Ouvia-se totalmente o barulho de um quarto para outro e o corredor também! Estávamos localizados acima de um restaurante e isso fazia o cheiro de comida ficar por todo o quarto. Somente melhorava com a porta de vidro totalmente fechada. O chuveiro do banheiro era razoável, contudo a torneira aquecia e praticamente queimava a mão! O café da manhã era simples e contado, ou seja três pessoas, três pães a afins!

La ducha estaba media mala, se le salía el agua del receptáculo, el cabezal de la ducha no podía fijarse en la pared. Y el desayuno era bastante básico, pan, huevo, café de grano, bueno pero nada especial.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La ubicación esta bien. Tiene calefactor electrico, pero calienta lo suficiente la habitación. El parking es al aire libre en un espacio abierto que da a la calle.
El desayuno no es muy bueno. Eramos 2 adultos y un niño y nos dieron 4 fetas de jamón, 4 festas de queso y unas rodajas de salame y dos panes. El café te podes tomar una sola tasa, no es que puedas rellenar. Te dan lo justo y necesario. Para que sepan el desayuno es de 8 a 10.

El valor facturado no fue el propuesto por booking. Insistieron en que yo como huesped debía pagar su comisión de booking. Ademas me cobraron IVA aunque era extranjera.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Die Lage am See ist wunderbar. Das Hotel selbst ist hübsch eingerichtet, auch und gerade außerhalb der Zimmer.
Leider war das Hotel kurz nach der Hauptsaison schon fast außer Betrieb. Aufenthaltsräume waren nicht beheizt, das Restaurant geschlossen etc. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig.

It was very cold room. As soon as we arrived they plugged a heater and it took some time to make the room warm. It was not so pleasant at the beggining.

La chambre est confortable avec vue sur le lac, la propriété de l’ensemble est irréprochable. Excellent repas est servi dans le restaurant, je donnerai un nouveau des 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et serviable.

Muy caro para lo que ofrecía además de que se puede invertir un poco más para reparaciones menores y detalles de las habitaciones.

Todo nos gustó a mi esposa y a mí. Si hubiera que indicar algo, tal vez sería que falta mayor variedad de oferta gastronómica en el restaurant del hotel.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Partimos temprano el domingo y el hotel estaba cerrado con. Llave! No podíamos salir. Llamamos al celular de emergencia y el número estaba fuera de servicio. Un horror si hubiera un incendio o emergencia. A los 15 mins llegó una persona que nos abrió. Insólito.

La verdad, me gustó mucho el lugar. Es la segunda vez que me quedo, y me parece un gran lugar.

There are not enough parking spaces for all guests, the night we were there, there was an event which kept on going until 2.00 am in the morning with horrible music (we weren't told about it when booking or checking in, if so, we would have definitely not stayed there). The weren't receiving payment with card, so we needed to find a bank to get cash. For dinner, they also didn't allow cash, so we needed to do a transfer (this is not a good option for foreigners as the transfer fees are high!). They didn't even apologize for the loud noises during the night. The prices offered on site where considerably lower than over booking. We did a complaint by booking and they just rejected it although we had the whole documentation for getting the best price warranty claim. In overall : never again

The staff was very suspicious and followed us around at least twice. The place is hard to find - Google Maps doesn't bring you to the right location. To get to the room, you have to go down several staircases and walk long corridors. The room has no cooking facilities - not even a way to boil water for coffee.

There is really not much to like other than the bed is comfortable. 1. The toilet was broken the first day I moved in. 2. After the toilet was fixed, it's still leaking and flooded the bathroom floor. Every time I stepped out from shower, the floor was wet and cold. 3. The WiFi doesn't wok very well in the room where I stayed since it's at the end of the hallway. 4. On the second day, 2nd of Dec., the front door was locked the whole time. I went out sightseeing after breakfast and came back at 11:00am, the front door was locked and I must knocked on the door for like 3 minutes to get in. I then went out during lunch hour and came back again at 2:30 in the afternoon. The door was still locked and I must knock on the door for a good 20 minutes to get in. There was no door bell available at the front door. My hand was hurting the next day for knocking hard on the door. There are 3 ways to avoid this happening: 1. They could simply unlock the door at the first place. I don't understand why they locked the door and not unlock it when it was 2:30pm in the afternoon! 2. They could install a door bell but there was none. 3. They could have a staff at the front desk where they could see through the glass to the front door but no there wasn't anyone there. If they are not serious in running the business, then they deserve a good solid one star rating.
