Hotel Ocean View

Hotellet ligger i kort gå-afstand fra byens centrum med restauranter osv. Hotellet er vist primært beboet af udlændinge med midlertidigt arbejde på byens skibsværfter og tekniske virksomheder, så kl. 8 var der ingen andre gæster til morgenmaden.

Meget slidt og ikke vedligeholdt. Gulvtæpper og møbler i værelserne er næsten direkte ulækre. Man sover ikke med dyner men blot med et tyndt tæppe og et lagen. Vi sov elendigt. Morgenmaden var bestemt ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Der var stort set aldrig bemanding i receptionen, så forvent ingen assistance.

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was also much better than we expected! As a foreigner in Korea, this breakfast was more of the western continental breakfast I'm used to, which was a nice surprise. The location was nice, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The staff were also SO friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others wanting to stay in Ulsan near the ocean.

시설은 좀 오래된 것 같아 보였지만 정말 깨끗하게 관리가 되어 있었고 직원분이신지 사장님인지 모르겠지만 엄청 친절하십니다. 무엇보다 전기차 충전기가 있어 너무 좋았습니다.

화장실 변기커버는 교체하는게 좋겠습니다. 너무 오래되어 색이 완전 바랬어요 호텔명이 오션뷰인데 바다가 아주 쪼끔 보여서 아쉬웠어요 아 그리고 조식에 컵라면이라도 추가해주시면 좋겠어요

서비스, 청결, 식사 모두 좋았습니다. 특히 직원들이 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 강추입니다.

티비를 스마트티비로 교체하여 휴대폰 연동이 편하게 끔 하여 사용하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 시대가 시대인 만큼........

아메리칸스타일 조식 괜찮았어요. 주변에 많은 숙박업소가 있어서 그런지 이용객이 많지 않아 한적했어요. 외국인들이 많아서 신기방기?!

엘레베이터가 하나뿐이라 급한 성격의 한국인들은 답답할 수 있을 것 같아요. (그렇지만 이용객이 적어서 오래기다릴 필요는 없었답니다.)

리뷰를 확인하고 갔던 관계로 기대와 크게 다른 부분은 없었습니다. 생각보다 깔끔했고 조식도 생각보다 메뉴가 많아서(정말 미국모텔같은 간단한 아메리칸스타일일줄 알았는데) 만족스러웠습니다. 출장으로 와있는 것 같아보이는 외국인들이 많아서 외국 온 느낌도 나고 좋았습니다 :)

We really liked the location around the hotel. The breakfast and the view were also really nice. The room we were in was also really quiet.

There was no soap, body wash, or shampoo/hair care products in the bathroom. I wish those were provided in our hotel room. But everything else was amazing.

It's near the beach and food stores. Great location to be honest.

The outside looks old but surprisingly, the inside isn't that bad. Yes most of the head paint ceilings are coming off but it doesn't smell at all.

Friendly staff and good location. Restaurant is also good. I was working at HHI Offshore shipyard and they provide a shuttle service and you can also have them prepare you a box lunch. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is not next to the beach but quite close, about 3 minutes of walk.

해변하고 약간 거리가 있지만 객실이 넓고 깨끗하고 뷰도 괜찮았어요. 밤에 해변도 돌아다니고 식당도 많아 좋았습니다.

가성비는 최고인듯. 조식이 먹을것은 많이 없었지만 그래도 토스트에 과일이면 괜찮은듯.

Breakfast hours were too limited as were the serving amounts.. Also, alot of the sheets, fooring, chairs, need replacing or repair.

Close to the beach with a lovely breakfast buffet and comfy bed.

The hallways were dark, the hotel had a retro vibe and could do with an update for the rooms with new flooring.

우선 프론트에 계신 분들이 아주 친절하였고, 숙소 내부도 사용하기 편리하고 안락했어요. 무엇보다 전기콘센트가 여기저기 너무 많아 사용하기에 정말 편리하였고, 무료 조식도 괜찮았어요. 아주 만족합니다.

숙소: 시설 자체는 오래 되었으나 청결함은 아주 좋습니다. 또한 간단한 조식도 기본 옵션이라 좋았습니다. 주차: 건물 뒤편에 주차 공간이 넉넉했습니다. 주변 관광지 접근성: 인근 해수욕장 도보권이고 대왕암 관광지는 차로 5분이내에 있어 좋았습니다

평범해서 특별히 좋거나 나쁘지 않았음

The staff were helpful and polite. They used English when needed too. The beds were really comfy and the room was spacious.

The breakfast was not appetizing at all. Almost everything just pre-made and not cooked fresh, except the eggs- which were cold and dry. The location is not really close to the beach, it was at least a 10 minute walk (and up hill on the way back), which is a long way for a child to walk.

근처에 출장을 오면 딱히 대안이 없다. 작년까지는 출장을 와도 삼산동에 호텔에서 숙박을 했는데 조금이라도 더 쉬기위해 찾은 호텔이지만 노트북을 놀고 잠깐동안 업무를 볼수 있는 공간도 없고 의자도 불편하다.. 내부는 리모델링을 한 것 같지만 오래된 느낌을 지울 수 없다.

Breakfast was good. Staff we friendly and excellent. I would go back again.

