Pobyt w Sun and Moon Resort wspominamy bardzo dobrze. Obiekt jest zadbany, spokojny i pozwala naprawdę odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania wyspy. Pokój był komfortowy i czysty, a całość zrobiła na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie. Dużym plusem jest również przyjemne otoczenie i atmosfera sprzyjająca relaksowi. Obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna. To miejsce, które z przyjemnością wybralibyśmy ponownie podczas kolejnego pobytu na Jeju. I były kotki :)

Jedyny mały minus to śniadania. Jeśli komuś bardzo na tym zależy to może się rozczarować. Jeśli natomiast traktujecie śniadania jako przekąskę to nie powinno być problemu.

Location is good, easy to get dinner at eateries nearby, clean & spacious room with ocean view & access. Simple and tasty breakfast consisting of sandwiches & coffee. Friendly & helpful staff (& cat!).

Not to extent of don’t like but one or couple of wall hooks to hang clothes or whatnot in washroom would be nice.

Todo. La ubicación excelente, eso sí, necesitas coche para moverte pero si lo vas a alquilar es perfecta y la zona es muy tranquila. Puedes salir a pasear por las mañanas y es maravilloso. El hotel está muy limpio y la habitación que nos tocó era muy amplia y parecía reformada no hace mucho. El personal, lo mejor. La chica que ha coincidido en recepción durante nuestra estancia durante el día y el chico durante la tarde-noche, encantadores, educados y muy dispuestos. Ambos aportan mucho valor al hotel. Gracias! Si vuelvo a Jeju, volveré a este hotel sin dudarlo.

The place is located right across from the beach on the southwest side of the island. It is very peacefull.

Lack of forks (for our child) and it is helpful to rent a car if staying here. We were able to use an Uber Taxi, but it costs more.

Posizione davanti al mare anche se quel tratto di spiaggia non era balneabile. Colazione super. Staff molto cortese. Piscina apprezzata dalla bimba.

È andato tutto bene, ma avrei apprezzato una zona cucina più separata e utilizzabile.

Le site est au calme et splendide Les chambres au rez sont incroyable avec baignoire balnéothérapie Terrasse pour manger Plage devant l hotel/ Piscine sur le toit Tout à proximité mais il faut un véhicule

Очень понравился отель- прекрасное расположение, очень просторная комната. Конечно на этом пляже не поплаваешь, но море шикарное! Рекомендую обязательно сюда заехать. Персонал очень заботливый и внимательный.

The receptionist Julie was extremely supportive and proactive in assisting us - we noted the same wonderful approach to all guests. She took care of our issues and sorted them out without excitations.

When booking, it was not very clear to us that it was a “residence” and not a resort - as we consider it in Italy. But we had a good stay.

El hotel está emplazado frente al mar con grandes vistas al oceano. Cuenta con un jardín amplio. La habitación cuenta con una pequeña terraza con mesa y sillas. En nuestro caso el desayuno se sirvió en la propia habitación. La ubicación es buena si te quieres desplazar por la isla. Hay servicios cerca como restaurantes, un CU 24h, cafetería, lavandería,... El personal muy amable nos atendió perfectamente.

Le personnel très accueillant et gentil. Les chambres belles et spacieuses disposant d’une petite cuisine avec aussi micro onde et bouilloire. La chambre faite tous les jours. La vue sur la mer et le petit salon de jardin.

La clim dans notre chambre ne marchait pas très fort même à fond. Il pouvait par moment y avoir une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. La piscine est beaucoup plus petite qu’elle n’y paraît sur la photo, à peu près 8 par 4. L’emplacement est à 30-40 min de Seowipo. Et pour faire les points d’intérêt de la côte Est, vous serez à 1h30. L’hôtel est situé dans une petite ville calme. Il y a le port juste à côté.

