スタッフが丁寧で、親切かつ誠実で信頼ができた。 チェックアウトが朝４時台だったが、依頼していたタクシーが時間に来るかどうかをずっと気にかけてくださった。ここからは推測も入るが、そのタクシーが時間に来なかったため、走っているタクシーを捕まえて空港までの値段の確認もしていただき、無事空港まで行けた。 またバンコクに行くならこのホテルに泊まりたい。

الإيجابيات: طاقم العمل والخدمة: الاستقبال ممتاز والخدمة سريعة وراقية. طاقم العمل ودود جداً، بشوش، وحريص على تقديم أفضل خدمة للنزيل. الموقع والقيمة: السعر مناسب ومنافس جداً مقارنة بمستوى المكان والخدمات. الموقع استراتيجي وحيوي في "شارع العرب"، حيث تتوفر بالقرب منك جميع الخدمات كالمطاعم، الصيدليات، محلات العود، وغيرها. الهدوء والمرافق العامة: بهو الفندق واسع ويوفر جلسات مريحة. الفندق يتميز بالهدوء التام والطمأنينة، ولا يوجد أي إزعاج من الشارع (عن تجربة في الطابق الرابع - غرفة 413). مواصفات الغرفة: حجمها مناسب ومريح لشخصين. الإضاءة مدروسة ومريحة للعين (ليست خافتة ولا قوية مزعجة). الغرفة متكاملة ومجهزة بكل ما يحتاجه النزيل (ثلاجة، غلاية ماء، أكواب، شاي وقهوة، بالإضافة إلى طاولة وكرسي). خدمة التنظيف يومية وممتازة. دورة المياه: نظيفة ومريحة، ضغط الماء فيها عالٍ، ويتوفر الماء الساخن بشكل دائم. ملاحظات ونصائح تهم المسافر العربي: الإفطار في الفندق (تقييمه متوسط): وقته مناسب (من 8 إلى 11 صباحاً)، لكن الأكلات العربية فيه ليست بذلك التنوع (تقتصر غالباً على الفول والفاصوليا وبعض الكرواسون). بدائل ممتازة للإفطار: لمن يبحث عن فطور عربي أصيل ومتنوع، توجد مطاعم قريبة مثل المجلس اليمني وأرابيسك فتح أبوابها في الصباح الباكر (حوالي الثامنة أو التاسعة صباحاً)، وتقدم تشكيلات جميلة جداً من المأكولات العربية وتعتبر خياراً رائعاً. اتجاه القبلة: لا توجد علامة لتحديد اتجاه القبلة في الغرفة، لذا يُنصح بتنزيل تطبيق مخصص لذلك على الهاتف. مستلزمات الصلاة: الفندق لا يوفر سجادة صلاة أو مصحف، لذا يُفضل إحضارها معك (تتوفر خزنة آمنة في الغرفة يمكن حفظ المصحف والمقتنيات الخاصة بها تكريماً له).

الفندق جميل من الديكور الى الموقع ونظيف وهادئ ، طاقم العمل من الاستقبال الى خدمة الغرف رائع ومحترم جداً ، ومبتسمين كعادة الشعب التايلاندي الرائع ، كانت اقامة مميزه وسوف تتكرر في زيارتي القادمة الى بانكوك

فقط ملاحظة بسيطة السرير قاسي نوعا ما اتمنى ان يقومون باستبداله بنوع مريح اكثر للنوم وايضا التكييف لم استطيع اغلاقه فقط التحكم في درجة الحرارة عدا ذلك كل شي ممتاز

التميز في هذا الفندق في بانكوك هو فندق ساره فندق كلاسيك من طابع عراقي فندق اربع نجوم ولكن بالمعنى بالاث التقليدي ممتاز جدا والنظافه والفخامه في قلب شارع العرب في بانكوك شارع نانا واشكر كل من قدم لنا خدمه في هذا الفندق الجميل واتمنى ان تتدرب هذا الفندق من الطابع الراقي والكلاسيكي

One of my rooms was blocked with a wall so there is no sunlight comes inside the room. The other rooms was very good

رحلتي كانت على جزئين الجرء الأول انقضى من 31 يوليه الى 7 اغسطس الفندق جميل نظيف قريب من شارع العرب مراكز تسوق مطاعم التعامل اكثر من راقي الاستقبال العاملين النظافة كل شيء كان رائع احببت المكان اعتقد انه سيكون عنواني في بانكوك My trip was in two parts, the first day passed from July 31 to August 7 The hotel is beautiful, clean, close to Arab Street, shopping centers, restaurants, dealing more than the high-end reception, the staff, cleanliness, everything was wonderful, I loved the place If I come back again, I will stay in it.

Beautiful place. Tastefully decorated. Has soul and is incredibly clean and well managed. Every element is so well thought out and provided. The staff are the sweetest and most helpful we have ever experienced. The room was incredibly comfortable, breakfast and coffee excellent. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice boutique hotel with super friendly staff. Family run environment. Nice breakfast. Strong victorian Antique theme. Good size as i selected deluxe room. Very close proximity(next) to bumrungrad hospital and lots of arabian and bangladeshi cuisine

Price could've been 20% less as its a boutique not offering pool jacuzzi sauna gym etc.

