The sauna is closed. One of the main reasons I stay here. And work going on all around the pool. You need to tell guests that this is the case. I wouldn’t have stayed here or paid this money if I had known sauna was closed.

The first room we were given was full of mosquitos but we asked to move and she was super happy to accommodate us! The pool is lovely, views amazing! And the staff are always there to help. The room was a big size and they clean it daily if you want. The wifi was decent too. The only thing to be aware of, it’s 2km from walking street. So a moped is needed to get around as Grab isn’t a thing there. But the distance was worth it for us as we had a lovely pool and place to chill and sunbathe.

Der riesige Pool und das Frühstück sind fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist etwas ausserhalb von Pai gelegen, man ist aber zu Fuss in etwa 20 Minuten im Zentrum.

Nothing we didn’t like

The grounds are truly beautiful, so peaceful, a true gem! The little houses where the apartments are located are so cute with the different bright colours. The staff were very accommodating for my family! Supplied us with an extra mattress for our child, accommodated our dietary restrictions! We really can't say enough great things about this accommodation!

We loved everything

The view and the swimming pool are absolutely amazing! Stuff is very helpful for any kind of request. Delicious coffee at the cafeteria by the pool.

Large pool free tea and coffee

Room window full of rot with hole through it, broken glass aswell..10 meters outside the window at 8.30am on a Saturday someone was cutting and grinding metal very very loud continued for about one hour. The large pool needs maintenance especially the edges they also rent out and have kids come from outside to scream and shout all afternoon so not relaxing at all, wouldn't go back

Chambre très grande avec grand lit très confortables, pas mal de mobilier (bureau, petite table, banc, cintres…), ce qui permet de sentir vite comme chez soi. Le ménage est fait tous les jours (serviettes changées quotidiennement, et plusieurs sont fournies). La piscine avec transats et parasols est un vrai plus. On peut même y voir le lever de soleil. L’hôtel est légèrement excentré du centre-ville et entouré de verdure, c’est très agréable.

Plutôt des idées d’amélioration, pas de point négatifs à proprement parler. > Peut-être ajouter un peu plus de transats et de parasols autour de la piscine pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter en même temps. > À plus long terme, améliorer le chemin de gravier qui mène à l’hôtel pourrait être utile. En scooter, ce n’est pas toujours très pratique, surtout la nuit (je l’ai appris à mes dépens en tombant).

The place is beautiful, with amazing view, incredible pool, quiet, and the people in charge are super nice and kind, you have a restaurant and bar if you want to stay around. The room has space, light, and a nice balcony with perfect view.

The staff were so lovely & kind. Room was very clean. They were having some work done so offered to move us to another room as it was loud which was very kind. The pool is so nice and refreshing & the food is great. Would definitely stay again!

Mattress was a little bit uncomfortable but wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately the water in the bathroom sink & shower went black on the 3rd day. We told the staff & they said we needed to let it run so it comes clear but that didn’t work. They said it’s the same all over the hotel so moving rooms wouldn’t help. Was a little bit annoying as we couldn’t shower

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist abgelegen und es gibt viel zu erkunden. Für uns genau das richtige und wir kommen sicher zurück.

Ein schöner, ruhiger Ort mit grossem Swimming Pool. Leider kann man dort nicht Nachtessen. Man ist auf ein Auto oder Motorrad angewiesen. Es hat zuwenig Liegestühle am Pool. Die Angestellten sind hilfsbereit und nett. Man kann auch die Wäsche dort waschen lassen für 140 Bath.

Das Frühstück fand ich zu teuer, wird aber sehr schön angerichtet. Man muss alles einzeln bestellen. Für das Geld kann ich zweimal in Pai am Abend essen gehen. Die Matratze ist sehr unbequem, ich habe die Federn gespürt.

couvercle WC Cassé, simplement posé dessus, moisissures dans la douche, rideau de douche tombe à la première utilisation, literie tres tres dure, tres inconfortable, porte de douche avec verre cassé, porte de douche sort de sa glissière, la chambre ne correspondait pas à la reservation, manque TV, restaurant fermé pendant le sejour, impression d'utiliser la chambre de réserve...

Camera ampia e letti comodi. Staff accogliente e super disponibile. Bella la piscina.