Clean, good location and friendly staff. Really liked the breakfast sandwich in the morning delivered to your room. Definitely would stay here again if we were to return to Jeju

I liked everything about this property. The location couldn’t be better. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated attractively. My view was perfect and there are a couple of adorable property cats that I made friends with. The staff is gracious and so helpful…they are the best! Great recommendation for abalone porridge, by the way. Breakfast was great. I would live here if I could…I’ve already planned where my furniture goes😜

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi in questa struttura. L'unico vero peccato è stato il maltempo, ma il soggiorno è stato comunque perfetto grazie a tutto il resto. Una nota di merito speciale va assolutamente al personale della reception: sempre super gentili, professionali e incredibilmente disponibili. Hanno accontentato ogni nostra richiesta, accogliendoci costantemente con il sorriso e una cortesia davvero d'altri tempi. Si conferma proprio che in Asia la cura dell'ospite e la cortesia sono superbe!

房間出去就是一大片草皮，有海景景色，滿漂亮有氛圍。

房間若在2、3樓是沒有電梯的，搬行李頗吃力。早餐有三種吐司，果醬吐司太多，柳橙汁過甜、非新鮮果汁

海景很棒，房內設施乾淨齊全，停車方便，小小的缺點是沒有電梯，但是服務人員會幫忙搬上樓。

We liked the private balcony and the big green field where our toddler was free to run safely. Very spacious room.and bathroom.

Hotel is located near by the sea. The room and the entire property are spacious and well-equipped. The morning view from the window is absolutely amazing. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is highly engaged and polite. Huge thanks to the hotel manager and the reception ladies for their care and assistance with everything. We would also like to appreciate the cleaning and the breakfast staff. We are already planning to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay on Jeju!

The staff was super nice and helpful. I have trouble with light coming inside the room in the mornings, so they put on a special curtain in the kitchen just for us!

The place was a bit far from some of the main attractions on the island

매우 만족함!!

המיקום היה נוח לנו לטיולים באזור הזה של האי. המיקום די מבודד, אבל היינו עם רכב שכור ויצאנו לטייל באי אז זה לא הפריע לנו. יש נוף מקסים של הים מהחדר. היה תענוג להתעורר כך בבוקר. בריכת השחייה הייתה סגורה במהלך שהותנו בסוף חודש מאי. ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לחדר, מקבלים כריכונים קטנים ומעוצבים ושתייה (שמזמינים לילה קודם)- הקונספט היה חמוד מאוד. סה"כ החדר היה נוח לשהות של שני לילות למשפחה עם 3 ילדים. החדר כלל 2 מיטות זוגיות ואחד הילדים ישן במזרון פוטון על הרצפה, והתלונן מאוד על חוסר הנוחות, למרות שהצוות סיפק שמיכה נוספת זה לא עזר. מלבד זאת המיטות עצמן היו יחסית נוחות והיה מספיק מקום בחדר למזוודות ולציוד שלנו. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ומסביר פנים.

주변 풍경이 너무 예쁩니다. 리조트의 예쁜 풍경과 잘 어우러져있습니다. 아침 조식 뷔페에 물려있는데 여기는 맛있는 커피와 함께 가볍게 먹을 수 있어 좋습니다. 방이 넓어서 여기서 머물고 다른 곳으로 가면 답답해요. 직원분들 친절하고 제주도 올 때마다 머무릅니다. 남편과 연애 시절때부터 와서 더 애정이 가는 리조트입니다.

The view from the room was breathtaking and Michael was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He helped carry our luggages to our rooms and accommodated our dietary needs for the breakfast.

부모님을 위해서 예약했는데 너무 좋아하셨어요.

직원들의 친절함과 투숙객에게 매너 있게 방해되지 않으려고 애둘러 살짝 돌아가거나 시선을 마주쳐 불편하게 하지 않으려고 조심스레 움직여 주었습니다. 도움을 청하면 즉각 해결도 해주었습니다.

수건에서 간혹 걸레썪는 냄새가 나기도 했습니다. 주방에 그릇을 씻어 걸쳐 놓을 건조대나 그릇을 옮길 쟁반이 없어 아쉽더군요~ㅠㅠ 저는 다행히 집이 멀지 않아 필요한것들을 가져오기도 했습니다.

