Queen Regent

Great location with basic accommodation

they could do a better job with breakfast , more effort needed vs 1 hard boiled egg in a shell that sticks , cookies/pastrys .. very low effort for the price.. bathroom needs an update

Good location and easy checkin. Rooms are a bit dated and noise travels through from room to room. Breakfast was simple (croissants, yogurt, biscuit, orange)

It’s lovely, neat and great location

Excellent place to stay with free breakfast. Lovely bed and breakfast!

This is a beautiful, comfortable, B&B totally walkable to all the best shopping and restaurants! Contactless check in and wonderful breafast left at the bedroom door. Will definitely return!!

The location was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the lake. The historical home had charm and character, but also updates and amenities. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent

Great location in NOTL. My Room (#3) faced the street, so was a bit noisy in the day and evening, but did quiet down overnight. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

AMAZING. We loved our stay here the check in was very eat and so close to everything we wanted to see and go to. We walked everywhere! Room had everything and more you could imagine including wine glasses, bottle opener, mini fridge etc… and breakfast had an awesome selection that came right to our door. Highly highly recommend!!

Lovely property, great location and helpful host.

This is a lovely spot right off the main Queen St. In Niagara on the Lake. The room is large and comfortable with a nice fake fireplace that does give off heat. The breakfast is a continental tray left outside the room by 8am. It was substantial and we loved the convenience of having breakfast when we felt like it.

We stayed one night here. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed at all. It was not very clean. It was very small. It was not what I expected for the area. I would not go again.

The property is a great location within walking distance to the Main Street. However upon arrival the stairs going upstairs were not clean. Upon entering our room we found dead lady bugs on the carpet, around the perimeter of the room the dust was thick and black. There were marks on the bedding and the toilet had stains in it. Also the windows do not open to allow fresh air in. The breakfast was delivered to our door and was adequate. The rooms downstairs was adequate for a small group of people. The outdoor area was ok but isn’t as welcoming as others places we have stayed. With only 2 bistro tables. No staff on site.

Lovely space and very comfortable. Close to the Main Street so walking the shops is quite accessible. I appreciated that the place offered parking, however there is only 3 spots. Further to that, there is parking on the street as an option. Would stay again.

Really great place, easy to find and cozy. It was walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants.

the property was quaint, clean,, very comfy great location. only knock was the sound proofing

Great location. Rooms were hot, sheets had stains. Decor was nice. Overall, I would look elsewhere for price paid.

Amazing time spent at this B&B. The hosts were lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable! The location cannot be beat. We will definitely be returning.

It was tired and worn No human contact at all

Amazing location, clean accommodations and spectacular continental breakfast in the morning

Location is very convenient to theaters, shopping and dining. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. To go breakfast was good but a bit repetitious when staying for 5 days. All in all we enjoyed it

We enjoyed are stay here both this year and last. However when it came to receiving breakfast this time the host only supplied enough for one person. When we looked at our neighbours tray compared to ours we noticed a big difference. We contacted them by text and phone and received no reply. We like the location it's very close to everything that Niagara on the Lake has to offer.

The location was great for easy walking but the stairs to the room were very steep and difficult to carry luggage. This was not a typical B and B because it was very impersonal: no one to greet you, no Breakfast area to meet others, just a continental breakfast tray left outside your room which did not have a table or chairs to use. I would not recommend this for anyone who has trouble with steep stairs or who enjoys the social aspect of a typical Band B.

O

Attractive, well maintained property. Long flight of stairs to get to second floor room. Nice sized room. Quiet for sleeping. Handy to main shops. A pleasant stay!

Close to downtown area

The B and B was very clean and comfortable. It’s close to the Main Street so easy walking. The continental breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location. Breakfast good but a variety would make it better.

The property was lovely and the room had plenty of amenities, including a mini-fridge. Self-checkin was very convenient. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the Shaw theater. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you could want in a king room. Well appointed, all expected amenities, big screen TV (with satellite), complimentary breakfast, free parking, excellent location (steps from Queen Steet, 5 minute walk to Festival Theatre.

Room was clean and temperature was just right.

good place great location

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Contactless check-in so no staff interaction but check-in easy/ details complete.

Excellent location, very nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable and easy to walk to a variety of dining options and shops.

Beautiful and cozy bnb located steps from queen street and the lake. Really appreciated the easy, contactless check in. The host thoroughly explained the check in process prior to check in. An amazing breakfast was delivered to our room at 8AM as promised. Wish we were here for 2 days instead of one! Would love to come back again!!

Visited Niagara for the day and decided to stay at Niagara on the Lake which was amazing. Very chilled and quiet location. Eateries close early but there is an Irish bar that stays open later!!!

Loved the Contactless check in and check out and prompt response from innkeeper to texted questions.

Quiet, relaxing, central location

.

The property was super clean and quiet, the amenities of high quality and the location very convenient and close to dining, shopping and the Shaw festival theater. Enjoyed our one night stay here and would love to come back for a longer stay.

It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay so close to downtown. The continental breakfast was excellent. They just need to explain what all the remotes are for.

Very quant, quiet, convenient. Nice room , wonderful selection for continental breakfast. Right in the center of the village shops.

Lovely room and amazing location. Easy walk to shopping, lake, museum and many restaurants.

Great location.

We normally stay at one of the Vintage hotels when visiting Niagara on the Lake but someones an intimate b&b with a helpful host adds to the experience. We had a marvellous stay at a b&b on the Isle of Skye last - great host spectular view.We somehow missed this isn't a typical b&b with no host contact, no view. If you want to type to a bot and kept at arms length this is for you. We will not be returning

Great location!