Das es erst nach 8:00 Uhr Frühstück gab; es dann auch nicht in Buffetform war, so dass man warten musste, weil jedes Frühstück extra und nacheinander nach Bestellung zubereitet wurde. Störend fanden wir, das anderes Personal zur gleichen Zeit den Frühstücksbereich anfing zu fegen und zu putzen.

The staff went above and beyond to help us secure a taxi when our booked Bolt didn’t turn up. Pool is massive, food is good, ground are beautiful. It’s a little further out of town but we rented bikes and it was 10-15 minute ride in to town. Getting a taxi is pretty easy ?although there is no Grab in Pai) and the staff were really kind to give us a life when we needed it.

The pool is great but of course very cold. So refreshing Breakfast was amazing, cooked and large plate of fruit plus tea coffee and juice. The views of the mountains. Close to centre but not too close 24hr free tea &coffee

Depending on room is how noisy it gets. We were ground floor and walls are like paper. Neighbours were not loud just the walls are so thin. Could hear them talking at normal volume. We had stairs at side of our room (in Cutie apartment) and when people walked up and down it was horrendously loud. Bath towels very thin In case you’re used to tea coffee facilities in room. There are none. But they are happy to give you a flask. No cushions on wooden pool loungers. So can be uncomfortable.

Etwas außerhalb von Pai und daher im Normalfall angenehm ruhig. Leider war um die Ecke ein Nachtmarkt wo genau in unserer Zeit täglich Livemusik gespielt wurde. Ein toller Blick auf die umgebenen Berge. Der Pool riesig perfekt für ausgedehntes Schwimmtraining. Leckers Essen mit vielen Zutaten aus eigener Ernte. Der Staff super nett.

Magisk sted med flotte værelser, smuk udsigt og fantastisk personale, som er ekstremt hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

Vi kunne lide alt ved vores ophold, men havde lidt udfordringer med rengøring. Vi fik ikke noget rengøring, selvom vi hang vores rengørings skilt ud og måtte derfor selv opsøge receptionen efter ikke at have fået rengøring de første 3 dage.

Amazing staff, very friendly. We asked them to help to find a taxi as no Grab in Pai, offered to give us a free lift! Pool was great with amazing views, nice food at the pool restaurant aswell.

Only down side is the first room the TV did not work, we moved as we wanted somewhere to smoke which they kindly accommodated however no TV at all in that room. Nice to watch something at the end of a long day.

N groot zwembad en prima restaurant kaart. Alleen ging om 5 uur al dicht. Afstand naar de stad was bekend: 5 minuten met scooter. Prima

De bungalow lovely was slecht onderhouden. 1 handdoekje erbij maar. Stopcontacten bleef geen stekker in hangen. Door groene glazen veel zonlicht in de vroege ochtend. Gekozen vanwege rustige locatie achteraf, maar we hebben tot 2 uur s nachts vette overlast gehad van bovenburen. Blijkbaar wonen zij daar....? De wandjes zijn ook heel dun. Voordeur, schuifdeur, ging niet dicht, was kapot en liep steeds uit de rail en dan had je de voordeur in je hand ongeveer. Dus kies nooit voor Lovely. Eur 30 per nacht is niet duur, maar het is het niet waard.

Das Hotel liegt im Grünen.

Personal spricht weder Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch oder Spanisch und war etwas unwillig. Hotel komplett außerhalb und dann kein Tuktuks oder Taxis in der Nähe. Taxi über das Hotel ordern führe zu den gleichen Preisen, die die Taxifahrer auch bei ersten Frage nach dem Preis nannten. Frühstück: Wasser, Teebeutel, Milchpulver und Zucker waren inbegriffen genauso wie zwei Scheiben Toast, ein Rührei, eine Butter, etwas Salat, eine halbe Banane, viertel Drachenfrucht, halbe Pasionfrucht und eine viertel Mango, alles andere wie z.B. Brötchen, Kaffee, frische Milch, Marmelade/Honig...kosteten extram. Im Zimmer war kein Tresor. Einmal wollte die Putzkraft morgens um 08:00 ins Zimmer.

El personal es muy agradable y servicial. Tienen servicio de restaurante en el propio alojamiento con buenos precios y variedad. La ubicación no está mal, 6 minutos en taxi o 30 minutos andando tranquilamente, pero vale la pena por el ambiente, es inmejorable, super tranquilo, mucha naturaleza y una piscina enorme. Estuvimos prácticamente sólos durante nuestra estancia.

Olor a humedad en la habitación, pero es normal por el clima.

