The security was great. The cleanliness good and sufficient coffee, tea etc.

The dining room chairs were uncomfortable.

Great location. Not far from the city centre plus lots of bars, shops, food places close by. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. Secure parking. Darin was a great host. When we got all his instructions for accessing the car park and building it felt like a mini quest but his explanations and pictures were incredibly helpful and made check in super easy. Everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Very close to Botanic station. Great apartment for two people. Great shower and washer / dryer. Very communicative staff with easy check in and out. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

only booked this apartment 2 days before arrival with the festival being held in the city centre we were very lucky to get anywhere in that location but to get a property so good at a great price was so fortunate

the only thing i could mention is that there was nowhere to hang up towels in the bathroom and no mirror near the hairdryer really petty but im sure it would improve the stay

- Lovely large living room, tastefully furnished and decorated, with a balcony overlooking the city centre. - Excellent modern kitchen with great facilities. - Comfy bedrooms - Clean and specious bathroom and ensuite.

Apartment was perfect great location clean spacious had everything we needed and more. Darin was great to deal with very helpful would definitely stay again.

Owner was texting me everyday about something then the owner has some weirdo that works for him that lives on site, who kept calling to the door everytime I left and my girlfriend was alone in the place, definitely would not be back at all and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Reasonably got location in terms of walk ability to Cathedral Square and Riverfront and some nearby restaurants about two blocks away. The check-in process was reasonably easy. We did not meet Darin but communication was good. It was nice to have parking in the facility.

The property images do not reflect what we got. They probably have more than one apartment. The hallway is leading up to the apartment were really dirty. The apartment itself was OK, but the layout was more dorm like with sort of an austere appearance. There were sharp metal carpet tacks sticking out of the carpet into the bathroom entry off of one of the bedrooms, which were very uncomfortable to walk across barefoot when getting out of the shower. Ray, who checked this and did not tell us there were extra fobs in the room to get us in the building and when we left, Darin asked us where the extra fobs were after we left, and we didn’t know because we were never informed about them. We had a party at five adults, so it would’ve been nice to have access to those extra fobs and been informed about this. The surrounding area, especially the main street also is dirty, and there are multiple homeless people around, which is likely a function of the culture in Belfast. One of our younger adults was uncomfortable walking to the bus station early in the morning the last day.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the host, Darin, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

This apartment had everything needed for our short break to Belfast...modern lay out with 3 good sized bedrooms one being an en suite...well maintained with a modern kitchen and bathroom... highly recommend..

Great location with transport links close by that fitted our needs. It also had the comfiest mattresses. Some milk, coffee and nibbles available on arrival.

Close to the university, the Ulster Museum and the Botanical Gardens. Easy to find.

Very clean, lots of space, all the things you could need; hairdryer, coffee machine, washing machine & tumble dryer. Location is ideal for concerts in Ormeau Park and for sightseeing seeing in Belfast (each are about 15-20mins walk away). Hosts are amazing, attentive, and easy to communicate with.

Location is a student area so can be a little noisy, it was fine for us but just a heads up.

We had booked this apartment months ago and had checked the age limit as well as asking for an additional guest to be added onto the booking. We had a response long before our check in date which confirmed our age was suitable for the stay and that we could add an additional guest. 20 minutes before check in on our way to the apartment, our booking was cancelled by the owner saying we had not confirmed our age and that if we want to add an additional guest it would be an extra £210. We had asked why this was not mentioned earlier, from this we had no response from the owner and absolutely no help. We explained that all hotels are fully booked and we have no where to stay from which we revived no response. Following this we had learnt that there was another group of people staying at this apartment who were well under the age limit. We are deeply shocked and disappointed in the customer service and treatment of this booking and apartment and feel extremely let down. The owner was rude and dismissive. I would not risk booking this apartment unless you want to be left on the streets 20 minutes before your check in time with no other hotels available!!

The host was very welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, the whole apartment was very spacious, the kitchen had everything you could need to prepare and cook your food. The attention to detail and the comfort of guests was really put into consideration here.

Sehr gute komplette Ausstattung auch der Küche, großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Alles sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche teilweise Wasserschaden von oben ohne funktionelle Bedeutung. Sehr freundliche Einführung durch Hausmeister.

Location 5 mins to city centre. Secure car parking. Spacious apartment everything we needed. Darin the host was very responsive.

The only issues for are female companions was there was no bins to dispose of feminine products.

Excellent location near to Botanic railway station.

The area is fairly run down but don’t let that put you off as the property is well appointed, clean, comfortable, central and secure.

Loads of room, immaculately clean, great bedding and towels, great supply of crockery and cutlery, everything you would need was provided and all good quality.

Only issue was that the kitchen cupboards were too high for anyone under 5’5”. Luckily one of us was that height or we wouldn’t have been able to use the glasses. 😁

First of all we liked the communication that we received before and throughout our stay with Darin. He was able to be contacted easily and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was great to have secure parking , a real bonus. Also liked the key pad entry to our apartment. It felt very secure

Apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. Darin and Ray were both very helpful. Great location and safe parking. Bars and restaurants within walking distance too. Lovely to have milk in the fridge and teabags in the cupboard when we arrived 😀 Thanks for a great stay!

We were in contact with the host, who we were able to book with after our first booking was cancelled. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it is the perfect location to find a number of restaurants, to walk to the center, to catch the hop-on-hop-off bus. Everything we could need for the kitchen was made available as well as plenty of suggestions for what to do and see during our visit. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to others. The place felt very safe and comfortable throughout our visit, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Darin was incredibly kind and accommodating. He even upgraded our apartment, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure all my requested needs were met, and his communication was excellent—always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I had questions. The location is also a big plus, as it’s conveniently close to both the bus station and the train station, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary tea and milk, which made the stay feel even more welcoming.

A few small details in the bathroom could be improved, but nothing that affected my overall stay.

Excellent apartment, very well appointed, first class location and Darin was a welcoming, friendly and informative host.

It was clean

I didn't like the location, I didn't feel very safe. Pillow on beds were wafer thin only one on each bed. Nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom we had to leave them on the floor. Coffee pods didn't work in the machine. Wifi poor in the bedrooms.

Great location, a lot of space with very clean facilities! It had a lovely outside space with a balcony. The hosts were very helpful and always able to assist if needed! The apartment was stocked with essentials such as milk, great snacks, washing equipment and shower supplies.

Great space, great views of the city from the Royal round to Stormont and the Belfast hills. One thing I really appreciated were decent size towels, I weekly stay in hotels and apartments and having proper size decent towels is a lot rarer than it should be. Host was excellent, very helpful and very responsive

Everything about the accommodation was 100% spot on! The owner,Darin, was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. The apartment was clean, tidy, close to city centre.

We loved everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the basic things we needed. We have three small children and it was ideal for us. It was quiet and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. We will absolutely return. Having secure parking was another added bonus.
