Nice hotel for the price, staff were great but the location is outside the town centre which made transportation challenging

The room is simple and clean. Perfect location in a walking distance to the market. Quiet at night. Good place to stay in Lampang.

This is our second visit and we really enjoyed our stay. We felt that it was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were satisfactory. (Hot water kettle, small fridge, shampoo and body wash) Compared to other hotel rooms of the same bracket, this room additionally included a couch as well as table and chair for working. And the breakfast buffet was so tasty!

We love this hotel. clean and modern. The only down side is, the wi fi just can't cope!

The hotel is located very close to the airport with free pick-up and drop-off. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The hotel is also close to the market, coffee shop and cafe. The room is spacious and clean. Recommended.

Perfect location to see Lampang. Other choices for coffee shops and local restaurants next to the hotel. My only choice for next time in Lampang.

Was very to find. Very convenient to local food and one very good bar next. Been in Thailand for two now and mid range hotels by far this is the best I’ve stayed at for quality. Would easily stay again. Breakfast was better than most by far.

No complaints! Everything is nice, new, clean, quiet. Hope it stays that way. Nice view from balcony. Fast Wi-Fi connection. It was easy to work in the room. Good desk space by the balcony. Bathroom is great: Good water pressure and new, very good adjustable water heater. I like a really hot shower. I will stay here again when I am in Lampang.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในตัวเมือง เดินทางสะดวก มีที่จอดรถเยอะมากๆ และมี รปภ. ดูแลความปลอดภัยช่วงกลางคืน พนักงานต้อนรับ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้บริการอย่างดี สำหรับการเข้าพักที่นี่ จะมีค่ามัดจำ key card 200 บาท/ใบ โดยจะได้รับคืนตอนเช็คเอ๊าท์ โรงแรมฯ มีทั้งหมด 4 ชั้นและมีลิฟท์ อำนวยความสะดวกด้วย แนะนำให้พักชั้นบนๆ และขอวิวสวนมะพร้าว ตื่นเช้ามาบรรยากาศ จะดีมาก ห้องพักที่นี่กว้างขวางกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก เพราะแบ่งสัดส่วนของห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ ส่วนวางกระเป๋า และตู้เย็นซึ่งมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าโรงแรม ทั่วไป แอร์เย็นฉ่ำสะใจมาก แต่ประตูห้องพักรวมถึงผนังห้องพักไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่ ห้องข้างๆ เปิดก๊อกน้ำ ยังได้ยินเสียงเลย ม่านทึบเก็บแสงได้ดี นานหลับ สบาย มีหมอนให้หลายใบ และมีโซฟา ในห้องให้ทุกห้องด้วย แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องได้ดี และมีความซื้อสัตย์มาก เพราะลืมของไว้ตอนเช็คเอ๊าท์ยังวิ่งเอาลงมาให้ถึงล๊อบบี้ อาหารเช้ามีเยอะและหลากหลาย เหมาะสำหรับทานเป็นมื้อหนักในตอนเช้าได้เลย และที่สำคัญอร่อยด้วย แนะนำสำหรับใครที่มีโอากาสมาเที่ยวเมืองลำปาง เมืองต้องห้ามพลาด ต้องนอนที่นี่ โดยภาพรวมประทับใจมากครับ

このホテルはランパン中心街から少し離れていますが、とても清潔でスタッフはみなさん楽しい方です。５、６回利用してますが、すぐ向かいの食堂とミュージックバーがすごくいいです。食堂は英語メニューを用意してくれてますが、こちらからネットの写真などを見せるとメニューに載ってないタイ料理を作ってくれますし、店主の娘（本当は息子）がとても親切に対応してくれます。ミュージックバーはおしゃれでマスターはかなり面白い人で音楽の話で盛り上がります。この店にはランパーンの財界人が集合する場所だそうです。小さなバーですが綺麗なウエイトレスさんがいっぱいいます。ホテルの話に戻りますと、床が裸足で抵抗なく歩ける清潔さ。部屋は広く、モダン。日立の温水器と空調。テラスがついていてタバコが吸えます。スタッフは英語OKです。移動の際はフロントでタクシーを頼むと便利です。

We really liked this hotel. It is new and the rooms are big and very clean. The beds are soft (unlike most in Thailand) and comfortable. We also liked the bed pillows. The bathroom is large and the shower worked well. We had no problems with the TV and the WiFi was excellent. The staff was very pleasant at check-in and check-out. There is a 200 baht deposit for room key. We will stay here again when visiting Lampang.

Hotel only 18 months old so rooms in great condition. Staff very friend, helpfull & English ok. The only downside is breakfast, very basic.

This was my second stay here inside a month. Everything was just as good as last time - nice, clean, modern room with comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. I see some reviewers have criticised the breakfast -on both my stays it has been fine with plenty of choice so maybe they've improved things a little. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Stayed here one night on a golfing trip recently. This is a very nice, new hotel. Rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. Lift serves all floors. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a choice of thai or western food. All staff very pleasant. Couple pf bars/restaurants/coffee shops nearby, otherwise pretty quiet location. Overall good value hotel. Will be staying here again. NB The hotel is set back from the road - look for the hotel signs to turn into the car park.

His was a nice hotel, as soon as you enter Chaing Rai by road, a vit out of city centre, but close to a local night food market. Could not find a massage place after 6 pm that was open!

Our family is big on cleanliness and modern living, and we really liked the Coconut Hotel. It was nice, clean and all the fixtures were new. It exceeded our expectations for the price, i.e. good value. The staff was friendly. The one downside is that it is on the edge of town so we either took a taxi or walked a ways to get into sites and restaurants in Lampang. It's not a huge city with lots of taxis, so it took 20 mins for a taxi to arrive to pick us up after we called. We would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful English-speaking staff. Not downtown and no regular bus service so plan on getting bikes and/or using taxis. Free airport shuttle. All TV channels are in Thai. Quiet place. Breakfast convenient but just average.

This hotel is modern, clean and friendly. The staff is accomdating and professional. Breakfast is good as well. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Fantastisk service. Vi manglede en pool til varmen, men intet at klage over. Super personale, det ligger tæt på lufthavnen og tæt på byen, men stadig lidt hensides.
