Reviewed Aug 4, 2026我們退房後，有遇到蔣小姐，他很熱情詢問我們可不可以寫評論，送我們2張咖啡券，後來聊天後有提到我們的感受和問題，蔣小姐有提供我們解決方式以及停車補助，幸好有蔣小姐的出現在櫃台服務，不然我們友人入住感受會很不好。
1.請櫃檯人員要隨時注意有無客人在櫃台等待辦理入住。 2.覺得枕頭和被子有異味。 3.雖有特約停車場，但20幾個位置實在太少，但是有小孩的家庭停車距離太遠實在不便，再來停到別的停車場，停遠又要付費，希望未來可以提供全額停車費補貼。 4.我們訂的是4人房，但感覺好像是2人房加床的，漱口杯提供2組，忘了給4人份。

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026以新竹市區來說，CP值很高，只住一晚的話可以選擇。 另外也可另外免費加被子，送到房間如人不在有致電確認，這個很貼心。
就乾淨上來說尚需加強，進房後原被單上有洗不掉的血跡(小範圍傷口的那種)。 浴室門雖然是拉門，但僅固定上方，所以不小心推到時會很怕斷掉。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026極差的住宿體驗 1.入住時下訂的是四人房，一開始的房卡卻給雙人房的，下去更換房卡時並未得到任何致歉 2.入住的四人房進去發現馬桶還有頭髮，腳踏墊是濕的，讓人對於整理的盡責程度感到懷疑 3.淋浴間對外的玻璃可能是為了避免尷尬，用塑膠板蓋起來，導致浴室門開關都會產生門與塑膠板碰撞的噪音 4.床墊可以說是震動的良導體，身邊的人輕輕動一下就震個不行，我以為在南投地震體驗館
