Очень сильный запах плесени в номерах на первом этаже, ужасный душ который режут тебе кожу тончайшими струйками, в целом очень плохая ванная комната. Шум от соседей слышен.

Very nice man working there, nice-ish location. It was clean and the worker was attentive. Not loud at night.

We had a problem with our lock on our 3rd night as it broke but was quickly resolved as was moved to a different room so no complaints!

Es war für mui ne preislich gesehen gut und das Zimmer war groß. Die Klimaanlage hat auch gut funktioniert.

Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber. Im Bad waren Haare und aufklebbare Wimpern. Zudem hatten wir ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer. Die Kissen waren sehr unbequem das Bett selber aber bequem.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell am Strand und Surfspot. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Auf der Dachterrasse konnte ich ungestört Yoga machen.

Der Balkon ist kein Balkon, sondern der Gang zu den anderen Zimmern.

Very good location and close to beach. Mr Dang is very pleasant and helpful. He will give you good price for clothes wash and help with anything. Bed is comfortable. I had to work remotely so having a good stable wi-fi along with a place to sit and work was a must for me 👍🏻

Had those anatomical pillows that I dislike. No room cleaning service or change of sheets periodically. There are better priced accommodation in the area. Pictures of room condition are bit outdated.

Overall great experience! Came here with my brother and loved the place. It was very clean, staff were really nice and easy going and they had a guitar I could play. We also rented motorcycles from them and drove up to Mui Ne for a good price. Definitely recommend this.

It had everything I needed. Close to street with all the bars and restaurants. Staff organised my bus and were always easily contactable on WhatsApp

It was not clean. In the add it said there was a safety deposit box, there was not. It had a bad smell. Simply not worth it

The room was spacious

The property was not as advertised. E.g. no 24/hr desk (often no one at reception during early mornings & evenings; not responsive on WhatsApp either), they only accept cash even though it states they accept credit card, no safety deposit box and no minibar in the room, no hot tub, etc. Further, the toiletries were lacking with no hand or face towels, barely any shower gel etc left, etc. The staff member I dealt with was also incredibly unfriendly and argumentative after asking to pay by Visa since Booking.com showed they accepted credit card. He said cash only even though customer service at Booking.com said he needed to accept credit card since that's what the property states on their page here. He instead blamed the false info on Booking.com's system. I had to pay high ATM fees to take out more cash in the end - it was the end of my trip so I had carefully planned to only bring enough for other expenses.... Overall least favourite hotel of my whole 3 week trip. All the hotels I stayed in elsewhere were more modern and accepted credit card, offered food, had 24/hr desk, etc. Much better hotels that are beachfront you can go to in Mui Ne

All is well

We arrived earlier than planned (4am) but it wasn’t a problem we were allowed to check in for a reasonable fee. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The owner was very friendly and always available on messenger, he helped us arrange the jeep tour and sorted our laundry out for us. Location is also very good.

They accept dogs. We have a dog and we sent her via private car while we took the limo bus. She arrived at the property first and they kept her in our room. Thank you for your kindness.

Nothing. We stayed 1 week and it was the best. By the way you can use the washing machine upstairs. Also they have a communal kitchen.

Host was very helpful in booking tours and doing our Laundry. Room was as described and facilities were good.

Big spacious room, big beds and clean. The host was lovely and very helpful. He organised our tour and bus to Ho Chi Minh City which went smoothly and made sure we arrived safely. Was really good value for money would recommend!

Only issue was the shower water was boiling hot as it was powered by solar which couldn’t be changed. However this shows sustainability and environmentally friendly

Room is large with 2 chairs. Quiet except for a barking dog one night.

The hand held shower is very strange in a bathtub and the complicated lock and the unlit dark alley in the night. The bottom of the bath tub is damaged doesn’t look clean it’s scratched a lot. Booking description says it’s a beachfront property. No view of the beach at all as situated on the other side of the beach in a long alleyway.

I was able to check in early. Good-sized room with air conditioning. Comfortable bed (I like a hard mattress). Lots of convenient shops, street food, tourist information, and motorbike rental. Helpful hostess.

I believe my bathroom wasn't cleaned as I found urine stains on the toilet seat. The room's windows don't have window nets, only curtains, so there's no privacy

The owner was exceptionally helpful. He was up early to ensure we got picked up for our sunrise sand dunes visit and also made sure to text checking that we got our bus out of Mui Ne, just a lovely man! The room itself was large and super clean, the bed was really comfy and the bathroom facilities were perfect! We couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The only bad thing was the location, as it is about a 10min walk to access the beach as many beachfront hotels occupy entrance to the beach annoyingly!

The location of the hotel is very convenient: cafes, shops, the beach nearby. The first days we even managed without a motorbike, which we rented there later. The owner was always in touch on WhatsApp, and his family were always ready to advise and help. There is also a laundry service there. Special thanks for your help in purchasing sleeping tickets to Ho Chi Minh City, which was picked up from the hotel. it was very convenient. THANK you so much!

Tucked away up an alley, so quiet (if a little tricky to find). Room was comfortable with good wifi and aircon.

I wish we’d known they didn’t take card payment. There was no washing machine as advertised, though they were able to do our laundry quickly and more cheaply than the prices advertised on the street. We would have preferred a proper shower rather than one in the bath. No breakfast was offered, though there was a kitchen if people wanted to cook, and there were cafés and restaurants nearby.

A quiet and cozy guesthouse for a tranquil and idle vacation. The hosts are polite and responsive, the room is spacious and clean with all necessary facilities.

Cosy place. Google maps is not as accurate so we went to the wrong location. But the owner came to find us and help us get there.

Location is perfect, it's a stone's throw away from the beach and yet tucked away from the main road so that noise is not an issue. It's quiet at night. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the decor is simple and neat. The toilet was also quite clean and water pressure was quite good. The owners are super helpful, warm and hospitable. They answered all my queries and looked out for me. It was a joy interacting with them. There are also convenience stores within walking distance for any daily necessities.

There were a bunch of mosquitoes in the room but it's a not really an issue if you can kill them all :----)

Location is easy and strategic although it’s abit hidden in a small lane, providing a quiet atmosphere. Warm and friendly service provided by the staff. The room is the same as the picture showed. Spacious family room, comfortable bed and strong air conditioner. Facilities in room could be slightly improved. overall a nice staycation experience w budget spent~!

Very comfy stay at Phuong Nam Guest house! Good location not far from the beach and the room itself was great, best bed I've had in Vietnam so far! Plenty of eateries and bars nearby which aren't far to walk and the taxi's locally are cheap and reliable. Hien is absolutely brilliant and helped lots with my coach journey onwards, she was a great host! Would recommend to anyone looking to come to Mui Ne either as a couple or solo traveller like myself!

unfortunately there wasn’t any hot water to shower on the first day we got there. we were informed this is because they use solar power and it had been raining the past couple of days. There also wasn’t any hand soap which isn’t very hygienic. Also 4 of our ceiling lights didn’t work so it was a little dark in our room.

We enjoy our staying at the guests house with helpful support from the lovely owner.
