Die Lage zum Flughafen

Wir waren nur für ein paar Stunden im Elips Royal Hotel & Spa, da wir vor unserem Flug einen kurzen Zwischenstopp hatten. Leider hat uns das Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war wirklich nicht akzeptabel. Die Kissen hatten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und auch allgemein machte das Zimmer keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Besonders schlimm fanden wir die verschmutzten bzw. teilweise schimmelartig aussehenden Stellen, die auf den beigefügten Fotos deutlich zu sehen sind. Auch Gegenstände und Ablageflächen wirkten nicht richtig gereinigt. Gerade bei einem Hotel, das als 4-Sterne-Hotel angeboten wird, erwarten wir einen deutlich höheren Standard bei Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Selbst für einen Aufenthalt von nur wenigen Stunden haben wir uns hier nicht wohlgefühlt. Für uns leider keine Empfehlung.

Nous étions un famille avec 4 personnes et la chambre était petite et les équipements un peu vieux.

Très beau accueil, les personnel de l'établissement sont très aimable et sympathique, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses .....!!! Vous avez une piscine avec un hammam,un sauna et tous ce qui faut pour se détendre gratuitement.....!!! Petit déjeuner classique mais juste ce qui faut pour bien manger ....!!!! Des taxis sont mis à disposition pour ce déplacé en moins de deux minutes....!!! Hôtel très calme loin de l'agitation de la grande ville pour pouvoir bien dormir.....!!! Rapport qualité-prix imbattable, franchement je vous le recommande sincèrement 👍👍👍

Le seul petit bémol mais ça reste mon avis propre et personnel, le petit déjeuner manque un peut de nouveauté au quotidien,sinon très bon petit déjeuner

Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer (201) kann ich nur empfehlen. Habe ursprünglich 2 Nächte gebucht und bin tatsächlich 10Tage geblieben. Spricht für sich. Kann ich ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Otel personelinden çok memnun olarak ayrıldık. İstisnasız hepsi işini çok severek yapıyorlar ve bu bizlere yansıyor. İşini seven insanlarla muhatab olmak güzel bir duygu. Otel çok merkezi. Bizler sadece tatil değil, şehir merkezinde işimiz olduğu için süper bir tercih oldu.

SPA katı acilen bakıma girmeli. Duş hortumu delinmiş. Fayans be bazı bölümlerde ki hasarlar düzeltilmemiş. Birde bakım esnasında duvarı kim boyadıysa boyanın bir kısmınıda yerlere Havuz eteafında ki Mermerlere bulaştırmış. Bence o usta kimse başka iş yapsın ama boya yapmasın😀

Dans l’ensemble ce fut un très mauvais séjour cependant il y avait quelques petites choses bien comme : - la femme de ménage qui était super agréable - certains membres du personnel, super gentil - les lit en eux eux-mêmes étaient confort

Soyons honnête pour toutes les personnes que je vais vue mettre des commentaires agréables ce n’est pas du tout le cas !!!! cela n’est en aucun établissement 4 étoiles mais plutôt 2 voire 1 : - chambre extrêmement petite pour une chambre qui peut accueillir quatre personnes - odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain - il y a des insectes dans la salle de bain - petit déjeuner remplie d’huile sur pratiquement tout fruits avec aucun goût d’ailleurs c’est de même pour le café et le chocolat avec un fort gout d’eau - un seul ascenseur pour toute un hôtel je vous laisse imaginer - aucune intimité dans les chambres on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres des autres - isolation médiocre on entend tout ce qu’il y a dehors - piscine dégueulasse odeur de renfermé transat abîmées ( ma sœur faisait des longueurs dans la piscine en s’amusant on lui a demandé d’arrêter c’est une enfant !!) - les draps n’ont pas été changé pendant nos 10 jours ils étaient juste replier

Wir wurden von Eser sehr herzlich empfangen. Er war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war, wie liebevoll und höflich er auch mit unseren Kindern umgegangen ist. Er hat uns Tee angeboten und sich auch am nächsten Tag immer wieder erkundigt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Vielen Dank, Eser, für deine tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns bei dir sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Elips Royal Hotel’de Çok Güzel Bir Konaklama Elips Royal Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle personelin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve misafirperverliği bizleri çok mutlu etti. Sabah kahvaltımızı hazırlayan arkadaşlara ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum; kahvaltımızı büyük bir özenle ve çok güzel hazırladılar. Kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettik. Özellikle servis görevlisi Ersin’in hakkını da ayrıca teslim etmek gerekiyor. Kendisi çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve işini severek yapan bir arkadaş. Her konuda yardımcı olması ve samimi yaklaşımı sayesinde konaklamamız çok daha güzel geçti. Ersin’e buradan ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz, gerçekten emeğine sağlık. Hamam ve havuzun temizliği de bizim için çok önemliydi ve bu konuda da otelden çok memnun kaldık. Yataklar ve odalar da oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Kısacası temizlik, hizmet, ilgi ve güler yüz açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel. Başta tüm çalışanlar olmak üzere, özellikle kahvaltı ekibine ve Ersin’e emekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. 🙏❤️

Very friendly staff good service and good location

The room was spacious. The AC was good in hot weather. There were multiple restaurants around but the location was out of pickup area for most of the day-tour companies. Should not be rated as a 4 star on Booking.com. Should be 3 star. The breakfast had variety. Hotel manager Harun was good.

