Everything was perfect. Kind and efficient staff. Beautiful hotel with great view.

Modern hotel set near the mountains. Spacious and comfortable room, large indoor and quaint outdoor onsen. There is also a very large heated pool where you can either soak or water-walk. Adjacent is a lap pool. The traditional breakfast was elaborate and varied. Many restaurants within 10min drive. UNESCO heritage sites like Gokayama only 30min drive away. Ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay.

Le diner (rapport qualité prix), l'arrivée via l autoroute en suivant Google map (sortie possible uniquement avec l ETC... 1 heure de détour pour revenir à l'hôtel), l emplacement sur l autoroute (rien autour)

Elegant interior, comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Best traditional Japanese dinner of my whole trip. The onsen and the spa was also incredible (especially later in the evening with fewer guests)

A bit far from bigger cities, but easy to combine the stay with a trip to the gassho zukuri villages.

This hotel is perfect! The place and its surroundings are really gorgeous. The onsen is nice too, which is free of use use. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family during our road trip from Nagoya to Hakuba. We didn’t expect such a warm welcome from the staff, and it really made our short stay feel special. Honestly, it was a pity to stay for only one night. One of our favorite highlights was the food court right in front of the hotel—especially the wide variety of onigiri. We picked up several kinds and enjoyed them as a quick and delicious meal before continuing our drive to Hakuba.

We visited in winter, so there was snow everywhere, but I can imagine this area would be just as lovely in spring. We’d be happy to come back again.

Le séjour de 2 nuits dans ce bel hôtel a été revigorant. Nous avons pu bénéficier de l'espace nautique comprenant une piscine et de de nombreux ateliers aquatiques (jets de massage, jacuzzis intérieur et extérieur...) et un onsen traditionnel.

Le restaurant nous a gentiment accueillis sans pour autant nous laisser le choix du repas ni du petit déjeuner. Il faut réserver le repas du soir la veille, compliqué pour manger le soir même de notre arrivée. Il faudrait le préciser sur le site internet de réservation. Le petit déjeuner est composé de mets japonais. Cela peut en rebuter plus d'un dès le lever.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, das absolut sauber war. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig und stilvoll ausgestattet. Das japanische Frühstück ist sehr gut. Besonders hat uns aber der Onsen gefallen. Es gibt ein Innen - und ein sehr hübsches Außenbecken. Pflegeprodukte gibt es, wie fast überall in Japan, sehr ausreichend und in guter Qualität.

Es gibt einen großen Badebereich, der aber nicht wirklich zu Schwimmen geeignet ist/verwendet wird. Es ist eher wie ein Kurbad.

Struttura molto bella, curata e in ottima posizione. La camera aveva tutto il necessario, con comfort adeguati per un soggiorno rilassante. L’hotel è ben attrezzato e trasmette una sensazione di tranquillità e benessere. Ottima esperienza complessiva, anche se breve

La piscina avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione: alcuni lettini massaggianti non funzionavano e in generale la zona wellness darebbe beneficio da un leggero revamp/ristrutturazione

The place was nice and comfortable, absolutely correct. On top of that we had access to the onsen and pool for free as hotel guests we loved it.

We liked everything. However, guests should know that if you come by car, you must have the ETC card activated on your car otherwise you will not be able to leave the highway to enter the highway. Alternatively, you can leave the highway a few kilometers before and then enter the hotel via the village streets!.

父の実家のそばにあり、温泉がある施設だった。

食事は事前に予約が必要で、曜日によって和食、洋食が選べないこと。

温泉と朝食が良かった

高速道路から出られず、一つ先の出口から出ました。目的地が目の前だったのにスマートETC出口から出られなかっので、わかりづらいと感じました。

Personnel très accueillant et prévenant ! Confortable Super espace aquatique très apprécié après une chaude journée et un Onsen pour tester l expérience du bain dans les sources chaudes !

