I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years.. the service quality was great and steady throughout all these years... everything was perfect.. the location, the reception, the concierge, the housekeeping, the rooms, the resturant, the rooftop swimming pool and coffee shop, the gym and the parking area... I always enjoyed "the Chocolate Hour" at 5 pm everyday. All staff members were friendly and helpful... Special thanks to Hana, Dana, Jana, Hasan and laith from the reception.. Also Rawah from guest relations.. Also Ayman from the concierge and Hayah and Mujahed from the restaurant.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026اولا / تم طلب مكينة القهوة ولم يتم توفيرها ثانيا / وقت صلاة الفجر وانا نائم يوم الجمعة 10 أبريل انطلق تنبيه يطلب المغادرة من غرفة الفندق وعدم استعمال المصعد وخلال مغادرتنا انا وزوجتي الغرفة شاهدت عدد من النزلاء وهم مفجوعين اتصلت بالاستقبال استفسر إلى أين اتجه وتم الرد بأنه لاداعي للخروج تنبيه خاطئ ثالثا / كانت هناك رائحة كريهة في الحمام أثناء دخول الغرفة حيث قمت باستعمال المعطر

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This hotel catches the eye when you walk in, with a luxurious reception area. The room was very large and well furnished, with a comfy bed and good shower. The breakfast selection was large as well, and the morning staff were very attentive. It was easy to get here from the airport too.
Jeddah is a city spread out over a wide area and the hotel is some distance from the main areas of interest (e.g. the old town and the corniches) - you either need to hire a car of use taxis / uber to get anywhere. I felt more could be made of the pool area, and the bar / cafe were not staffed when I went to use them.