Many of the staff did not understand english creating a communication barrier. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days even after multiple request.. All facilities were much worse than shown in pictures. Would not recommend or come back. They have a false claim of being rated as 8.4 in booking.com whereas they have a current rating of 7.5. And with their deteriorating service, this will go further down in future.

Frühstück war gut

Habe nach dem Wlan gefragt. Es kam eine unnötige Reaktion des Personals. Und das obwohl ich ein paar Minuten zuvor beim CheckIn und bei der Bezahlung ein angemessenes Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Also der Umgang war nicht zu empfehlen.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité du petit déjeuner (varié et copieux) et celle du spa en sous sol avec sauna, hamamélis et bain turc en libre service. Gentillesse aussi de certaines personnes au petit déjeuner.

Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas du tout pour un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont vraiment vétuste, meubles et portes abîmés. Les lits les uns sur les autres et surtout odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Bref des prestations contrastées qui font qu'on recommande pas forcément cet établissement.

Wir durften das checkout bis 13 Uhr verlängern, da wir sehr spät angekommen sind, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Vooral het personeel; zowel aan de balie (Asuman abla) en ook de man die met de koffers hielp (Eser bey) waren zeer behulpzaam! Bedankt!

Очень вежливый персонал, особенно Eser🤗 хороший Бассейн и в целом spa centre) В номере было чисто, шампуни и гели для душа с приятным запахом что для меня очень важно! Завтраки довольно хорошие а самое главное что посуда чистая, не как в некоторых отелях)...

They had a staff member named Mr. Eser who was incredibly helpful and respectful; he did everything he could to assist us. He mostly worked during the day, but at night, another man would replace him. I don’t know his name, but he was older than Mr. Eser and had a very unpleasant attitude. He treated us as if we were staying at the hotel for free and completely lacked professionalism. ​Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but as for the family room, the space is quite small and definitely too cramped for a four-bed room.

Ik heb een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gastvrij, in het bijzonder de heer Eser, die ons uitstekend heeft geholpen. De locatie van het hotel is ideaal. De aangeboden versnaperingen waren een leuke attentie. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, gevarieerd en heerlijk. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar wel schoon en goed onderhouden. Het hotel heeft mijn verwachtingen ruimschoots overtroffen. Als ik weer naar Antalya kom, zal ik zonder twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen.

Ogólnie dość czysto w pokojach, na wystarczającym poziomie, dość dobra lokalizacja, niektóre osoby z obsługi przyjemne i miłe

Niektóre osoby z obsługi, były mało przyjemne, czystość na SPA pozostawia wiele do życzenia (np. kratki odpływowe wokół basenu, prysznic przy basenie), wysłużenie gdzieniegdzie miejsc w hotelu (np. sauna parowa, odpadające płytki itp., drabinka do wejścia do basenu, która cała latała i bylo wrażenie, że zaraz odpadnie i wpadnie się razem z nią do wody), dość monotonne i raczej skromne śniadania, których składniki w niektóre dni według mnie nie do końca były świeże (np. obeschnięta na rogach wędlina, która raczej była "wczorajsza"). Zawyżone ceny wycieczek (np. Telerifik Olympos zaproponowali mi 100 eur/osobę, gdzie w biurze podróży za to samo 64EUR/osoba)

Не работал выключатель Do Not Disturb, из-за чего пришлось уборку постоянно вручную просить.

The personnel is very polite and professional. I would like to highlight the man who met us at the reception, his name is ESER, very good and professional employee. He speaks in several languages including Russian. He and his staff were doing everything in a just second to please not only us but the other guests as well. Thank you Eser bey for your hospitality.

we received a room with a lovely view, it was clean and spacious with a huge bathroom. we had booked a honeymoon suite. the staff was polite and ready to help always unlike other experiences ive had in turkey. there was a nice breakfast buffet and some days even a dinner. it is close enough to the city, that you can reach the center within 8-10 minutes with a taxi. we came for a chill time and didnt care much for the hotel but enjoyed the stay nevertheless as the service was so nice. the managers name is Eser Levent and he was there and available most of the time, for any questions.

Reception was highly promoting the spa and its opening hours, the spa had other ideas regarding opening hours and accessibility
