Vid incheckningen möttes vi av en otrevlig man som visade ett tydligt ointresse för oss som gäster. Vi hade lite frågor om omgivningarna men han visste ingenting. Mycket taffliga språkkunskaper. Han var tvungen att översätta via Google boendets egna regler till det språk han behärskade. Övrig personal hade inte heller mkt kännedom om omgivningarna men de var i alla fall tillmötesgående.

Lokalita úžasná s výhledem na ledovec, snídaně s hotel. standardem 3*, večeře o 3 chodech s výběrem ze dvou, všude čisto, příjemný personál. Neobyčejný kuchař - jeho polévky i hlavní jídlo vynikající. K tomu sauna a parní lázeň. Dostatečný prostor pro parkování. Místní doprava v celém údolí zdarma v dosahu pěšky. Výborný poměr výkon/cena.

Nemohu říci nic negativního

Ubytování na pěkném a klidném místě. Pokoje čisté, personál velmi milý. Pokoje jsou dostatečně velké, vybavené standardním rakouským stylem. Na hotelu je nejspíše možné zařídit si také večeři - o této možnosti jsme nevěděli. V rámci našeho příjezdu jsme požadovali pozdější check-in, což nám bylo umožněno a klíče na nás čekali na recepci ubytování.

Avevo richiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma da quello che ho capito non sono riusciti a soddisfare la mia richiesta e ci siamo ritrovati i letti separati e anche non proprio comodi. Il personale non parlava una parola in Italiano, probabilmente perché la zona e poco frequentata da italiani, ma purtroppo capivano molto poco anche l'inglese, e questo invece mi ha lasciato perplesso.

Velmi vstřícný a milý personál, klidná lokalita, čisto, útulno a dobré snídaně.

Nice people

Amazing location: our room overlooked the Hintertux mountain. The pension is on a hill, looking down to the majority of houses in the town. The room had a large balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the view. We booked superior room, which was extra large, with a small "living room area" at the entrance room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, overall it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good.

A minor drawback was that the tasty breakfast rolls were not refilled already 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast.

The view was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and pre-order the dinner. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

In some rooms there is just a bathtub - no shower.

Sehr zuvorkommende Rezeption, zügige Antworten auf WhatsApp, rundum gute Kommunikation. Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick und Lage perfekt um ins Wanderabenteuer zu starten - kein Auto notwendig. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Muy buena atención y comunicación, nos facilitaron todo y incluso nos alojaron en una habitación superior. Ubicación tranquila y vistas geniales del glaciar. Desayuno muy variado, recomendada estancia.

Lokalizacja - bliskość kolejki na lodowiec oraz szlaków pieszych do spacerów, wygodna narciarnia, parking, udostępnienie czajnika, herbaty oraz wody dla gości w ogólnodostępnym miejscu. Przytulna jadalnia z możliwością zamówienia obiadów. Bardzo dobra kawa do śniadania. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa.

Zatuchlejší zápach v pokoji, nefungoval fén, dveře pokoje nešly zavřít bez zamknutí klíčem.

We had an amazing stay at Frühstückspension Christina. The staff was friendly, welcoming and we felt very well cared-after. The room was nice and clean, and even came with a bit of a view. The breakfast was good and was not missing anything. The sauna was hot with a lovely outdoor terrace to cool down.

