Reviewed Feb 12, 2026朝食の際、海の眺めがみたくて、少し遠いところからキョロキョロとしていた姿をみていてくださり、海を眺められる席が空いた時に、ホテルの方が「よかつたら、移動されますか？」と声をかけてもらえたことがとても嬉しかったです。瀬戸内の海をゆっくり眺めたいと思いつつ、旅行の行程上難しかったので、かけがえのない時間となりました。

お風呂を利用できる時間が短い。朝食にバラエティがない。ジムはあるが追加料金が必要な点、など。施設や立地が立派でも、肝心の中身のサービス面でのコスト削減がわかりやすく丸見えでした。そのため、お客様ファーストより経営ファーストが先に見えてしまう。経営努力はわかります。ただ、たまに、ちょっとの心の贅沢を求める宿泊客としては、それがあからさまだと、なんだか貧しい気分にさせられてしまいます。

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025酒店位于车站前，十分适合通过电车来旅游的旅客。酒店工作人员热情好客。酒店内部有多个餐厅，设施完善。早餐有三个套餐，两个日式早餐和一个美式早餐。
酒店设施比较老旧，我入住的房间浴室一个瓷砖有一点点崩碎，已经和酒店工作人员反应。酒店内部没有洗衣设备。

Reviewed Feb 26, 2025Great location right next to Kure station. This is a convenient place to stay while traveling around Kure and Hiroshima. The rooms were clean and comfortable and met our expectations. There were several restaurants on site, including a bistro and a cafe on the first floor. I know they have a beer garden on the roof, but I'm not sure when it's open.
The walls were a bit thin. One night we heard the person in the next door room sneezing. I can see this being a problem if you end up placed next to a noisy group. The decorum had a classical theme, which was executed well but not to my personal taste. This isn't a criticism, just a comment.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Very conveniently located. Just a few streps away from the JR Kure station, and a couple of blocks from the Yamato maritime museum, which can be accessed via a foot bridge. Hotel is showing signs of age but is well maintained and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Good lighting in the room. Breakfast is served on the 14th floor with excellent view of the city and the port. Hotel offers cute hand-drawn maps showing staff’s recommended restaurants, cafes, very cute.

Has a nice slightly old fashioned elegant feel unlike other station area hotels that are always bustling and prioritize efficient use of space in the rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located to Yamato Museum, mall shopping and transportation. Set breakfast (choice of either Japanese or Western) was well prepared and tasty in a restaurant on the top floor of building (14th floor). Also surprising number of restaurant choices for a moderately sized hotel. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

My only complaint is that the gym doesn’t open until 12pm. That might just be a thing in Japan. But I like to work out in the morning before my day starts.

The breakfast menu was the same every day. This needs to change. Suggest having a buffer breakfast for easier and faster service. Also, there was no barbeque and grilled restaurant opened on the 7th floor. We hope that this will be available during longer periods (not only in summer).

Reviewed Jun 26, 2023On arrival we were meet by delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Second night the staff changed and so did the atmosphere. It was all very serious and cold, including the water the following morning. Lights in bathroom were inadequate. When I told manager he just wrote it down, no apology for our cold showers. Apart from that it was very good.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2019初めての宿泊でしたが、チェックイン時刻が遅めだったので、駅前という立地条件は「飲食物調達」という意味でも大変有難かったです。 エクストラベッドを入れての3人利用なるも、特に手狭には感じませんでした。硬めのマットレスやシッカリした枕のおかげで安眠できました。 呉市はホテル数が少ないようなので、同市再訪の機会あればまたお世話になりたいです。

Reviewed Jan 2, 2019大和ミュージアムを観るためにこのホテルを予約しました。１２時前にホテルに着いたのでチェックインまで荷物を預かってもらおうとフロントに頼んだら、掃除が終わっているからと部屋に入れてくれました。 大和ミュージアムへは呉駅前から二階歩道を通って５分程度で着きました。 ホテルの回りには各種レストランや呉駅内にコンビニエンスストアーがあり快適に呉観光をすることができました。

Reviewed Sep 17, 2018Stort hotell med flera restauranger. Rummen var likt dom absolut flesta i Japan rena och fräscha. Badrummet höll hög klass även om det för någon av min längd (185cm) kan uppfattas som aningen lågt i tak när man står i duschen. Med tanke på sista sekunden bokningen jag gjorde får priset anses vara bra.
