Palmiye Hotel Gaziantep

Alles prima.. Preis Leistung gut

…

Die Zimmer haben nach Rauch gestunken. Sonst war alles ok.

Biz 4 kişi 2 oda şeklinde ailemle tek gece konakladık. Gayet memnun kaldım, hani adı olmamasına rağmen ibis novotel tarzı gayet kaliteli bi otel. Sadece banyo temziliğinden çok memnun kalmadım, ona dikkat edilebilir. Resepsiyon mükemmeldi, eksik havlumuz vardı hemen getirdiler, çok güzel karşıladılar. Kahvaltıda ayrıca mükemmeldi, güzel düşünülmüş. Rahat edersiniz.

The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and room is clean! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!

The food in the restaurant was not good, the room was so warm because of central heating system, they refused to turn the A/C in my room until I threaten to leave , the carpet in the room is filthy, house keeper kept knocking on the door early in the morning even though i requested Do Not Disturb,

I didn’t like the fact that such a big and nice hotel has a mini bar/fridge inside the room that gets disconnected from power every time I leave the room. All the content of that mini bar was hot by the time I enter my room !!! I had to ask the front desk to put some of the refrigerated items that I bought at the hotel’s kitchen fridge which was very awkward !!! Not to mention that you have to pay for the contents of that mini bar as well on top of its room temperature. I didn’t expect that a big hotel like this One doesn’t have ICE for drinking. The elevators were very slow on One occasion and there were a gathering of people at the lobby for about 10 minutes just to wait for an elevator. These 3 mentioned points above will definitely make me reconsider booking again at this hotel in the future which I will Not for sure.

Super hotel, fantastic buffet breakfast and large room. A little far from old city to walk, 30mins. A visit to mosiac museum is a must.

Check in saatimden önce girişimde yardımcı oldular, oda gayet temizdi memnun kaldım

Tavsiye ederim

Standart, temiz bir otel. Rahatlıkla konaklama yapılabilir. Otopark var, resepsiyon ilgili, kahvaltı normal, odalarda kışın merkezi sistem kalorifer sistemi olması da ekstra güzel. Fiyat performans bakarsak gidilmeyi hak ediyor.

Nice room.Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location close to attrsctions.

I loved the hotel so much all is very amazing. 2 things only I didn’t like, they didn’t fix the water boiler although I have asked few times. Room has a smoking smell.

Very good hotel Breakfast needs to be improved.

I like the hotel because it’s comfortable, clean, close to the city center and the nice restaurants , the room was big .

Konum, otel ve kahvaltı güzeldi. Otopark sorunu da yok.

Wonderful place, the staff was amazing and so helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Also, great showerheads! Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was in good location. The room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were so helpful. Also It was good to see that they are showing extra attention to keep things nice and clean during the the Covid times. We had a pleasant stay. Once again thank you. We will be back on our next trip.

Descent location near the train station and Forum shopping center. Not too far of a walk from old town as well. Room was very comfortable, with everything you need and the breakfast was awesome. Windows are single pane though so can be a bit noisy.

I came in to the reception area to ask for room availability on September 19th 2020. I submitted my ID and my wife’s ID to register. The reception looks at our ID and says that she can’t give us a room because our last name doesn’t match and that we are supposed to be a married couple in order to get a room in the hotel. I couldn’t believe what she said. According to TC laws there is no such rule. I stayed in over 100 hotels over the years and was never asked to prove or provide ID with the same last name. We are a married couple but I find this wrong. They have no right to ask for proof of marriage to provide a hotel room.

I was pleased in our staying Thanks for your effort

Sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, sehr guter Service

The hotel is good in terms of location and price ...

Good location, nice and clean hotel. I would stay in this hotel again

Gönül rahatlığı ile önerebileceğim bir otel

Çok iyi servis oda teşekkürdeyiz.

Gayet memnun kaldım

Odalar çok küçük. Yola bakan odalarda aşırı ses mevcut. Otelin donanımları ve personeleri güzel.

Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamers(suite kamer) lekkere ontbijt.

Service, Sauberkeit, nette Mitarbeiter, gute Ambiente, Parkplatz vorhanden.

Stayed here for 4 nights in the month of May,2019. Business trip. Checked in late at night. Room was on the 1st floor, and was smallish, specially for 2 adults, but adequate. Bathroom, too, was on the smaller side. Both the room and bathroom , however, were clean and serviced well everyday. In room TV had only one English channel. Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 1st floor. Pretty decent fare, with very few variations. But plentiful and tasty. Location is in a suburban kind of area, but within a km walk of FORUM mall, and a further leisurely walk of about 20 mins to the Gaziantep Castle . Price was good. A slight misunderstanding over the pre payment of our room while checking out, the receptionist could use a few lessons in courteousness. Overall average experience.

Antepte palmiye hotel de 1 gece konakladık. Gayet rahat temiz ve konforlu bir otel. Konumu da çok iyi. Gezmek isteyeceğiniz yerlere çok yakın. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili nazik ve guleryuzlü. Biz memnun ayrıldık ve tavsiye ederiz.

Very good

Good

I stayed at Palmiye Hotel at a single standard room for 1 night during a business trip upon recommendation but I was not overall happy with it. The single room they provided had -2- small sized single beds - surprisingly the lenghts of the beds were different from each other. In order to make a more comfortable accommodation, I asked the hotel staff to put the 2 small beds together to make a small double size bed but since the empty part between the 2 made it impossible, in the end I had to stay in one of the small size longer bed to get some rest. The bathroom was so small that you can't even turn inside. I asked for some help from the hotel staff, they forgot to come up and after I reminded them after half an hour, someone came up. The reception staff was quite slow at the registration and didn't give back my ID at the emptiness of the night check-in so I had to remind myself to collect it the day after. So, I decided not to stay at this hotel again because its worth is 3 stars for my experience.