Nice place to stay, easy check in and great location.

It was an unfriendly place no one to greet us, no sit down at a table breakfast with other guests

The accommodation was very small, however, we didn’t spend much time in the room. Walking distance to any restaurants and main shopping area. The continental breakfast was very generous, we had hot coffee in the morning with baked goods, very fresh. We had a comfortable stay

Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend

Place was great. Only minor complaint was that the coffee pods weren’t compatible with the coffee maker. Other than that was very happy with the room

VERY CLEAN VERY CENTRAL

This property is ideally located just half a block from the central part of Queen Street with great shops and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Shaw Festival theaters. The room was very clean and in good condition and the self check-in was convenient. Unfortunately the continental breakfast, which came on a tray left outside our door, was very basic with little to recommend it.

Convenient and clean. Experience will depend on the behaviour of guests in other two rooms. Sound carries easily given the close proximity of guest rooms. Reasonably quiet behaviour amongst guests should be encouraged. There is no onsite host present during your stay.

Great location for a visit to Niagara on the lake. Just a 1 min stroll to see he Main Street yet very peaceful and quiet. Wonderful period cottage which makes the stay authentic to the area. Thanks to Amanda for great communication and making the checkin easy!

-Beautiful old home -Easy self check in -Comfortable, spacious bedroom -Had everything we needed

Like the convenient location, it is within easy walking distance to all Shaw Festival Theatres.

Great overall

What a great property. I would have liked a more traditional breakfast and it was self checkin and checkout so we never even met the host. Room was wonderful with all amenities you need.

A very cozy and charming bed and breakfast. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Would stay again.

Wonderful and cozy

Very easy and and comfortable

Couldn’t have asked for a better location We loved how central we were and we’re able to walk everywhere. Appreciated Amanda reaching out to see if we needed anything.

Except the location, it doesn’t worth it.

I really liked this property. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean and quiet. Walls a drop thin on one side, but it’s hardly worth mentioning. We hope to return again! It had everything we needed and the location was amazing. We were very pleased!!

Easy check in, loved the little things, bottle of chilled water in the very handy mini Fridge and the snacks. Bed very comfortable, convenient on suite Bathroom. The QR is situated close to all the action in NOTL old Town.Theatres, best restaurants etc Will definetley stay there again.

Location was excellent as was the overall comfort. The only drawback was the breakfast- consisting of packaged very sweet pastries, cold boiled eggs with no salt or pepper, butter and jam but nothing to put them on - neither bread nor toast.

Excellent space! Beautiful, comfortable, lovely breakfast, helpful staff. I was in touch with the owner with some extra requests and she was extremely supportive and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay and we will be back in September. I hope by that time we will not be contact-free and can enjoy a real breakfast. Continental in our room was fine but not what we had hoped to receive. Thank you

It was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. The owner is very hands off so no personal touch. We asked for milk in the morning for coffee and tea. But only provided creamers. So neither I or my daughter had tea or coffee with breakfast which ruined my meal to be honest. The home was lovely but I don’t think I would recommend.

A lovely bed and breakfast

Super close to Queen Street, and right near the Royal George Theatre. Very clean room, and nice bathroom. Excellent value for the money, based on the location and quality of the room (we had 3 North). The breakfast was fair at best - nothing hot but the coffee - BUT it was delivered to the room on a nice breakfast-in-bed tray.

.

Perfect Location

Excellent stay. Location is perfect. Bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin so you can hear some noise.

Great place. Quiet and relaxing

Really close to the downtown strip.

Charming property!

The location is great! The room is beautiful and clean and there is snacks to greet you upon check in to your room!

Beautiful BnB and location in Niagara on the Lake, just a few steps from the downtown area. Breakfast delivered to our door at 8am. We ran into a minor issue which was promptly addressed by the very friendly staff.

Property is in an excellent location, room was clean & very comfortable. The only problem was that the floors squeaked in a room next door, every time the person got up in the night( which unfortunately was a few times) the floor would squeak and wake me up.

The property was clean but service disappointing

Very quaint and elegant bed and breakfast inn. Very clean and comfortable.

A great property and fantastic location.

They catered to my gluten free issues that was wonderful

Excellent location in the heart of NOTL. Nice sized well-kept rooms. Impersonal no contact stay. We were given a code to let ourselves in, and breakfast was left in a bag in front of our door. It was terribly disappointing to have no interaction with the host or with other guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Queen Regent Bed & Breakfast. The room was fully appointed and very comfortable. Close to everything! We hope to return next year.

I loved the decor in our room such a beautiful property.

This is a very quaint B&B in Niagara on the Lake. Our room was very clean and had lovely amenities (mini fridge, electric fire place), and the breakfast in the morning was great to wake up to. It’s close the downtown area to walk around as well. Highly recommend!

I liked the location and convenience to the village. The tables out front were a great place to eat breakfast

What a great spot! Super clean, well appointed and had everything (and more) that we needed. We would highly recommend and hope that we have the opportunity to stay again!

Ease of entry, comfortable bed, privacy were all positives. Location is also great but breakfast was limited.

Looks like they adapted to Covid very well. Breakfast delivered to our door at 8am. We heard that other BnB in town were starting to serve full sit down breakfasts again. Hopefully QR will fully operational soon.

It was lovely! They left us some bubbly for our anniversary which was super thoughtful. Easy check in and check out. Great location. Would absolutely stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful.

Great location to the Main Street

Beautiful home amazing location!

Perfect location.
