Gostamos de tudo, mas com certeza a hospitalidade, a simpatia, atenção e solicitude dos funcionários e do dono é o destaque! Todos muito amáveis. A casa é linda, sua ambientação é encantadora. Café da manhã gostoso. Quarto confortável, bem climatizado, cama, travesseiros e lençóis excelentes. Localização ótima, bem pertinho da Rua Itália com muitos restaurantes e bares, além da proximidade com o metrô e outros pontos turísticos em um raio de 1km. O hotel ainda oferece água constante para hóspedes. Nota 1000 em hospitalidade ❤️

No banheiro já poderia ser box de vidro, uma adaptação simples, mas ainda são cortinas. Apesar de compreendermos o grande trabalho em manter uma casa daquelas, a manutenção da limpeza dos vidros (que são muitos) merece atenção.

O quarto é super aconchegante e o local dá uma sensação familiar . O atendimento deles é excelente . Café da manhã é ótimo, eles adequam o café de acordo com horário da saída dos passeios, preparam sempre um lanchinho para levarmos. O quarto é aconchegante , cama confortável , chuveiro funciona super bem. Gostamos muito da localização. Indicamos e voltando ficaríamos no mesmo hotel. Gratidão a todos colaboradores . 💜🇨🇱🇧🇷

Lo mejor fue que el lugar cuenta con todas las comidas... desayuno, almuerzo, once y cena, no hubo que movernos del lugar junto a mi mamá adulta mayor, fue el mejor acierto,. Lo otro muy destacable es la excelente atención de todo el personal, amabilidad y empatía, estamos agradecidos de ellos. Demasiado recomendable el lugar, seguro, cómodo, bien ubicado, acogedor, se siente muy hogareño. Éxitos.

This hotel is amazing. A small, cozy & charming hotel in a very safe area surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were amazing, and the complimentary breakfast in the charming restaurant with the lovely staff ended up being one of our favourite parts of the entire holiday. A senhora Evelin, Daniel e todo o pessoal do hotel foram muito gentil e prestativos. Nota 10 para eles. Gostei do quarto, era espaçoso e a cama era muito confortável. O café da manhã foi muito bom, eles serviam na mesa e sempre tinha fruta variadas, iogurte, pão, bebida quente , uma sobremesa muito boa (sempre era variada), no último dia ofereceram ovos mexidos muito saborosos. A localização é ótima, perto da rua Itália. Eles aí tem uma cafeterías boa, oferecem algumas opções para o jantar. O hotel é uma casa antiga, mas charnosa. Arrumaram todos os dias o quarto e trocaram as toalhas.

Como fui no inverno teve alguns dias que a água do chuveiro não aquecia bem, e o ralo era aberto pelo que saia odores., quarto 204. O ar-condicionado não aquecia muito bem mesmo colocando em 30°C, nessa semana tivemos temperaturas de 5 graus. Mas mesmo assim tinha várias cobertas que me ajudaram a ficar aquecida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quiral Hotel Boutique. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we would highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the homely feel it gave and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the different cakes every morning! The bed was also incredibly comfortable. Thank you so much.

A equipe toda do hotel foi super gentil e atenciosa em todos os momentos. Em um dos dias saímos bem cedo para visitar uma vinícola e nos prepararam sacolinhas com sanduíche, café e frutas. O quarto era muito confortável e aquecido (fomos em uma semana de muito frio). O café é bom e bem variado. O hotel fica localizado em um bairro muito tranquilo e agradável para caminhar.

O wi-fi não funcionou bem no quarto, mas não foi um grande problema para nós, pudermos usar a rede no espaço do café da manhã.

O Hotel é lindo, o Gabriel e equipe atendem muito bem, a cama é confortavel e o espaço é aconchegante, além de ter um otimo custo-beneficio.

Não tem nada de que eu não tenha gostado, talvez da privada, que estava um pouco fraca. De resto, ok.

Me encanta Quiral, está ubicado en un barrio bastante seguro, cercano a restaurantes , centros médicos , sitios comerciales, se puede salir a caminar por barrios tradicionales de stgo

The bathroom is very small and pokey and sink difficult to manage no plug. Hot water takes 5mins to arrive.

Es un hotel tranquilo y coqueto en una zona residencial del barrio de Italia. El personal es todo amabilidad, te hacen sentir como en casa, no se puede pedir más. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario y es muy tranquila para descansar. El desayuno es muy completo y varían los postres cada día. Se puede también comer y cenar a u buena relación calidad precio. Muy recomendable para visitar Santiago.

No tiene ascensor pero Daniel nos ayudó a subir las maletas al primer piso.