Nothing that would significantly impact our stay. Some nitpicks: the pillow was a bit too large for my liking, and it would have been nice if the steam room was also available.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich würde bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt nur mit Frühstück buchen. Das HP Essen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und für die Qualität zu teuer. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Die lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich gut. Nur wenige Minuten Minuten von der Liftstation in Tux entfernt. Die Bäder sind gepflegt und etwas neuer, Die Betten waren nicht zu hart. Es gibt eine Sauna, Skiraum mit Schuhwärmer und Fitnessraum (diesen habe ich jedoch nicht genutzt). Die grundsätzliche Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist also wirklich vollkommen in Ordnung. Sehr gute Restaurants (Goldkind, Kaser Mantl etc.) in der Nähe sind mit ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Leider ist alles andere an dieser Unterkunft völlig enttäuschend gewesen. Irgendwie gab es einen Betreiberwechsel und der aktuelle ruht sich auf den positiven Bewertungen des letzten aus. 1. die österreichische herzliche Gastfreundschaft (ist soooo mega) gibts hier gar nicht. Das Team wirkt genervt, unfreundlich, geht auf keine Wünsche ein und ich kam mir vor wie in einem Hostel. Schrecklich! 2. Wir haben jeden Tag der in den 4 Nächte eine "bitte Zimmer reinigen" Karten raus gehangen - nix passiert! NIE! nicht einen Tag! Wir hatten drei Zimmer - alle drei wurden nicht gereinigt, außer das Saunahandtuch haben sie wieder raus geholt aus dem Zimmer. Kann ich nur kopfschütteln. Kein Mülleimer entleert oder sonstiges. 3. Wir sind täglich in die Sauna. Es kam der Hinweis "Bitte nur ein Handtuch nehmen". Da wir uns es erdreißtet haben am ersten Tag ein zweites Handtuch zu nehmen, mussten wir ab dem nächsten Tag jeder für sich ein einzelnes Handtuch an der Rezeption holen. - Klar ich setz mich auf mein Handtuch in der Sauna, schwitze es richtig durch und trockne mein Gesicht dann mit meinem Schweiß vom Hintern ab. YES! Das war aber für einige kein Problem, denn 4. einige der anderen Gäste setzen sich einfach mit ihrem blanken Hintern in die Sauna. Ich persönlich liebe es vollkommen mich in den Sud anderer Menschen zu setzen. Love it. 5. Die Saune bietet die Möglichkeit nach draußen zu gehen, damit (wie auf dem Schild an der Sauna steht) man nach dem Gang frische Luft schnappen kann - beispielsweise auf der Parkbank davor. Wir fragten, ob die Tür geöffnet werden kann, weil sie abgeschlossen war. - NEIN! Gacias! ;) 6. Bademäntel Fehlanzeige - richtiges Badehandtuch auch. Sieh zu, wie du mit dem Handtuch um die Hüften, durchs Treppenhaus, in die Sauna kommst. 7. Frühstück: Abgesehen davon, dass es sehr wenig gab und wir oft drauf hinweisen mussten, dass die Speisen leer sind, waren sie wenigstens nicht bereit auf unsere Nachfragen einzugehen.

Nette Gastgeber: für alles ansprechbar und unkompliziert in der Abwicklung! Solides, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Nice place with an outstanding view from a really big terrace. A very nice sauna and clean rooms.

The breakfasts were tasty but not very varied, with few vegetables. Guests were not allowed to take a glass of juice to their room. The dinners offered on site were rather expensive (although we didn’t try them).

Jest tam jednak mężczyzna z Czech z personelu który był bardzo nieuprzejmy. Strach było co kolwiek zapytać bo nieprzyjemnie odpowiadał. Hotel usytuowany bardzo wysoko od głównej ulicy wiec ciężko wyjść w butach narciarskich. Na mapie nie można zobaczyć gdzie dokładnie znajduje się hotel

Lage war sehr gut

Personal war nicht freundlich und unpersönlich. Das Frühstück war an zwei von vier Tagen schon sehr ausgesucht und wurde nur auf Nachfrage und sehr langer Wartezeit aufgefüllt.

De kamers waren perfect . Sauna heb ik zelf niet gedaan , maar dit was ok . Sommige personeelsleden waren zeer vriendelijk , anderen minder .

Het ontbijt viel voor mij persoonlijk een beetje tegen . Ook het avondeten was zijn prijs niet waard . Sommige personeelsleden waren eerden onvriendelijk . Doordat het op een berg ligt was de bereikbaarheid niet mogelijk zonder sneeuwkettingen kon je de berg niet op , maar op de grote baan moesten deze telkens verwijderd worden . Wandelaars moesten ook steile berg naar beneden gaan en bij terug keer steile helling naar boven .