Il faudrait mettre un peu de modernité dans l établissement qui même s il est très propre est un peu désuet. Certaines choses abîmées à changer dans les espaces aquatiques comme la porte de la piscine rouillée.

Cool hotel but kinda old and a really scary. It might actually be cool if you are into this kind of “The shining” vibes. Pool is really different. The location was good if you are planning to go to Shirakawa go

It's a wonderful small hotel. Very clean and a big pool and onsen. The only small issue we had was a bit hassle to drive to the property as the closest highway exit to the hotel only takes the ETC toll card option. Since our rental car does not have an etc toll card, we had to take a longer route (a few more km) from the next available exit and drove through the towns to finally get access to the hotel. If your car has an ETC toll card installed, then it's not a problem at all.

Nice charming room, a super grand Onsen play pool, nice outdoor Onsen with all naked people after bathing. Breakfast was super! Front desk staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, it is a wonderland for all tourists.

Rooms are hot, old but very clean. Breakfast is good.

We book this hotel becasue there is onsen. However, we did not receive any prior notifocation that the onsen was out of service until arriving the front desk. The staff was keeping apologizing but did not mention any reason why it was unserviceable. Apparently she knew but she didn't want to tell you. I guess the hotel did not have sufficient fund to repair the onsen and simply left it aside.

A very peaceful stay here. Large rooms and the onsen is very relaxing! The breakfast is very good too! There's even a large sunflower field just at the parking lot area of the hotel. But not sure if the sunflower field be there next year.

6點幾附近已沒有食肆！房間一般！但酒店後面的櫻池非常美麗！早上不容錯過！

看了白川鄉點燈後開車來，晚上8：00 pm 到，被告知餐廳已經last order 不能在酒店吃飯，交通非常不方便，要開車10 幾分鐘才找到便利店，餐廳也沒幾家有開。 至於房間呢，我婆婆說她 床單有血跡...床頭櫃又很dirty .... 不太好的experience

Un peu isolé mais chambre spacieuse et standing, resto bien

Strange location, near small motorway service area but no access by vehicles to or from it. Huge car parking areas but in March these were virtually empty. Excellent pool/spa and onsen which is free for guests to use and is well used by locals. Posh downstairs lounge area next to restaurant. Staff very friendly and very helpful in the pool/spa area (need a hat for pool/spa but they do lend them. Not enough information given on the restaurant, which was open until 10 pm but took last orders at 8 pm so when we turned up at 8.05 we were turned away. Two local cafes also close early, but fortunately the shop with the motorway service area is 24 hours and you can get hot food there it is a short walk away from hotel. Very few guests in hotel while we were there so it must be more of a summer location. Room was very musty as if it had not been used for some time and partly because the fan system in bathroom was not powerful enough to remove moisture. Beds were comfortable and room large. Plenty of car parking at either side of hotel. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Access to Gassho heritage sites about 30 minutes away.

非常滿意這一間的酒店,主要原因有數個一.)房間非常巨大,活動空間充足二.)可以免費享用溫泉三.) 服務人員非常有禮四.) 有免費的停車場 五.) 附近的設施也齊全 而且環境非常清優

周邊没有餐廳

温泉施設も併設されており、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすには良いホテルです。地元の食材を使った朝食が美味しかったです。

ホテルは静かで良かったですが、一部屋に大人３人が滞在したため、部屋が狭かった。宿泊費が安かったので我慢できる範囲です。周辺には城端サービスエリアと公園施設があるだけで他には全く建物もありません。城端駅周辺にも殆ど商店もなくとても寂しいところです。

サクラクエストの聖地巡礼の拠点にうってつけ！

スタッフは皆様親切で快適でした。 温泉などの更衣室が少し古い感じがありますが、このお値段なので十分です。 お食事もとっても美味しかったです。 お天気が悪くてずっとホテルから出られなかったので、次はお天気のいい時にまた行ってみたいです。
