Wir waren eine Großfamilie und selbst die Apartments mit nur einem Schlafzimmer verfügten über ein getrennt begehbaren Wohnzimmer, in dem wieder zwei Personen nächtigen können. Bad und WC sind separat. Nur dass man durch das Wohnzimmer muss, um zur Küche zu gelangen, aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört. Toll wäre es noch gewesen, einen Raum zu haben, in dem wir alle Platz haben. Wir haben es uns dann am Gang gemütlich gemacht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr praktisch, es gibt genug Platz und die Bilder an den Wänden sind richtig schön, geben dem Ganzen eine positive Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat uns über alles gut informiert.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Schönes großes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren Selbstversorger und es war an Ausstattung auch alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Wir waren im Sommer wegen dem Bikepark dort. Perfekt für uns. Wir kommen wieder. Marlene ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Gibt es nichts.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Skvělá lokalita, vše dostupné kousek od ubytování. Apartmán čistý, prostorný a velmi praktiky zařízený. Byli jsme moc spokojeni i s možností blízkého hotelu, kempu, kde se děti zabavili a i skvěle najedli, když se nám nechtělo vařit. Oceňuji i summer card, kterou jsme plně využili. Perfektní je i terasa, kde je vidět na sjezdovku a na ovečky. Děkujeme

Apartmán byl skvěle zařízený, velmi udržovaný, hodně prostorný a čistý. Nejspíš jeden z nejčistějších apartmánů, kde jsme kdy byli. Vše fungovalo k naší spokojenosti.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026An unbelievably great location — not only is it a true ski-in apartment, but it’s also very close to the lift-side parking and the village center. You’ll find absolutely everything you might need in the building (ski room with boot dryers, sauna, games room, etc.), but the most impressive part is the attention to detail — they’ve thought of things you wouldn’t even expect. There’s a “take-if-you-need” shelf in the corridor stocked with all the little essentials you might forget or run out of, like dishwashing liquid, sponges, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and more. The reception also sells small souvenirs, which is a nice touch if you need a quick gift for your kid. The apartment itself is very spacious, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable — proper beds, good curtains, and everything works perfectly. In short: SIMPLY GREAT 🙂
There’s HONESTLY NOTHING to criticize. It might not be your top choice if you’re looking for ultra-modern, high-end furnishings, but that’s immediately clear from the photos—what you see is exactly what you get.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Krásné místo ihned vedle svahu. Dispozičně velmi dobře řešeny apartmány, dobře a pohodlně vybavené. Velmi milý a vstřícný personál. Apartmánový dům je zároveň malou galerii obrazů a umění jednoho výtvarníka :-), což vytváří hezkou a neopakovatelnou atmosféru.

Nice and quite spacious appartment with 2 separated bedrooms and separate kitchen - ideal for 1 car for ski vacation. Appartment well equiped and some additional things to share on the hallway (dishwasher detergent, oil etc.). Also the wellness is a nice bonus too.
Kitchen is in the middle of the appartment thus ventilation is not ideal. Small a bit isolated village, car required for grocery shopping.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Very nice, clean and a great location. You could ski out of the apartment and to the apartment which is super nice. Everything was super clean and the apartment was spacious.
Nothing major just a few tips : The pillows where not so good and also the mattress in the sofa bed could be better. Also it would be nice to have a sink in the room with the toilet so people can wash their hands straight away.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The apartment is super spacious - big rooms, separate toilet from bathroom. Plenty of space to dry ski clothes. Ski storage room - where you can dry your ski boots. Saunas are great as well (free of charge). Location was perfect - directly on the slopes, you can ski literally to the ski storage. Direct access to the Silver Jet gondola. Few restaurants around the apartment. Parking is available for all guests. We even had a view of the ski slopes and gondola from all rooms. If we come to Schaldming ski area again, we will look no further for another accommodation.
The only thing we did't like are pillows - extremely soft. Mattresses are OK (which is more important to us), but if you need support for your neck, bring your own pillow. This is not a dealbreaker to me.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Die Lage direkt an der Piste könnte für Skifahrer*innen nicht besser sein. Appartements mit 2 Schlafzimmern (ohne Wohnzimmer) sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wenn man trotzdem noch was braucht, hilft einem Marlene, die Vermieterin, gerne weiter. Für uns zu viert für ein paar Tage Skifahren einfach genau richtig!

We misten een schaar in de keuken en hadden liever een hardere matras.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Two large bedrooms with everything you need plus balcony and kitchen are more than enough if you want to stay comfy for couple of days.
If I really try to be picky about anything I would say that shower head was a bit funky. Just couldn't adjust it properly so it was always like concentrated stream. But that's just being overly picky.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Perfektní místo jako výchozí bod pro dojezd autem na tůry v okolí Schladmingu včetně Dachsteinu a přitom celkem klid. Obrovská výhoda Sommercard, kterou jsme dostali k ubytování a měli jsme s ní lanovky zdarma a spoustu dalších výhod. Rychlá a bezproblémová komunikace s majitelkou. Možnost mít se sebou svého psího miláčka. ❤️
Chyběla vývrtka na víno, ale s tím jsme si poradili.🙂