Umístění na jedničku. Penzion je kousíček od spodní stanice lanovky na ledovec a je víceméně pěšky dostupná. Pokoj byl menší a už něco pamatuje, ale vše v pořádku, čistota a výhledy z pokoje přímo do údolí. Snídaně jsou formou bufetu, nepřekypují obrovským výběrem, ale jsou naprosto dostačující - teplá, studená kuchyně a sladký výběr, káva i dezert součástí. Wellness v ceně. Je potřeba doplnit, že pokud stejně jako já měříte téměř 190 cm, tak postel bude na hranici - hlavou jsem se dotýkal pelesti a nohy jsem měl mírně pokrčené na spodním okraji postele. Penzion je v mírném svahu, dostupný asfaltkou, ale při námraze nebo sněhu to mlže být bez řetězů problém.

Finská sauna a odpočinková místnost by zasloužily renovaci a zvětšení.. I když je sauna v ceně pobytu, při plném obsazení se stěží dostanete na řadu. Především, pokud jak při našem pobytu, v sauně budou ležet 2 osoby. Její komfotrní kapacita je totiž 4 osoby.

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku, blízkost penzionu od vleku, autem pouze minutka.

Skibus v docházkový vzdalenosti cca 10-15minut, ale je to z velmi prudkého kopce.

Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung, aber eher durchschnittlich als "sehr gut" wie hier bei Booking steht; gute selbstgemachte Eierspeisen, täglich wechselnd, sonst Standard. (Nur Filterkaffee, der okay war, aber kein Cappuccino, Espresso o.Ä.) Lage in Hintertux selbst, gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, aber zu Fuß zum Skibus eher schwierig; liegt recht weit oben im Ort. Schöne Infrarotkabine. Sauna immerhin vorhanden, aber sehr klein.

Ein Ruheraum in der Saune war völlig verschimmelt, Sauna insgesamt auch eher spartanisch und bisschen lieblos. Wenn man nicht renovieren kann, könnte man wenigstens Wasser mit Zitrone o.ä. anbieten, auch Bademäntel waren nicht vorhanden. Einrichtung teils noch aus dem Siebzigern (Frühstücksraum), Zimmer bis aufs Bad auch eher in die Jahre gekommen. Kaputte Steckdose am Bett einfach mit Klebeband überklebt. Kissen im Bezug wirkten, als wären sie schon etliche Jahre im Einsatz. Insgesamt sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Wer für ein Haus in diesem Zustand solche Preise aufruft -- 319 Euro für ein kleines DZ nur mit (durchschnittlichem) Frühstück --, täte gut daran, seine Gäste wenigstens zuvorkommend zu behandeln und auf ihre Wünsche einzugehen. Stattdessen wurde ich, als ich mir vor dem Frühstück einen Kaffee aufs Zimmer holen wollte, vom Wirt aufs Unfreundlichste zurechtgewiesen. Man kann abends ein Menü dazubuchen, aber auch das hat ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (wir hatten die vegetarische Variante) und ist recht lieblos serviert -- kein Salatblatt, kein gar nichts. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, auch am Wochenende, und wurde auch, als wir am Freitagabend mit einem Spiel kurz vor neun hineingehen wollten, auch auf Nachfrage nicht noch einmal für uns geöffnet, obwohl die Wirtin am Morgen sagte, wird könnten dort bis 22 Uhr sitzen. (Das Zimmer war leider zu klein zum Spielen.) Insgesamt wirkten die Wirte auf mich eher wie Jugendherbergsangestellte, die vor allem darauf achten, dass keiner der Gäste irgendwie aus der Reihe tanzt.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer war in Ordnung, und sehr ruhig; Frühstück war gut. Genügend eigene Parkplätze, sehr wichtig. Prima nahe Lage zur Talstation der Gletscherbahn.

Es gibt nix zu meckern. Eine Kleinigkeit: Die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen schwankte manchmal.

Das Apartment war für 5 Erwachsene Männer zu klein.

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló,ha az ember a Hintertux gleccseren szeretne síelni. Ellátni a felvonóig és autóval 5 perc alatt elérhető. A szállás személyzete nagyon kedves,minden kérésünket teljesítette. A reggeli bőséges,egészséges. Félpanziónk volt, 3 fogásos finom,változatos vacsorával. A szoba kényelmes, felszerelt, csendes. A szauna helyiség nagyon szép, felfrissülésre kiváló.

Talán kicsit túl meleg volt a szobában,de egyébként minden rendben volt.

Finom és bőséges reggelit kaptunk. A vacsora szintén finom volt és kellemesen jól laktunk.
