Clean and friendly

Convenience to Methodist Hospital I went online, but there was no code I was told about for the discount. Someone live or didn’t exist.

The remote didn’t work, even turn on the TV. I went to the phone. It was dead no dial tone. The thermostat was set on 60 and that wouldn’t work either. I couldn’t even get the fan to go to low. Couldn’t change the temperature. Three trips downstairs and I couldn’t get wake up service because the phone didn’t work.

The breakfast, wasn’t worth the money. Too little selection and steamer food was pretty tasteless

The water setting in the shower. I didn’t get the cold water as it supposed to, even when I tried to turn the level to the cold water side. When I mentioned this issue to the front desk, it appeared that they didn’t really doing anything to fix it.

Loved the cleanliness of the room

I hate that we were LIED to about the holding fee/ deposit. We were told that it would be $50, we went to check our account and they charged $125 darn dollars. We then went downstairs to confront them about the UNAUTHORIZED charged and was told by the “assistant” manager Jackie which was very nice nasty mentioned something about the World Cup and said it must’ve “slipped” the person who checked us in mind then proceeded to say “well it was authorized because the paper was signed” when we only authorized what was told to us. She basically said “well we charged you, so what, there’s nothing we can do about it it’ll be refunded anyways” We were highly upset about that fraudulent charge of $75 extra and we did NOT like the way they went about the situation/ handled it definitely didn’t like Jackie’s nice nasty attitude. and everything will still be escalated to HR and we will be emailing the CEO !!!!! Other than that, our stay was excellent

It was loud. The floor we were on (4th floor) had some heavy pot smoking going on. The smell of this activity kept me awake. I thought this was a non smoking facility. When we told the front desk there was little concern about this. We only got “well we will spray up there for the smell.”

There was a smell in the hall going to our room that wasn’t pleasant. Especially our room restrooms it smelted vary bad. And our Fridge wasn’t even working.

Everything about the place is great. The cleanliness, the building, accessibility, etc. was excellent.

If I say, I am disabled I would love to have a room that’s on the bottom floor. I don’t understand why disability rooms are on the top floors. I can’t walk. That’s what I would change.

the location this hotel was in was very good, its a very good area to live in. And the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and on point. I really loved my room. It was very spacious. Very neat and tidy.

The one free bottle of water in the room. If we wanted more water, we would have to pay for it and I felt like it was overcharging us as well. But I liked everything else.

The hotel is essentially nice, but it needs an uplift. Clean. Staff were lovely: friendly, helpful, efficient. I was kindly transported by hotel shuttle to see an elderly family member in a nearby memory facility; otherwise, I used Lyft. I chose the hotel because of the shuttle service and also because it had a restaurant. On the day of arrival, I received a welcome email, which included the restaurant hours (open until 10 pm). However, when I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, the restaurant was closed. Ditto the following day. This meant ordering delivery (which is always poor quality). The hotel windows essentially had no soundproofing because the freeway noise was LOUD all night long. In short, the best attribute for the hotel was the staff.

NA. Nothing spectacular stood out about the property. There was a bar offered but not opened during my visit.

Im awake at night and asleep during the day. During my stay the satellite dish went out from 11pm until my check out the next day. No apologies, future accommodations or discounts were offered at checkout, even after mentioning my disappointment.

During our recent visit to Houston, we stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton, marking our second stay in two years. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unpleasant interactions with the front desk staff on both occasions. Upon checking in, despite having booked and paid online, we were unexpectedly asked to provide a $50 security deposit. This requirement was not mentioned during the booking process, and when I inquired about it, the staff simply stated it was for security. They failed to inform us that this deposit would be refunded after checkout, which led to a frustrating argument that could have easily been avoided with clearer communication. Moreover, the room we were assigned had several issues, which we reported to the staff, but no action was taken to resolve them. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with the bathroom door making excessive noise and basic items like toothpaste and toothbrushes missing. When we asked about these essentials, we were told they were out of stock. This was particularly surprising since we encountered the same issue during our previous stay. Even budget hotels typically provide these basic amenities, so it was disappointing to see a lack of attention to such details. Given the higher price point of this hotel, we expected better cleaning standards and customer service. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and it seems that the management needs to address both staff training and room maintenance to improve future guests' experiences.

Complimentary bottled water should have been provided each day, the housekeeping standards were below expectations for a Sheraton brand, breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. Bar drinks were not interesting.

When I booked this property it stated free shuttle within 5 miles. When I got there they said NO. The shuttle was for some type of membership. Deceiving

The staff was very rude. Uneducated on federal laws related to service animals. Charge fees overall not service animal friendly. Assistant manager Jackee was very condescending. If I could rate the experience a 0 star I would.

King bed was comfortable, nice fluffy pillows. It was a good overnight stay for us.

They charged for breakfast after full payment of the room. Before payment, it was stated that it is payment with breakfast. But they didn't keep to this promise.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, quit, and in a great location. There were plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, and the property is directly off the highway.

The water pressure in the shower was poor, but other than that, everything else is good.

Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting family. The hotel is very warm and inviting, and seems brand-new. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. The shower had the best water pressure I have ever seen. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

The staff was excellent—friendly and attentive—and my 4-year-old absolutely loved the pool. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

The pool water was a bit chilly. A warmer pool would make the experience even better.