하수구냄새가 객실이랑 욕실에 너무 진동을 하고 욕실 문을 열어둬도 전혀 빠지지 않아서 온 옷에 하수구냄새가 밴 기분이었음 덕분에 창문열고 자느라 감기걸렸어요

We had a very pleasant stay at Sun and Moon Resort in Jeju for 7 nights. This is my second time staying in the resort as I enjoyed my first time with them in December 2017. The resort is comfortable, peaceful and a wonderful place to relax while explore the island. What made out stay especially memorable was the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. A special mention and great thanks goes to the General Manager, Michael who speaks both English and Mandarin. He was extremely kind, patient and always willing to assist us. Whether it was recommending good food, suggesting places to visit, or helping us with the transport arrangements, he went out out of his way to make sure everything was smooth for us. We were also deeply touched by the kindness of Michael and his mother, who thoughtfully bought us some local Jeju treats, the seaweed, Jeju green tea cake and local cookies. it was such a warm and generous gesture that made out stay even more special and memorable.

The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor tends to get wet after showering as there is no shower curtain or partition, which makes the floor a little slippery. It would be helpful to have a divider or shower curtain to keep the bathroom area dry and safer :)

직원분들도 친절하고, 객실이 깔끔하게 잘 되어있네요. 조식 먹고 앞이 바로 해안가,올레코스여서 산책도 하고 너무 좋았습니다. 앞에 잔디밭도 있어 아이들과 함께오면 좋을거 같네요.

제주도에 이런 멋진 숙소를 이제야 알게되다니, 너무 좋았어요!!! 아침에 뷰 바라보면서 먹는 조식도 너무 맛있었욯ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 직원분들도 친절하고 다음에 또 올게요!

Very scenic and quiet place for resting after a long day. Very beautiful near beach night view and cater bbq pits on site. Some quality eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Couples friendly and good vibes surrounding facing beautiful sea.

The disadvantages needed to highlights is not very toddlers or seniors friendly bathroom with bathtubs shower cubicles only and nonstick rugs at bath entrance and end of beds which is hazardous to falls and trips moving around. No lifts access to top floors unit make travelers lugging big luggages facing difficulties. Need to pay upon booking too.

바로앞 사계해안이 있어 언제든 산책할수 있고, 친절하시고 깨끗하고 조용한 숙소 아침 조식 짱!짱!!맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

사계해변 앞이라 산책하기 좋았다. 근처에 맛집 선채향이 근처라 아침에 웨이팅 걸기 좋다. 송악산, 모슬포항 10분 이내.. 위치가 좋다. 앞마당 잔디장원이 예쁘고 푸른바다 바로앞.. 바람이 덜불고 수영장 이용할수 있는 계절엔 만족도가 더 올라갈것 같다.

조식이 나오는데 빵과 커피뿐이다. 채소나 과일이 더해지면 좋을것 같다. 바닥에 턱이 있고 그위에 침대가 올라가 있어서 위험하고 불편했다. 아기들 있는집, 어른도 밤에 화장실갈때 조심해야 할것 같다.

The sea view, the room, the space. Very relaxing to just sit at tge beach and soak in the sea although swimming is not allowed. the coastal walk to Songkasan

Buses are scarce. But luckily it's walkable to both Sangbansan and Songkasan if weather permits. Breakfast is repetitive which can get boring from day 3.

Очень красивая локация. Пляж с черным песком через дорогу. Рядом есть несколько хороших ресторанов и кафе. На завтрак готовят сендвичи и доставляют их прямо в номер.

1층이었는데도 룸컨디션이 정말 좋았어요~ 바로앞에 바닷가 길이 너무 멋졌어요 조식은 샌드위치랑 음료를 룸으로 가져다주셨어요~친절합니다 그리고 생각보다 넓어서 좋았어요

The hotel is nice, the location is quite remote but still has a lot of tourists, lots of good restaurants around, the road is quite close however so you need to keep 2 eyes open if you have kids. The hotel has cats which the kids loved.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, we found ourselves wishing it wasn't included... The road is also a bit close and open, be careful if you have small kids.

It’s a nice quaint resort by the beachside, so you get amazing views and we liked to stroll along the beach in the morning or night. There’s also a nice lawn in the hotel decorated with swings/seats facing the sea. They also provided a cute breakfast to eat in your room.

Unfortunately, out of the 2 rooms I booked, 1 of our our rooms had a faint sewage/foul smell from the toilet. We tried to use diffuser and perfumes to cover the smell but it’s still pretty strong everytime we walked into our room. No issues with the other room at all.
