I Booked double bed online, when I check in the girl in reception try to give me single bed because I by myself, when I said no she just looked at me in rude way huh! Not happy with her service. Bed sheet has hole.

The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small.

The room was clean and comfortable and location was perfect as far as i was concerned. Staff were friendly and helpful when face to face and seemed very understanding of my embarrsssing lack of ability when it comes to speaking Bahasa.

Unfortunately butler chat in the archipelago app does not appear to work at all. Messages appear read but are not answered. Don't bother downloading it or using it, it is a complete waste of time. Calling to order room service was completely ineffective, I'm pretty sure I was hung up on, potentially because my attempts at saying what I wanted in bahasa made no sense to the other person so they freaked out and hung up the phone instead of seeing another staff member could assist. The pricing for the restaurant is deceptive. There are extra fees and taxes that you have to pay for your meal meaning that the cost on the bill is completely different to the menu. Finally don't take the hotel organised transport to the airport it is overpriced. Instead book a gojek car. The price is good, as is the service

It was very cozy, AC was always on, and the room was so comfortable and nice. Staff was so nice and welcoming no matter morning or late at night.

comfortable and clean place in walking distance of the shopping mall location is perfect for us since it's just in walking distance from the shopping mall, a general hospital, and a pharmacy. room is comfortable and clean. amenities, facilities, and food are standard. the staff is friendly and helpful though.

the hotel doesn't provide bottled water inside the room so customers are expected to refill using a reusable jug but it is not very convenient, we preferred glass bottled water for convenience. we also didn't get the full bed as we ordered for the first night since it was full, but we got moved to another room the next night with a full bed. the tv only has cables so not many selections.

Friendly reception staff & fast registration. Amazed by the ability of the registration staff to recognised my face of returning guests for the 2nd time.

During breakfast - food wasn't delicious & was served cold. It is quite a disappointment as it only caters food for local taste buds & none international cuisine for diners from foreign countries.

Location is on the main street. They give bolster. This is the only hotel that I experienced providing bolster to the customer.

My room was just beside the Government Hospital and near the mosque. It's very very noisy, since the speaker from the mosque is toward my room. Bed is a bit hard.

The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was good. Although nobody knows a word of english, the staff, with the help of googletranslate, could arrange us a quite complex trasfer by car to Pangkalanbuun.

I really appreciate with birthday surprise during our staycation for our children at Fave Achmad Yani Banjarmasin. We are so happy. Big thanks for Mrs. Tari who give us slice cake and cute towel art. Room is clean and also staffs are very humble. The location very closed with main road and Duta Mall. 😊

What a great place to have an event here, the hotel located in the middle of the city, everyone from other city can came to the hotel without worry because the strategic location. I am very recommended to make an event here. It is a nice place, a very cozy and comfortable place. the bathroom needs to be developed to better maintain privacy that variations are made, so that the bathroom glass walls can be protected with plastic curtains from inside the bathroom parking space is developed to make it wider

It is located in the city center, there is a shopping mall in walking distance. Room is clean, though quite small and the color is too vibrant for those who want a relaxing ambiance. Towel is not very clean. Good service.

You should increase you dining menu choice. I found it was so limited and unattractive. In omellete section there was a rude boy telling me to wait dan be patient. I didnt even told him anything but order an omelette. So impolite. It was lame in term of service.

This hotel is in a good area, near by the hearth of city and good access to airport, shopping mall, Siring Floating Market, Patung Bekantan and culinary. this area only about 200 m to the Martapura Bridge, 300 m to Duta Mall Shopping center and about 1 km from Floating Market Siring Martapura and Menara Pandang

This is a 3 star hotel with decent sized rooms in a good location in Banjarmasin. Facilities are basic, a little tired, but tidy. The shower area was huge but the drainage was a little limited and couldn't handle anything more than a light flow without spilling into the rest of the bathroom. I couldn't fault the staff (but English is very limited). A real highlight was the breakfast which was excellent and would hold its own against 4 start competition. One idiosyncrasy is that instead of bottled water they provide filtered water in the hallway - helps to reduce plastic waste.. I'd be comfortable staying here again - it is good value.

I really appreciate this Hotel doesn't provide plastic bottle, it support green campaign by reducing the plastic trash. This hotel provide unlimited mineral water by put the water dispenser outside the room. But unfortunately, there's no tea/coffee in the room and there's no shower cap. The service is satisfying, fast check in and check out.

Location nearby mall, hospital and bus stop with affordable price. I hope the front desk staff do better at least they know how to smile, and please clean your AC frequently (I got dirty AC in my room)

overall is good , but my room get hospital view , this very bad view , floor my room dirty , no have shwoer cap , and shower very strenght. Desk front friendly and fast , breakfast good , Ac very cool. Fave hotel adop go green sistem , no use bootle but use glass .

Lokasi sangat baik, tenang dan nyaman, makanan enak dan khas, ada masak patinnya juga. Deket mall. Minusnya hanya bantal kurang nyaman.

Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandi kurang bersih di hari pertama check-in. Fasilitas standar, sebagian kena charge tambahan. Jendela besar namun pencahayaan malam kurang karena lampu hanya tersedia di sudut2 kamar. Sarapan lumayan, tapi jika sudah agak siang menu2 yang habis lama untuk diisi ulang. Sinyal wifi di kamar lemah tapi kuat di restoran. AC dingin dan TV kabel berfungsi baik. Overall nyaman untuk disinggahi.

I was stayed for business activity. I did enjoy take a rest at night and most important the breakfast is very delicious.
