Staff was very friendly, all smiles. We got an upgrade to a suite with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. We ate lunch. Beautiful views from the restaurant as well. The schnitzel was delicious. Great service.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant war exzellent und die Bedienung aufmerksam Tolle Küche. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. 산꼭대기에 위치해서 풍경은 너무도 아름다웠다. 객실안에 멋진 자쿠지도 있었다. 자쿠지젯의 버튼을 찾기 어려웠는데 침대 벽에 붙어 있었다. 자쿠지 근처에 버튼이 있을 거라고 생각했는데 말이다. 리조트 근처에 아무것도 없다. 여기선 그냥 먹고 자고 풍경 구경하는 것 뿐이다. 먹을데라곤 숙소 안에 있는 레스토랑 하나 뿐이다. 본인 자차를 끌고 오면 선택지가 약간 넓어지겠지만 근처 쇼핑몰도 운전해서 12분은 가야함.. 거긴 가성비가 더 떨어진다.. 차라리 숙소에서 먹는 걸 추천한다. 아니면 아예 간단한 스낵이나 음료를 사 가는게 나을지도 모른다.

택시나 우버가 리조트까지 들어오긴 하지만 밖에 한번 나갔다가 여기로 들어오는 것은 거의 하늘에 별따기다. 아들이 SAT test를 보러 가장 가까운 호텔로 여길 선택했으나 아들이 시험보고 택시를 불렀으나 전부 거절.. 결국 리조트에 택시를 불러서 내가 다시 나갔다가 아들을 픽업하는 왕복.. 쓸떼없는 택시비에 거의 90불을 썼다. 자 차가 없으면 이 리조트는 솔직히 추천하지 않는다. 항구에서 호텔까지 가는데 우버로 120불. 빅토리아에 가는데도 70불 정도 든다. 나갔다가 다시 들어올 거면 차라리 빅토리아에서 일박하는게 더 나은 선택일지도 모른다. 리조트에서 손님을 위한 셔틀을 준비하면 좋겠지만, 이 리조트 자체가 그런 식으로 운영이 되는 것을 원하지 않는 것 같다. 노인들의 휴식처 혹은 결혼식 이벤트에 활용되기 위함의 리조트다. 아이들이 놀 공간은 없음을 아예 말해두겠다. 자쿠지에서 하루종일 거품 목욕이 전부다. 아! 자쿠지에 넣을 입욕제 없음. 칫솔 도구 없음. 물은 그냥 수돗물.

The property was in a beautiful and peaceful location and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Our room was great and spacious with a beautiful view. It would have been nice if there was a table out of the balcony or just in the room so we could have somewhere to sit and eat. The bed was also a little small but that may have just been what we booked.

It was beautiful. Amazing views. The buildings yes buildings not building. Are clean with very nice design. The restaurant was great. The staff are nice and very attentive. Grace helped get to the Resort after our car lost its hotspot.

I loved the view and was lucky to arrive on a clear warm evening to enjoy sitting on the patio with a beer to relax after a long drive from Beaverton Oregon.

I understand it is difficult to manage insects. Maybe some way to deter the hatch of those minature moths that were attracted to the bathroom lighting. I am glad they stayed to the bathroom lighting and not the bedding area.

Beautiful, clean

Spacious and airy room with thoughtful and comfortable design. The tub with the view was incredible! Staff were attentive and helpful, and the hotel and grounds are very well-maintained. We enjoyed our generously sized balcony with the nice cushioned chairs, and the bed was comfortable. We dined at the restaurant and had a great meal with a lovely view (the Caesar salad was so bright and delicious!). Massages at the spa were also great and the staff were super helpful and professional when we made a scheduling mistake on our end. Thank you Villa Eyrie for a wonderful anniversary stay! We look forward to our next visit.

A pool area would be amazing here, though the jetted bath tub in the room was the next best thing!

Alles. Es ist eine wunderschöne, ruhige Lage. Mitten im Wald auf der Anhöhe. Eine spektakuläre Aussicht.

Es gibt keine Mängel, die wir beanstanden könnten. (Ev. die TV Nutzung war ein wenig kompliziert und Netflix konnte nicht angewählt werden. Es ist jedoch auch kaum Zeit um TV zu schauen).

The property had beautiful views. The grounds were well kept. Our room was clean and well appointed with a serene feel. Our balcony looked out over the water which was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were quite a bit later than our expected check in time but they were accommodating. They were welcoming to our dog.

It’s farther out of Victoria than I expected when I booked it but it was worth the drive.

Villa eyrie feels like true royalty. There are three villas total but the main one is eyrie (all very hilly though!) . We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and of course the stunning view! We stayed for our honeymoon and they treated us with rose petals, towel doves, chocolates and a glass of sparkling at the delicious restaurant.

The room got quite hot (we couldn’t figure out how to work the ac) so maybe an upgrade would be best for a better guest experience. It was nice to be secluded from the hustle and bustle of Victoria city, however, you are a good 30-40 mins away from the downtown core. On booking.com, they advertise that a pool is there but in fact the property it self no longer has a pool for guests

Excellent, just off the highway property. We had a beautifully decorated room with view to die for. Ask for room 123, fireplace, terrace, spa, VIEW. The place had a “Tuscan villa” vibe. Was half the price we paid for xxxx in Victoria and twice as good. Highly recommend

The location is fantastic on a height with a wonderful view, the staff were very warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and well kitted out and brunch on our last morning was fabulous!

It looks a little dated from the outside but it is much nicer inside!

Staff, especially Bea (front desk, so welcoming), that first encounter in any place is vital, it set tge tone for an exceptional stay. Location! The views were stunning, the vila is perfectly located.