Es gab Kuchen zum Frühstück, aber diesen kann man gerne gegen Sandwiches tauschen und auch nach Eiern fragen, wenn man, wie wir als Deutsche dieses süße Frühstück nicht gewohnt sind. Und wenn man mit einer Erkältung anreist, bekommt man sogar einen Wasserkocher und Tee aufs Zimmer. Wir waren begeistert.

The Hotel is a lovely old property with a genteel atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the whole place has a pleasant feel. The Quiral is very well located near the University sector and is within easy walking distance to the nearest Metro station, and to Little Italy and its wonderful restaurants.

Charmant petit hôtel dans quartier paisible. La chambre ainsi que les aires communes étaient propres. Literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Tout le personnel était attentionné et courtois. Parfaitement situé pour explorer Santiago. Établissement chaudement recommandé sans aucune hésitation.

É muito difícil indicar o que é melhor, porque a estadia beira à perfeição. É uma casa muito bonita, datada do início do séc. XX, se não me engano, e tudo é muito charmoso. O café da manhã é muito bom, assim como as instalações do quarto. As pessoas que ali trabalham são muito atenciosas e eficientes. Lógico que quem, como eu, usa o famoso portunhol, tem que se precaver contra um ruído de comunicação, mas não houve nenhum incidente. Os motoristas à disposição para o transfer são muito bons. Pela primeira vez na minha vida, penso que o que vou mais sentir falta de uma viagem de férias é da estadia em si.

It was a beautiful old building lovingly cared for with antique furniture scattered around. Communication prior to arrival was efficient and they arranged an airport pick up for us. Our room was spacious, attractive and spotless. It’s very well located just minutes from some superb restaurants and their breakfast is also very good indeed. What made it for us was the charming staff who were so friendly, helpful with recommendations and interesting to chat too also. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wspanialy hotel w starym pieknym domu. Duzo oryginalnych elementow wyposazenia, np piekne drewniane podlogi. Swietna lokalizacja, w bezpiecznej, spokojnej dzielnicy Santiago, a rownoczesnie blisko do starego miasta i lotniska. Kawiarenki, restauracje, sklepiki w poblizu. I przede wszystkim cudowny personel. Bylismy w hotelu 3 razy i za trzecim razem, kiedy taksowka podjezdzala pod hotel, cieszylismy sie, jakbysmy wracali do domu. Atmosfera rodzinna. Polecam!Mam nadzieje, ze los pozwoli nam wrocic do Chile i znowu zamieszkac w tym hotelu.

All the staff of this hotel provide excellent service. They each went above and beyond to respond to our every need. Very comfortable beds and great location near underground to centre and Barrio Italia restaurants

Quiral team was very attentive and did their best to make our stay amazing! It is not the newest building, but overall the vibe is authentic, charming and cozy. And it no request was left unattended.

Situated in the very cool, safe and interesting Barrio Italia district with lots of great restaurants, bars and alternative shops. The hotel itself is in an old mansion. Our room was very cute and large and comfortable. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh and very good coffee. Close to metro and buses and not even that far to walk into town centre.

As with many South American hotels, only given water the first night. Water was available in the lobby but never refilled. Given how cheap bottled water is, is it that hard to provide some? Our room was at the back and the light in the staff area next to it was on all night which was annoying.

Very helpful staff and lovely en-suite room.

N’est pas comme sur les photos. L’établissement a besoin d’amour. Une mauvaise odeur en provenance de la salle de bain a mis un bémol à notre séjour.

Sehr freundliche und ausgesprochen kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter. Zu dem Hotel gehört ein schönes kleines Kaffee mit einem sehr schönen Außenbereich, in dem man entspannt sitzen konnte. Guter Service.

Zimmer war etwas eng, es fehlten Abstellflächen für die persönlichen Dinge. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und funktional.

El agua de la ducha estaba algo fría y el desayuno no es a elección o no presenta alternativas.

This is a beautiful historic building, nicely decorated and with a super comfy bed with nice linens. The rooms have nice touches such as carafes of drinking water, fridges etc The shower was good with lots of hot water although it takes a little while to come through… just a little patience needed. The breakfast was delicious, sweet pastries, cheese, egg, breads,jam etc with good quality tea and decent coffee. The staff are delightful, Gabriel and Daniel were both extremely helpful and allowed us to leave our bags whilst we explored the area on the day we left. The cafe is excellent with superb cakes. The location was perfect for walking into the Italian neighbourhood and seeing the sights and felt quiet and safe. Highly recommended.

Nothing really, we did note the curtain pole was coming loose and were really careful not to tug on it too hard just in case. The floorboards squeak but that’s the joy of an authentically old building.
