The hotel is a Public house too, and you could hear people chatting outside the pub door, late at night.

The hotel is pristine clean. There are lovely views toward the sea and there is ample free parking. The staff in the hotel are second to none, absolutely outstanding. All the staff were efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay here. The owner is also very pleasant and should be proud of her team.

Personally I found the stairs to the second floor quite difficult. However once there we had a lovely room with great sea views.

Everything. The staff the accommodation, nothing to fault. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The owner made us feel so welcome and was happy for us to check out an hour late Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to eat in the restaurant but breakfast was second to none. You must try the black pudding, thats a 👍 up.

Lovely room (room 3) which had a Freeview of the square and of the sea/beach Large restaurant area was comfortable and the food choices were good as were the dishes themselves. Friendly helpful staff and a lively public bar. Also a spacious beer garden out the back where we enjoyed a cold beer in the hot sunshine 👍

Breakfast was good but… only instant coffee available at breakfast time as the only coffee machine is located in the restaurant. This was a serious disappointment as I look forward to fresh coffee in the morning.

There was a lot of noise from the bar customers at closing time, when they all congregated on the street in front of the hotel.

Lots to like. Lovely staff. Family affair. Very clean. Great view of the water (Room 3) and best of all, fab food! We had breakfast each morning and 2 nights for dinner. All piping hot. Caramel wafers each day with refreshments topped up and you can easily get more when you ask the staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Bar attached with pool table which my partner and our friend enjoyed.

You can hear through the walls. Must have been pointed out before as ear plugs supplied with towels!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to my wife's coeliac diet , nothing was to much problem, and the food was lovely and it was the second best steak I've ever had. As we travelled on a motorbike, for security they let us park it within there enclosed secure patio area over night. The location by the harbour made it easy for an after dinner stroll before settling down in the bar for the football with the friendliest bunch of locals I've come across.

The breakfasts were great. Location was great for us. The room was very well maintained. And the chocolate bar was a lovely touch every day. The restaurant was very nice , and highly recommend a night.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Rosehearty is a real gem. All of the team at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice. The restaurant for dinner was also nice and not too badly priced. I would definitely stay again.

The bed and the desk chair were worn out. The bed was very wobbly and the springs in the seat of the chair were gone - had to sit on 2 pillows tow rite my reports.

Kamers waren aan de achterzijde, geen last van de bar. Het eten in het restaurant was meer dan OK. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

The food in the evening restaurant was good but the restaurant itself was not very cozy. The golf course next door had some great holes.

I had only one night here while exploring some historical / writing references and would happily return for a few days just for the peace of the location. My room had a wonderful view of the shore and was well-equipped and comfortable. I rushed breakfast a little to be back on the road, but the options were plentiful and excellent. Very accommodating staff and a very pleasant stay.

Bed is te smal en harde matras, geluid van buiten komt harde binnen, slechte geluidsisolatie.

Die schöne Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand. Man bot mir sofort an das Motorrad sicher unterzustellen!

Een hotel met een ar op de begane grond. We werden gewaarschuwd voor een karaokeavond. We hebben er geen last van gehad. Het restaurant was echt engels. We aten carved meat. Heerlijk! Het ontbijt mocht er ook zijn. Een echt full english breakfast met verse fruitsalade. Het esteontbijt op onze trip. . De motoren mochen naast het hotel achter de poort staan, maar dat was wat ons betreft niet nodig. Een van de estehotels oponze roadtrip op de motor.

Nice location, owners were lovely to chat with. Room was good size with nice view, shower was powerfull.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. I had 2 beds in my room a double and a single, I gave in around 3:30am and swapped to the single however this was worse. The food I had was also terrible (mixed grill) the steak, ribs & BBQ pulled pork was like rubber this was unfortunate because I did hear good things about the food here.

The local atmosphere and the place being the focal point. Bar was fun. Bedroom nice. Location sweet. Reception and bar staff lovely. Breakfast excellent. Good price for B&B.

We all had a lovely time, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome, rooms were really nice and warm and the bed and pillows were sooo comfy. The music in the bar was brilliant and our meal in the restaurant was perfect. Would definitely recommend the Davron Hotel
