Kristhal Plaza

Beautiful location - views from the balcony were amazing. Comfortable room, suited me perfectly for a short break to San Andre’s. Chyli was so helpful and a fantastic host!

Staff really friendly, but the property is not what you expect on a trip… be ready!

Yes this place (apartment 801) is amazing, even more than the photos and the view is breathtaking. But the vibe is what did it for me. Shirley and Linda, the managers, are so amazing. As soon as I arrived they treated me like family and I fell in love with the place right away. PS - Shirley’s arepas are so good and I don’t even like arepas lol

Ficamos somente uma noite! A localização é privilegiada!

Nice place to stay, the Kristal Plaza is safe and has wonderful decoration, also has a beautiful view of the ocean where you can watch Johnny Cay.

I liked the fact that I had a great view to the beach and a lot of restaurants and shopping. I didn't like that fact that there were making repairs to the building while we were staying there.

Horrible a éviter.

We have a lovely stay here! It’s right in the heat of all the fun going on. Across from the beach 💙 family owned so it has its own charm. It’s the tallest building over looking the ocean. Safe, Secure, and a homey touch.

Great service, amazing views and right on the beach!

This place is not even a hotel. It is a very large apartment with many rooms trying to pass as a hotel. There is no reception. You have to take the elevator to second to last floor and knock on a door. Hopefully, they will open which took a long time for my wife and me. We booked a room with a view of the ocean but was not given such room. If you are handicapped in no case book this place. In order to get to our room we needed to go up a staircase that moved once you were on it. I called it the staircase of death because sooner or later that staircase will break and seriously injure someone. It is a shame that this place can even call itself a hotel. Extremely disappointed. I have had bad experiences in my life but this place now has the honor of know it is by far my worst experience. The rooms were clean and somewhat appropriate but that is like renting a car and the sales guy telling you, "it has seats."

Good—friendly service, WiFi, view of ocean Bad—location was way different than shown on hotels.com, no hot water in shower and needed to ask for potable water to brush teeth

the ocean view it is very good, but the place it is dirty and nobody care nothing.. even there are a leak at the AC and in the bath at the wall, shower with hair and sand front customer before.. , the TV it is not working in diferent rooms , some lock at your door room it is not working.. so. your suitcase it is not sure...even ...all the electronic lock room door has the same password...so any way it's not sure ... All it's a disaster. And it's a shame.. because it's a property with good potential... but it's dirty and neglected... I hope make solution to all this problems....it's a shame.

I pretty much joke of a hotel room I could never call it a hotel room. The bed barely fit in the space the air conditioning was told to be working but it did not function so a fan was placed on the floor. It was the weirdest hotel at ever went to and feel like somebody's house.

This is not a hotel room but a room inside an apartment (with the owner living inside the apartment as well as her family). Also, it is advertised as ocean view but the room is in the back (the living room is ocean room if you like being with the owner and her family).

This place is charming: the friendly staff, the gorgeous views and the inherent warmth of the columbian people are paramount here. It is small, and it's not an all-inclusive, and its better like that: it gives you the freedom to enjoy this gorgeous island. I got a room on the 9th floor (one of the tallest on Sprat Bight), with a gorgeous view to the entire coastline. The hotel has two common areas, a kitchen and a living room with a huge balcony on the 8th floor, both of which you can use freely. I really enjoyed this place, and I would definitely come back!

When i got there the place was locked could not get in had to call you then owner came down open the door then I book the top suit did not get it until the 2nd day.then there when you links had water I the floor.
