Extremely clean and spacious bedrooms, spacious bathroom suitable for wheelchair access. Ample crockery, cutlery etc, cooktop, fridge and freezer, plunger coffee and excellent heat pump. Perfect cottage for an extended stay.

Basically a motel, not a cabin. It is not particularly close to queenstown, but if you have activities planned in thr area it is a good option.

We’ve stayed at a lot of parks across the country and Kingston Top10 is #1 in my top ten. The location is stunning, and the park matches that. The beds are so good, the rooms and bathrooms always feel fresh and clean, and the kids loved everything from the stream, to the giant chess, to the flying fox, to the play area. Next time we’re staying for atleast a week and firing up that pizza oven! Awesome mahi team!

We stayed in the family cabin, had everything we needed, comfy beds, great kitchen facilities in the cabin as well as in the communal area. The ensuite bathroom was lovely. We loved the outside seating and the creek just in front.

We stayed 4 nights, had a self contained cabin and were very comfortable. With a late check in, the keys and directions along with a map on where our cabin was located was available to us. They had prepared it by leaving lights and the heater switched on. It was a nice touch to welcome us there! Everything was there that we needed and the grounds were tidy. Recommend staying here. We travelled into Queenstown every day (40 minutes each way) which wasn't overly hard, the scenery was worth the drive anyway!

Bath house was amazing,thanks. Wee had the smaller older cabin and it was clean, tidy ,warm .

This is affordable and clean. Even a bit far from Queenstown but it’s worth it i would like to recommend this motel.

I felt too cold, heating was not sufficient. Even I left it on for long, seems like not insulated. I have to turn on electric blanket and it got too hot, then I turn it off and back to cold so temperature was the issue as I didn’t get any sleep…

Stayed in a cabin. Was probably the most expensive accomodation we had in NZ, maybe because of location. But well worth the money, beds were big and comfortable, all clean and looked refurbished/new, including kitchen. Petrol station in Kinston got cheaper prices than in QT. Good base for Milford Sound one day trip. Close to the lake, nice to walk around. Do Shirtail lookout if you have time.

A great place to rest your bones after a busy day exploring. The log cabin was warm, with a comfy bed & a good shower.

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Cabin, die gut ausgestattet und insgesamt sehr angenehm war. Für uns war es der erste Aufenthalt in einem Top 10 Holiday Park, und wir waren positiv überrascht, wie gut alles organisiert und wie entspannt die Atmosphäre ist. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Absolutely nothing that detracted from our overall experience – we would happily stay again. A place that leaves a lasting impression - for all the right reasons.

The mountain views was amazing. The lake within walking distance. Being that little bit out of town, it was away from the bussle, perfect for relaxing but close enough to experience Queenstown sights and offers. Amenities were clean, up to date, & we enjoyed having a pizza oven. A little stream beside our cabin, just added to the charm

We stayed in the chalets, super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay in Kingston. The manager was welcoming and helpful.

One chalet needed a new kettle - a minor detail.

Good front staff. He gave us proper instruction and was waiting for us to arrive at the place. It was very comforting. The place was clean.

On phone (by a lady) we were told that there is no cooking facility. The cooktop was disconnected and I had to figure out how to start it to cook the food.

Lovely room with plenty of space, great communal kitchen, nice outside seating areas, useful laundry facilities, beautiful nearby lake for walks and a local pub with decent food within walking distance - plus convenience store and fuel.

Stayed here for Warbirds over Wānaka. The self contained log cabins were perfect. The service was also great and friendly.

My first time staying at a place like this and i can say I wasn't disappointed. Had everything one needs. Clear instructions of expectations of their guests. Handy information booklet was also provided. We booked here as we did the Kingston Flyer train ride. Shower was nice, had good water pressure. The shared facilities is pretty cool, got to know some random people. Has a smart Tv, electric blanket. Quite cosy.

I have nothing negative to mention.

The cleaning products smelt a bit strong but we were able to air it well with opening windows.

Outstanding facilities, great staff. Easy walk to the beach. Shop nearby. The cabins look comfy, I was RTT on the ute. Compact camp, have a walk around if you're towing a big caravan. Dining/kitchen has a covered outdoor zone with bbq and even a pizza oven : ) Bathrms all clean and spacious. Everything is either new and/or maintained meticulously.

You always know what you're going to get with a Top 10 and this was another that didn't disappoint! Lovely spot to enjoy the south end of the lake. Bonus points for unexpected visit from the Kingston Flyer steam train the morning we left. Check the timetable and don't miss if it's around what a sight

Shame it's not quite "lakefront" so there's no view of wakatipu directly but only a very short walk for a dip! Shame you lose the sun early in the evening but that's what you get when you're surrounded by so many stunning mountains.

Kelly went above & beyond expectation to make our stay a very comfortable one, thank you, SO much! He was also very interested in our wonderful fishing experiences with Chris Dore and on our own!! We had Excellent accommodation that was exceptionally clean tidy and incredibly comfortable beds. It was nice & quiet at night, so we slept well.

I loved it, peaceful and quiet, with nature and the beautiful landscape. I felt calm and relaxed when I departed.

My cabin was near a major highway, noisy in the day time, after 9pm it was much better.

We liked that the room had multiple beds for our family and a small kitchen with all we needed to cook. There is a park next door and we played on the zip line. We enjoyed walking to the lake. It was a relaxed stop on our way to Milford Sound.

Great showers. Great kitchen area. It was really a great experience. It was really refreshing to clean up well, do our laundry and have a great night’s sleep before we head on again.

Quiet gem of a park, an hour from Queenstown and in a different world! My small cabin was comfortable and immaculate; the kitchen was modern, spacious and well equipped. And this is an eco-park: everything, including waste water, is recycled!

Newly refurbished motel room Fantastic camp kitchen

Our time was limited and would love to have stayed a few nights.

We stayed in the hotel rooms and would highly recommend it to other travellers. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Staff were excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to dislike

From the beginning when I contacted over the phone after I failed to booking via online, receptionist explain everything about booking procedure. Environment including kitchen, shower and toilet, laundry are perfect. I will strongly recommend this to my family and friends who have a plan to visit this area later.

We had a family room which had 2 queen beds, a table and chairs and a lounge chair, a kitchenette and a good sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. There were pay for use laundry facilities on site which was a bonus. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a family Cabin with shared facilities like Communal Kitchen & Bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained next to a council reserve. Top10 provided Tennis rackets and Football to children to enjoy the park.

This is an outstanding facility with beautiful grounds and close proximity to the lake and recreation area. The kitchen, grill area and communal lounge, both inside and outside, make this someplace special. We were in a powered RV site
