Reviewed May 23, 2018The service is poor, careless customer. I would like to complain of that hotel even we just take 1 photo shoot wearing wedding dress and they ask us to pay 200$ because of the hotel policy.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2016It had been nearly 10 years since I visited Siem Reap so I was pleasantly surprised to see this well run resort hotel. Grand Sokhalay is huge but it' well staffed and kept in great condition. Our room was in tip top shape, the outdoor pools were beautiful and clean, and the crew were prompt and polite with our requests. I'll definitely return to this resort when I visit Siem Reap again.