المكان قريب من شارع العرب والخدمات والمطاعم وموقف سيارات الاجره التوكتوك ولكن احذروا من زيادة الاسعار الفطور ممتاز وخياراته تفي بالغرض والعاملون رائعون ويتسارعون لتقديم اي خدمه المكان هادئ وأمان مناسب للعوائل

الاثاث قديم ولكن وضعه كويس ونظيف يوجد في عتبات درج داخل الدور الواحد ولكن لاتعيب السكن تاكدوا من الاطلاله اكثر الغرف على بنايات ولكن افضل للنوم

Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes, kleineres Hotel mit Charme und Herz. Richtig tolles Personal, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Leckeres Frühstück, große, geräumige Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Vor unserem Fenster war eine Wand. Das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, weil wir tagsüber wenig im Zimmer waren und sonst das Hotel unseren Wünschen entsprochen hat. Wer aber freie Sicht Haben will, muss das Zimmer auf höheren Etagen buchen.

The aesthetic decor of the hotel, especially at the lobby. All the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is very good and it's halal.

Air Conditioner can not be turned off. All you can do is just adjust the temperature.

Absolutely old school and I love the way the upkeep it. My go to property while in Bangkok !

Maybe the entry area and lobby to the lift area can be widened a bit

I booked Sara’s Hotel based on its proximity to Bumrungrad Hospital. The moment I walked in, I was impressed with the decor…it’s a beautifully decorated hotel! The staff could not have been more kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable! Having breakfast included, really helped me to start my day in a good mood…and the fresh made-to-order omelettes were great! The hotel is on a very busy road, but I didn’t hear any noise from the outside world. I really enjoyed my stay here, and will always choose this hotel for my appointments at Bumrungrad. Thank you to the lovely staff at Sara’s!

Really liked this place — the small team of staff made it feel warm and homely, and they were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. The décor was beautiful, and it’s close to Bumrungrad Hospital, which is really convenient for patients and their families.

It's staff decor cleanliness location

Breakfast is exceptinal. Retro victorian deco is adorable and staff very sweet.

Location is close to everything but i have never liked soi 3 and this reconfirmed my opinion. Its one way so traffic is fast and loud. Famous soi 3 street scamming and repressed street life doesnt feel like thailand at all.

A wonderful hotel with magnificent antique furniture. Beautiful fresh orchids. Kind and helpful front desk staff. So quiet. Very tasty breakfast. I would highly recommend and will stay at Sara’s Hotel next time I travel to Bangkok

La struttura è in ottima posizione (vicina alle stazioni che collegano con tutto il resto della città) e in ottime condizioni. Il personale, presente h24, è stato disponibile e gentile. Colazione inclusa buona e varia, pulizia della camera quotidiana con due bottigliette d’acqua in omaggio. Letto grande e comodo. Lo consiglierei per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Bangkok

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, terrific design and interiors

Very cozy hotel with local design interior. Every corner of the hotel is unique and very appealing. Looks like a museum. We loved the hotel. The saff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very tasty and offered all variations from local to European style. The hotel is not far from the Metro stations and even from walkable distance from the major malls on Sumkhuvit (if it's not too hot, you can walk there). Nearby there's 7 Eleven, Money exchange and a hospital for any unforeseen emergencies. Although the hotel is on busy steet, our room was very quiet. The big plus is the room and restroom were spacious and had many places to store our stuff (the big plus).

The only thing that we found discomforting was a bed. The mattress was a bit hard for us, but other while we get used to it. In other hotels, in Thailand, we had same issue, I guess hard mattresses just preferred in Thailand.

Location - it is amazing. Just a 3 min walk from the Sukhumvit main road. Not more that 15 mins from most of the city's shopping and about 20-30 mins from the tourist spots Room and Hotel - perfect. Quiet room, amazing breakfast, and the staff are so helpful. The hotel is adorned with such lovely artefacts, chairs, paintings, etc that it's like a tour in itself

The hotel is really good value for money for the location. The staff are very helpful and hospitable. Although we were really close to Nana Plaza, there was no noise or disturbances. The breakfast area is beautiful and the food was unexpectedly delicious. I'd definitely chose to stay here again.

The location is prime so if you're taking a taxi, there's a lot of travel time due to one-ways. the BTS stop is an 11 min walk.

great staff, they take an effort to know the guests to ensure any visitors get the most out of their experience, the rooms are as described, nothing less and the breakfast is some of the best I've had in hotels anywhere, they even pack the leftovers and keep em in the lobby for the guests to snack on later in the day which is a great touch to add to the experience and reduce wastage.

The quirkiness of the room styles and architecture. The staff, breakfast in the coffee shop each morning was great.

Sara’s is located in Sukhumvit rd in Nana. This is really the Middle East area. Plenty of Yemeni, Egyptian and Turkish restaurants. It is loud and busy. The best Thai food and gardens are a short and cheap taxi ride away, also very walkable.

WiFi in my room was spotty.