Been traveling in thailand for the past 20 years, in this place I really felt like home, the manger Quan is so helpful and nice. One of those places that makes you fall in love in Thailand again ::))

Prachtige ligging met mooi uitzicht, wij zaten in de ‘schattige’ kamer, 1e verdieping en de kinderen onder ons. Prima kamer, bed kraakte maar sliep prima, badkamer in orde, airco werkte goed, klein balkonnetje. Goede gordijnen maar sochtends werd het heel licht in de kamer door andere ramen die blauw glas hadden maar niet verduisterden. Slaapmasker bood uitkomst. Supervriendelijk personeel, we kregen de eerste avond een lift naar het dorp. Terug gelopen, 20-25 minuten maar ging best. Fantastisch enorm groot zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt was heerlijk, je kon zeggen wanneer je wilde ontbijten en dan werd er een heerlijk bord vers fruit gemaakt en lekker eitjes gebakken met spek, brood en salade.

Als je geen vervoer hebt, ligt het wat ver van het centrum. Koelkast op de kamer kon je niet aansluiten op stopcontact, maar zou ook niet weten waar je een koelkast voor nodig hebt. Geen verse koffie, alleen oploskoffie.

Facilities were excellent. Easy check in. Pool was stellar.

Squeaky bed, found out the 2 middle support bars are beansd (bent) caused psytrance beat every time one of us was to roll over.

The process of moving between rooms as a family was extremely cumbersome, and we were not provided with the necessary equipment to allow us to enjoy our time together as a family. It is not suitable for families at all. The additional room was particularly small. Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing stay.

Beautiful location. Approach along a gravel track through fields. Views of surrounding mountains. Chickens, cows and dogs in and around. The walk from Paî about a mile and not too far - we liked getting our steps in. Pool absolutely fab. Breakfast was phenomenal. Quite European the first day and lovely but we asked for Thai the next and green curry for breakfast was fun. It came with loads of fruit and salad. Very friendly.

Isolated feel

Absolutely loved the pool! Loved a late afternoon swim listening to the birds and nature whilst looking out to the mountains. Nice quiet location, staff were great, I got lots of water provided which I needed because I was sweating alot during my day adventures. Bed - firm'ish for Europeans but still comfortable sleeping on my side. Excellent pillows and clean bedding. Great affordable meal options onsite but I think they stop cooking between 6 or 7pm. Notes: You will need to hire a scooter to get around - no grab taxi in Pai. The pool is open to the public - so anyone can enjoy the pool for a small fee. It was never crowded.

The bed was a little squeaky but still comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a great hotel. It was nice and quiet, and there was an amazing large pool. You would want a bike to be able to get into town, but we knew that and choose this knowing that so no issues there! Would have extended our stay if we could - and bright googles to properly swim!

The pool seems to be community communal in the afternoons but we had no problem with that!

Best swimmingpool ever. Length 25 meters. Such a good pool that even the military came to train some day and on another day some schoolclasses took the pool over. But the staff very correctly warned us the day before that we couldn't use the pool for most of the next day. Further the surroundings were very rural with a view of the mountains in the distance. The hotel was in the middle of a green valley with onionfields, trees, some blooming with bright yellow flowers. Others bright red. It was very quiet. Far from the madding hippies of Pai. The staff was also very nice. No complaints there.

A bit far from the village itself with it's crazy foodmarket and restaurants, so you have to rent a scooter. Or walk for 40 minutes. The hotel itself does one or two simple dishes, chicken and rice, with an egg on top, basic but very well made by the male member of staff. I am under the impression that everybody is an excellent cook in Thailand...😊

The staff are wonderful, we had a few issues when we checked in and all were handled quickly. The pool is absolutely stunning with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The hotel is slightly out of Pai but if you have a scooter then it's refreshingly quiet. The hotel serves food and drink, the perfect place to completely switch off for a while ☺️

The location made it difficult without a bike.

It wasn’t close to town by foot, but if you have a moped no problem.

There were only four beds for the swimming pool. Only one staffmember was speaking English. And only 1/4 things of the menu were possible to order. In het hotel were a few dogs, and with checkinn there was told us that we have to be carefull that they are not always nice. For us this felt unsafe during the stay.

I would have liked a nightstand or something like that, and a chair or at least more hangers for my clothes(there was just one). Our room was next to the pool and our last night the pool made a very loud noise for quite a long time which was a bit annoying.
