Le personnel était gentil. La superbe piscine.

Toilettes sales, poubelle a côté également. Mur de chambre avec des tâches, Poignée de porte d entrée presque démontée. Salle de bain ouverte sur l extérieur, pas de clés pour fermer la porte la nuit. Tache sur la couverture du lit. Villas vieillissantes pas rénovées depuis des années. Aujourd'hui je vois que nombreux commentaires datent.

L'emplacement au milieu des rizières. La piscine a débordement. La grande chambre. Un verre d'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.

L établissement a du charme, beaucoup de végétation, piscine a débordement tres jolie, au calme, petits dej bien et personnel tres gentil, tres grande chambre et sdb

Connections wifi dans le bungalow num 8 pas terrible, odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain, on a trouvé pleins de mouchoirs usagés dans le tiroir de la table de chevet, cet emplacement est situé tout près d un parking scooter et d une rivière donc du bruit, prévoir boule quies!!

La struttura ha molto potenziale le camere sono carine con una bella vista. Il ristorante propone una buona cucina e lo staff si è dimostrato eccezionale.

Il nostro caso la prima camera assegnato ci aveva un problema al wc cosicché siamo stati trasferiti in una seconda stanza dove abbiamo trovato un problema con insetti così che lo staff ci ha proposto una terza camera. La struttura ha molto potenziale, ma manca una cura nei dettagli e nella pulizia che farebbero una grossa differenza.

Le calme, petit déjeuner très bon, personnel très souriant.

La chambre mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, nettoyage a revoir. Je ne sais pas si c'est propre a l'hôtel mais literie fort humide. Difficile de dormir la nuit sur des draps ainsi. La douche compliqué a trouvé l'eau chaude.

Une pépite! Quelques bungalows autour d'une petite piscine à débordement, avec une vue +++ Mention coup de cœur pour les garçons du restaurant qui sont adorables. Très paisible et relaxant

Zwembad en midden in de natuur! Ook fijne en lieve personeelsleden en ontbijt goed!

Veel mieren in onze kamer (voor al s’nachts) en geen klamboe. Mieren logisch in natuurgebied, maar hadden ze wel iets aan kunnen doen.

Although I just stayed for 1 night, I absolutely loved my time at Arta Nadi Villa. The view is breathtaking and while enjoying that you can swim in a well maintained pool. My room was super comfortable with everything I could have possibly needed. The food in the onsite restaurant was amazing! A great selection of local dishes such as western classics, all prepared fresh from scratch. The staff was super friendly and helpful which made my time really enjoyable.

La piscina Infinity y las vistas

La limpieza. Es el hotel más sucio en el que he estado en mi vida. Estaba la habitación llena de grupos de hormigas comiéndose otros bichos, por todos lados. Encima de la cama, baño etc. El colchón y las sábanas llenos de manchas.

L’emplacement central était top, le personnel adorable et la vue exceptionnelle. Et très abordable.

Was soms wat moeizaam om activiteiten met receptie te regelen. Lukte altijd wel maar kostte vrij veel tijd.

La piscine à débordement avec la vue sur les monts environnants, les massages dans la lodge sur place

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. L'emplacement est parfait proche de tous les restaurants, saunas et massages. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, la piscine très appréciable après une journée de marche.

Notre chambre était très humide, une odeur désagréable tout au long du séjour (moisissure), un bon rafraîchissement serait à prévoir

Très bon emplacement, vue magnifique, petit déjeuner très bien, literie confortable

Pas de nettoyage quotidien sauf si on le demande, il y a eu beaucoup de pluie pendant notre séjour, la salle de bain (qui est à l’extérieur) était donc trempé + sale, on a donc demandé un nettoyage mais rien n’a été fait (juste un coup de serpillère à moitié dans la chambre). Beaucoup de saleté également sous le lit et derrière les meubles (araignée, poussière, nourriture, insectes morts…), nettoyage uniquement superficiel, dommage :(

Wij vonden het een fijn verblijf. Wij zaten bovenaan in de junior suite en het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon over de rijstterrassen was prachtig! Met een scooter kun je prachtig rondtoeren en kun je alle kanten op. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zouden zo weer terug komen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arta Nadi Villa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness, and throughout our stay the staff remained incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortabel and surrounded by a truly beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool is lovely and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. There are a few small details that could make the experience even better. A small hand towel in the bathroom and a shelf or table to place toiletries would be very practical. We also noticed that the pool could use a little more attention regarding cleanliness, as there were some used bandages and debris on the bottom. The breakfast was good, although fairly simple. The outstanding hospitality of the staff more than made up for that. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Arta Nadi Villa. With a few small upgrades and some extra attention to maintenance and hygiene, this beautiful place has the potential to become an even more exceptional destination.

La porta d’ingresso era difettosa, non si chiudeva, nonostante ciò lo staff si è assicurato della nostra sicurezza.

Nos alojamos en la planta superior, tuvimos una terraza con una maravillosa vistas para despertarnos cada día.

Struttura meravigliosa in mezzo alla natura, alle risaie, la piscina è stupenda, la colazione super. Consigliatissimo!

Heerlijke plek met leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Kamers zijn schoon en is het ontbijt goed. Ook is het heerlijk rustig wanneer je de druktes van de andere stadjes wilt ontvluchten

Qua bed is het iets minder. Je voelt de vering goed zitten en was het dekbed te klein voor het bed. Maar prima voor een paar nachten.

The pool was a little cloudy

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, the pool is great, and the view from our room on an upper floor was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Overall, a great hotel and we would gladly stay here again.

The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was amazing. The pool area was very nice, and the food was excellent. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, the room did not match the photos shown when I booked. The room had holes and humidity damage on the walls, and a large number of insects, which appeared to be termites, started coming out of the walls continuously. The solution was simply to cover the holes with tape, which was not an acceptable solution for a villa at this price. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. The wooden furniture underneath was damp and rotten, and the towels smelled musty and humid, so I did not feel comfortable using them. Some tiles around the property were loose and damaged. Although I understand that Sidemen is a mountain area where insects are common, guests still expect proper maintenance, hygiene, and accommodation conditions that match the advertised photos. The hotel refunded 50% of the room cost after I raised these concerns, which I appreciated.

Heerlijke locatie om Sidemen te ontdekken. Vanuit het hotel worden diverse trips aangeboden. Vanuit het zwembad kijk je over de rijstvelden heen. Er zijn vele restaurants in de buurt.

Les chambres sont extrêmement vieillissantes. La nôtre était celle tout en bas, une vue sur un mur et passage de rivière extrêmement bruyant. Il manquait un spot au plafond laissant place à un trou et les murs sont très abîmés. Nous avons écourté notre séjour.

Pool was located amazingly in the nature, and the food was really good!

The sheets did not stay on the mattress so it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping, as the mattress kept showing..

Tout était très bien ! L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une vue sublime sur les rizières et une super piscine. Le personnel est à l’ecoute et aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement !

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sidemen. The hotel is surrounded by rice fields and offers stunning views of nature. The room was comfortable, clean and peaceful. I especially loved spending time by the pool looking at the hills. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm and authentic. It was the perfect place to slow down, read, think and enjoy the beauty of Bali. I also appreciated the opportunity to discover local life and culture around Sidemen through cooking class and guided walk. If you are looking for nightlife and many activities, this may not be the right place. But if you are looking for peace, beautiful scenery and a Balinese atmosphere, I recommend it.

Chambre spacieuse, hôtes d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les repas sont également délicieux ! La piscine de l'établissement est également très propre, avec quelques transats à disposition.
