small double is ok if you one person is on the bed.