The takeaway presentation. The food and staff are excellent, it is a high-quality leisure stay. To have room service delivered in paper bags diminishes the experience. Would be better if food arrived on a plate with real cutlery.

Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar unglaublich freundlich, aber leider inkompetent. Beim Check-in wurde unsere Buchung nicht gefunden und wir haben 15 Min gewartet, bis jemand kam, der sich auskannte. Dann wurde unsere Kreditkarte nach unserem Check-out noch mit falschen Zahlungen belastet. Wurde zwar auf Email-Hinweis hin korrigiert, aber trotzdem ärgerlich.

Villa Eyrie is a beautiful resort located north of Victoria with gorgeous views in every direction. The rooms far exceeded our expectations, the restaurant served delicious food and cocktails, the staff was wonderful.

Food excellent but you have to be prepared to wait

The room was amazing. Clean and impressive views.

The food at the restaurant was great. However, they either need additional staff or better trained staff. Tables that were seated after us had their orders placed before us. After waiting an hour for our breakfast meal, my order was wrong and had to be sent back to be remade. Breakfast should not take 1.5hrs. As a result we missed our planned ferry. Breakfast issues aside, this property has amazing views and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The view from our room was outstanding - a big wow when we entered. A light filled modern room with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Close to Cowichan Valley, coastal towns and beautiful lake villages. One of those stand out accommodations on your itinerary. Lovely restaurant too.

The area is lovely and quiet and peaceful. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious

We stayed in the master suites and in the mornings and night we could hear people walking across the patio above us very clearly. Heating in the room isn’t very well set up to heat the room evenly so it was cold. A smart tv in the room would be perfect so guests could log into their Netflix etc if they wanted to chill and watch a movie. The restaurant closes at 8pm so there’s no where else to get food in the area after 8pm.

Nice room, although configuration was a little unorthodox with a pillar in the middle and no lights at one end. The view is terrific. The dinning in restaurant was superb. Wait or was perfect. Attentive but subtle.

Eventually this place will need some Reno’s and an upgrade.

We chose the Eyrie as our hotel destination after our wedding at a nearby location. Being that I’ve been to the location several times as a guest at events held there and have experienced the friendly, professional and accommodating staff on many occasions the choice was an easy one. We had been gifted a certificate to The Eyrie which we utilized in Alpina restaurant on site (although the price for items considering it’s a Michelin star trained chef were VERY reasonable)! Plus the views!!!!!

There’s little to not like about this place however one very minor thing we noted was a creaking noise we heard throughout the night which wasn’t from our room but we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

Loved how friendly and accommodating everyone was. From our surprise room upgrade to the having the shuttle. It was my and my maid of honour bday so we wanted a little get away. We decided that we will be coming back every year. Beyond happy. Thank you Mike and everyone for making our stay so enjoyable

The setting of Villa Eyrie was absolutely gorgeous; it wasn't too far from Victoria, which made it easy to drive to. We stayed in one of the master suites with a large jacuzzi bath. It was the perfect feature to relax in after a long day! They've got a spa and restaurant, which looked lovely, but we didn't get a chance to try them out. 100% would recommend!

The entrance was a little confusing, we ended up going in the service entrance, but it didn't change the overall experience

Room was really spacious and clean, BUT (and that’s a HUGE BUT) there is NO ACOUSTIC ISOLATION between rooms. We could hear all the noises coming from room above (from simple walking steps, to bathroom, cleaning staff, etc.). It was extremely frustrating for someone who was looking to relaxing spa-like place for the weekend. We got no satisfactory sleeping time, which is first concern for someone who is trying to relax! Having a hot tub in the room was nice too! But guess what?! Upstairs hot tub woke us up by 8 AM in some days! Ow….and there is no pool in the property. They said there was a pool, but it was removed for some reason. So don’t trust any ads showing pools. Finally, restaurant closes before 9 PM. And you gonna be in an isolated area. So, if you prefer dining late, prepare to drive some km’s till you find an good opened restaurant, cause this resort does not offers any option (not even room service) after 8 something PM.

Magical and Serene!! Surrounded by beautiful BC nature and wildlife! Master suite is gorgeous, bright, spacious with beautiful view. Amazing Amenities, especially with the jet jacuzzi in the middle of the room! Feel So Blessed and Grateful to Stay there! At Alpina restaurant, you got to enjoy delicious food while watching eagles soar above the water! Sensory overload! 🤩 The BEST Part about Villa Eyrie are the People Who work there! I told them that we are there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, so they made the stay extra special with rose petals all over the bed and jacuzzi, made a beautiful swan and gifted us with chocolate! Thank you Baylee for your loving thoughts & your uplifting energy Alpina, Graham blessed us with his fun energy and generosity, and special celebration 🍨 Also shout out Sebastian and Noah at Alpina for your smile and amazing service! The layout of the adjoining room meant that the shower in that room was immediately adjacent to the bed head in our room. We were woken on two days by very 6 am showers; disappointing.

The room was amazing especially the bathtub in the middle of it!! The views of the mountains and ocean were stunning. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were so helpful and the dinner we had was outstanding!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and lots of it. Our room was clean and views amazing. However the bed was on the small side for a couple (my husband is 6’2” and a little on the hard side, thus not the best sleep.

The food and services provided by the staff were great, including location were perfect for us.

The dinner was mixed. The kale salad was very good, but the mussels dish was rather insipid and no bread was served with it to sop up the sauce. After we asked for bread they kindly brought us a pumpernickel type of bread that was not appropriate.
