Location was good.

More effort could be put into cleaning and dated furniture/ appliances. Loads of cob webs stains on mattresses/ bedding. Very dusty. I wouldn't re book unfortunately. No the best, cheap price reflects everything in the accommodation and facilities supplied.

There was no one on site at all everything was done via 1 phone call.There was fighting in one of the rooms on the first night from 1.45 am till 5.30 am, no one on site to see to this.i messaged the mobile number given about this and got no reply and all our stay there was no one we could speak to about anything .

Room not as pictured. No microwave. No fridge . Room was damp . Door broken into and still broke not very secure . Shower dosent work properly. No heating and with doors damaged the cold gets in . Probably only re use this place as last result.

It was nearby all facilities but also quite secluded which was nice. The bed was comfortable and really good value for money

After reading lots of bad reviews after the accommodation was booked,we were very surprised it was cleaner than expected but on arrival we found the smell of the room quite strong and carpets were still covered in carpet powder that should of been hoovered up,which was right by the beds we were sleeping in! So the smell was quite strong whilst trying to sleep which is not good for someone who has allergies. So really shoes need to be worn inside the room unless you want bits in the bed! Also the TV was very small to actually be able to watch it.

Location and staff amazing, looks really modern too. Plenty of tea/coffee etc if needed.

Floors were absolutely filthy,no towels although said was provided. Sofa bed ( I booked 2 adults 2 children) 1 bed apartment sofa bed was far too small even for 2 children

Location was fantastic! Close to ingoldmells and bus stop for Skegness The room was comfortable and the bathroom was of a good size! I felt safe staying there as a single occupant.

It needs a deep clean although it was comfortable to stay in and to look at looked clean but skirting boards were filthy and cigarette butts were found under the bed and on windowsill outside! These were cleaned up by myself so didn’t feel the need to report to owner! I noticed on the last day that smoke detector was covered by a sock, possibly because previous occupants have smoked in there!

We stayed in room one. Two adults, two babies under 1 First off it didn't look like the pictures, I feel like I was misled when booking. I thought we got our own kitchen but it's literally just a bedroom with a en suite. The room was extremely dusty. There was no window so it was like sleeping in a greenhouse There was a chair absolutely covered in mould so we moved it outside. This was a last minute stay for us. We booked two nights but only managed one night. I wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend :( It needs an upgrade. A good hoover and a clean. New paint.

The location was fantastic and the security was amazing.

We were awoken to a couple of bugs crawling in the bed which kept us awake and a little worried about going back to sleep.

Still wet towels rolled up on bed and smelled musty!! Very noisy (main road location) Curtains were not adequate to block out light and room extremely hot (August).

There wasn't a window in our room (room 3) so it was very stuffy at night, we had to keep the door open until the very last minute which isnt ideal on a main road, had requested a late checkout several times but got no reply. Locks are very ropey!! Tea making facilities were there but no spoon and had sugar and salt🤣

It is near to fantasy island walking distance also the beach

The apartment needs a deep clean it was dirty and smelly also the bench outside all needs a good clean..we have stayed here a few times but this time I was really shocked at the cleanliness and the smell... also the pictures you have on this website are nothing like the actual apartment when it comes to comfort and cleanliness..

Such a perfect location for a little treat for the kids - can walk to Butlin’s and fantasy island and even a takeaway next door and pub over the road. Kids were a little older so could go to the beach - down a short path - on their own after being seen across the busy road. Perfect little kitchenette and everything was really really clean so huge credit to the cleaner as sand will get everywhere! Comfy bed and really clean bedding and good pillows and duvet. We all definitely will stay again

Traffic noise which is to be expected but can’t hear much from the bedroom, and one of the other guests was a little daft - not the motels fault!

Not very clean at all, bathroom door was filthy, shower head covered with limescale, there was even a toenail on the floor🤢, spiders and spider webs everywhere, bedding looks very tired, we hardly spent any time there as it was so dirty. no toilet roll on arrival

If I was gonna be picky , I would say the shelf above the sink was too low.when you tried to wash your face, you'd hit your head on it.Need a bit more shelving in the bathroom.

The beds was filthy even tho washed they felt mucky and bits all over them, stains on the pillows! 6 flys inside of the room on arrival. The towels was stinking bad and felt like they had a bad smell to them. The room was damp and moist meaning you felt like you’re putting damp clothes on! You can see the damp coming through the walls and where they’ve tried to paint over it.! The bunk bed top bunk had duck tape around it. Where it’s dangerous because it had a sharp bit poking out hence them fixing it with duck tape but that’s a health and safety hazard for children. I feel so ill since staying in there

Great location and parking facilities. The lady i spoke to on the phone was lovely and accommodated an early check in. Shower room was large and the accommodation was clean.

Very cheap mattress. Dated decor. Bed linen cheap. Mattress was very springy and woke up with terrible backache. We were booked for 2 nights but the bed was so bad we went home after 1. No fridge and a random table in room that was unusable as no chairs.

Steep steps to get to the room and dangerous to ascend. Room not clean. Dirty skirting boards ;carpet not hoovered properly. Very low ceiling so kept hitting my head when trying to get where the bed was. Bed 3/4 not double and could touch bed end wirh my feet. Towels smelt clean but bedding not so. Taps in bathroom and toilet not seen bleach in years. Very disappointed in what we paid for 2 nighrs . Could have got a Premier inn cheaper and alot cheaper. Wont stay there again.

The rooms were disgustingly filthy and full of mould the bed sheets were stained the mattress had ruined stains on it ! Before sleeping on the bed we had to go up to the market and buy blankets to go over the horrible state underneath it and the smell was foul !! We payed £70 a night and ended up leaving Saturday afternoon after deciding spending another night in that room wasn’t fit complete waste of money !

Had to use bathroom sink to fill the kettle ,had to use a fire escape to get into the hall way , nowhere to put anything . Dirty caravans out side the back and unusual comings and goings, I wouldn't pay £10 a night for the place ,we thought it was a travel lodge not a dump ! £220 for 3 nights never again ,it was just a stop gap while we were on our way to somewhere else. ☹😥😖😫

Bed wasn’t the best no fridge no microwave and it was up stairs wasn’t the best for us. Plus I paid an extra £11 to up grade the room. but it was the same as I ordered in the first place. I should really get that £11 back I paid it for nothing.

No one on site to help with problems. A phone number was available to leave a message. I rang at 10.45 for help and the owner arrived at 7am. Nightmare place as other guests were inconsiderate banging on my door and being a nuisance. I had little sleep then the fire alarm went off. So owner had to return again.
