Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Er is een receptie met een supervriendelijke dame María. Wij wilden onze bagage afgeven en toen bleek onze kamer al gereed. María gaf goede tips voor restaurants en sightseeing. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en de douche en bedden waren heerlijk!

Por motivos de salud tuvimos que adelantar nuestra salida un día, circunstancia que comunicamos con suficiente antelación, dejando además el apartamento completamente libre a las 6:00 de la mañana del día anterior a la finalización de la reserva. Por ello pedimos, al menos, la devolución del importe correspondiente a ese último día, que no disfrutamos en absoluto pese a haber sido íntegramente cobrado. Entendemos que puedan existir condiciones de reserva o tarifas cerradas, pero creemos que una situación excepcional, avisada con antelación y que deja el alojamiento disponible durante toda una jornada, merecía cierta flexibilidad. Nos hubiera gustado encontrar una respuesta más comprensiva.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Ubicación a 4min andando por una calle a la playa de La Caleta, en pleno centro que permite ir caminando a cualquier sitio. La disposición de la habitación, cocina y baño. La amabilidad al poner cuna y trona gratuitamente. El que se disponga de lavadora y secadora para uso libre, y que haya tendedero y pinzas en la propia habitación. La terraza exterior donde dejar el tendedero, aunq en el balcón de la habitación también se puede. La amabilidad del personal de recepción y limpieza. La opción de parking, muy bien ubicado, con plazas amplias y a mitad de camino del alojamiento y la playa, por lo que hemos podido dejar a diario allí las sillas y sombrilla. Que ofrecen sombrillas, churro y juguetes de playa, de uso libre, para devolver en las zonas comunes. Que haya código para abrir la puerta, para no tener que estar pendiente de llevar llave. Que haya dos super (Día y Jamón a 1min) además de tiendas de barrio
En la ducha habían puesto una tabla de madera sobre el plato que, personalmente no me gustaba.

La cama de la planta de abajo era para un niño chico, no para mi hijo de 19 años con. 1,85 de altura,yo he pagado por 3 personas no por una cama supletoria, la TV era antigua y no podía conectar Netflix además la wifi llegaba regular. La lavadora y secadora es colectiva cosa que no me gustó, estilo lavandería para todos los apartamentos y situada en la azotea, la nevera también es pequeña y no hay lavaplatos los tienes que lavar a mano

Extremely disappointed with our ground floor back of the building apartment with no external window and very little natural daylight. I spent time researching here to ensure I picked an apartment where my husband and I could work remotely from for 2 days of our 4 day trip. The photos of my booking were nothing like reality. So misleading. It was very painful to work here for 2 days together sharing one small table when I thought the apartment I had chosen had 2 tables and windows. On top of that the single beds shoved together were the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in my adult memory. It’s such a shame that the advertising is so false. If I had known that I had to pay more for a better room I would have but not getting the option meant I was stuck in the situation.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026La ubicación tan cerca de La Caleta y de todos los bares y restaurantes de La Viña, la comodidad del apartamento, con lo mínimo indispensable y el detalle de la zona de lavadora con champú, papel y bolsas de basura extra para reponer uno mismo si se necesitan a deshora. Fuimos con niña pequeña y nos proporcionaron cuna y trona, todo muy cómodo para ella y encantada de ver las campanas de la iglesia desde la terraza solárium.
Algún cliente fumaba en el patio y los rellanos, porque olía. Lo indicamos en recepción y en seguida tomaron medidas y ya no olía, pero a los dos o tres día alguien más volvía a fumar (cambio de huéspedes). Quizá podrían insistir más al dar las llaves, o quitar la basura con cenicero del ascensor para no dar lugar a error (había colillas de vez en cuando).

The location is simply ideal: the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the surrounding area is packed with great restaurants. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and well-maintained. appartamento al pian terreno nel cortile poco luminoso. disposizione su due piani giorno, notte per noi non più giovani piuttosto disagevole. Difficilissimo da raggiungere in auto a causa strade chiuse sensi unici e divieti d'accesso. Il navigatore è andato in confusione ho dovuto posteggiare raggiungere a piedi la struttura e solo la disponibilità dell'addetto alla reception che gentilissimo è venuto a guidarmi ha consentito di risolvere la situazione. Parcheggio coperto distante 200 metri circa dalla struttura.

Las 2 camas eran de los años 60, pequeñitas, se dormia fatal, incomodas y faltaba una mesita de noche.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The apartment was pretty perfect for us, very tastefully decorated with a cute little balcony overlooking a quiet street and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Cadiz seafront. Everything was so well designed, hooks to hang bags, a banquet to put your luggage on, plenty of wardrobe space and draws, a very serviceable kitchen with enough utensils to prepare simple meals (although why would you want to, Cadiz has so many perfect restaurants). The bed was comfortable and the bedroom beautifully quiet. There is also a lovely roof terrace where you can enjoy a cold drink after a day of sightseeing. The cleaning was superb and the staff were great, a special thank you to the receptionist who assisted us after we lost our car parking ticket, he was so kind and helpful and everything worked out fine (ticket never found :)

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Fantastic location, near the beach and also the historic centre. The bed was very comfortable and the air con very welcome. The kitchen area was adequate for simple meals and there are numerous small supermarkets nearby. The adjacent street has lots of restaurants and bars, but the apartment was never noisy. The laundry facilities and roof terrace were added bonuses.Cadiz is a marvellous place, loads to see - we had a great week.
Unfortunately there was a leak in our bathroom that flowed out into the hallway. We reported it and it was cleaned up but not repaired so we had to dodge round the water all week.

The car parking instructions were a little confusing as a lot of the roads were one way and some of the restaurants had put tables out into the road so we were unable to get round to the apartment to unload our luggage but parking was secure when we finally made it.

Nos tocó un apartamento bajo exterior con ventana a la calle, lo que condiciona la privacidad y la sensación de intimidad. Era poco luminoso. Esta sensación hubiera cambiado en apartamentos de pisos superiores, mejorando la sensación de confort durante la estancia.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Tolle und ruhige Altstadtlage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Appartement über 2 Stockwerke war geräumig. Ausstattung komplett und modern. Betten bequem. Vermieter hat auch einen Platz im Parkhaus vorab reserviert. 3-4 Gehminuten vom Parkhaus zum Appartement. Kurzparkmöglichkeit (für die Gepäckverladung) vor dem Haus.
Durch die klassische Altstadtlage (wie in allen andalusischen Stadt-Highlights) ist Tageslicht im Appartement nur über den Innenhof vorhanden. Fast unvermeidbar wenn man in der Altstadt wohnen will. Alle Appartements sind über den Innenhof zugänglich. Nachdem die Appartement-Türen über automatische Türschließer zugeknallt werden, stehen Sie in der Nacht gerade im Bett, wenn andere Bewohner spät zurückkehren. Das sollte dringend verbessert werden.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Posizione ottima, un po’ scomodo arrivare in macchina, ma seguendo le loro istruzione è abbastanza comprensibile. Bisogna però acquistare il parcheggio con loro. Servizio lavanderia ottima, la struttura ti dà a disposizione lavatrice e asciugatrice con detersivi. Appartamento comodo e accogliente.
Se si arriva in macchina bisogna prenotare il parcheggio.