조식 샐러드가 상한상태여서 먹을수가 없는상태에 새로운 재료와 섞어났어요. 드라이기도 너무 오래전꺼라 사용하기 에 불편했어요

청결상태가 매우 좋았습니다. 외국인이 많이 오는 호텔같았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하게 나와서 좋습니다. 한식 메뉴는 없으니 참고하세요

좋았습니다. 바다도 5분만 걸으면 바로 닿을수 있었고 주차 공간도 충분했어요. 다만 조식이 조금 허술했던 점이 이쉽습니다. 대체적으로 만족이예요.

I stayed in Ocean View Hotel for 1 night in February 2021 during a business trip. It is situated in Ulsan, near Haesuyokjang beach and within an area between 2 big Korean shipyards, HHI and Hyundai Mipo and it is a Hotel probably most suitable for Summer Season. However, it operates all year round probably due to the various businesses associated with the 2 shipyards. It has an older style but it looked convenient, clean and overall suited for a comfortable stay. It offers free parking inside its back yard and even there is a charging station for electric cars. Reception does not operate 24h but this isn’t a big problem apart from a potential late check in. My room was spacious enough and had view to the sea while it was found warm and relaxing as I needed it. Stuff was found to be friendly and helpful and without having any communication problem. For breakfast there was a small buffet but with tasty choices (e.g. eggs, sausages, bacon etc) seemingly more international than Korean but I guess it might have variations depending on season and the majority of clients.

가성비 최악입니다. 중동 출장다닐때 현지 숙소같은 분위기 였고, 로비에 사람이 없어서 10분넘게 대기했습니다 주변 더욱 저렴한 모텔이 더 좋았습니다

금액에 비해서는 살짝 아쉬운듯, 외국인손님들이 대부분인것 같네요. 카운터직원분은 너무친절하셨습니다!

출장 업무 보기에 적합 했습니다. 실내 깨끗하고, 조용하고 프런트 직원 친절했습니다.

몇몇 후기가 별로여서 걱정되었는데 직원분도 친절하시구 방도 깨끗했어용. 대왕암공원까지도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리라 좋았어요. 하루 편하게 잘 묵고 갑니당.

객실 업그레이드도 해주시고, 직원분이 주변갈곳도 설명해주시고, 넘 친절하세요. 주변이 모텔촌이라 조용하고 깨끗해서 가족끼리 이용하기 좋은곳입니다.

출장으로 묵게 된 숙소인데 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다 룸컨디션은 괜찮은 편이고요 비즈니스호텔같은 느낌이고 북적거리지 않아 좋았어요 특히 안내데스크 여성 직원분이 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분 좋게 다녀왔습니다

사진으로는 가구들이 좀 오래되보이는데 실제로 보는게 더 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 침대도 푹신푹신하고 깨끗했어요! 해수욕장까지는 거리가 조금 있지만 걸어서 충분히 갈 거리였어요. 12시가 넘으면 건물 문이 잠겨 방카드로 찍어야지만 들어올수 있는건 좀 불편했습니다. 다른.일행이 방에 있으면 카드키를 뺄수가 없으니까 마트를 가거나 흡연을 하러 나가기가 불편했어요 ㅜ

호텔주변이 바다근처라 위치는괜찮았고 침구류도 좋았습니다 아쉬운점은 묵었던 방실 욕실문이 제대로닫기질않아서 아쉬웠습니다 전반적으론 양호했던거 같아요 좀

주변이 모텔촌인지라 가족숙박에는 조금 적절해 보이지는 않습니다.

주변에 모텔촌이라 가족여행으로는 비추.

모텔촌에 위치하여 찾아가는 길이 황당하였습니다. 나름 깔끔하지만 가격이 반이었으면 이해할수 있을 정도의 수준.

숙소에 문제가 생겨 불안한 마음이었으나 숙소에 도착하자마자 바로 맘이 놓였답니다. 편의시설을 이용하기에도 용이했고 깨끗한 객실과 늦은 시간이었으나 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 응대한 호텔직원덕에 아이들과 행복한 시간 만들고 좋은 추억 남겼습니다.~^^

Buisiness trip to HHI yard. Close distance to yard, helpful staff, but worn hotel...and very expensive rates...

Hotel was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, however the hotel is outdated and overpriced for what it is. The beds are hard and not so comfortable. Much better options in the area for similar cost.

Although the food and room a bit pricey, overall it is a great hotel to live in as they provide free airport transfer and daily transfer from hotel to HHI yard. The receptionists are all very kind and they can print out your time sheet as per your request without extra charges.

마지막날과 새해 첫날을 가족과 함께 이곳에서 보냈는데. 일단 해돋이 명소와 가까워 아침에 산책할수 있는 좋은 장소 이구요. 먹거리가 풍족한 장소 이기도 합니다. 호텔은 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 그리고 나름 조식 뷔페도 괜찬습니다. 음식 하나하나에 신경을 쓴 흔적이 보입니다. 외국인 전용 호텔이기도 하여 다수의 외국인들이 거주를 했던것 같구요. 울산 혹은 경남에서 이정도 가격이면 추천해도 괜찬을듯 싶습니다

The stay was business related and good for that purpose. There is a shuttle from and to the shipyard, which is good organised. The hotel staff is very friendly and will do everything to make your stay convinient.
