El personal del hotel fue extremadamente amable. Nos dejaron hacer el check in mucho antes de la hora indicada. La habitación era muy cómoda y muy limpia y todas las instalaciones del hotel estaban impecables. Si llegas en bus desde NY, es el hotel mas cercano al primer punto de drop off asi que super conveniente!

La calidad del desayuno, hay poca variedad, el café es malo y lo que se acaba no lo reponen.

Staff went above and beyond. Very knowldgeable and friendly. Rooms were modern.

Coffee had grinds in it. Taste old in molrning. No back facial tissues. TV remote was hard to figure out.

אהבנו מאוד את השהייה שלנו בהמפטון אין ניו פאלץ. הצוות היה שירותי, אדיב ונעים מאוד, והרגשנו שממש דואגים לאורחים. החדרים היו נקיים ונוחים, וכל המקום מתוחזק היטב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת וכללה מגוון אפשרויות, במיוחד מכונת הכנת הוופלים הטריים שהייתה להיט גדול אצל הילדים. בנוסף, אהבנו מאוד שיש קפה ותה חופשי לאורך כל היום, ובשעה 3 בצהריים מחכות בלובי עוגיות טריות וטעימות. גם הבריכה הייתה כיפית מאוד, ובמיוחד ביום גשום היא הייתה פעילות נהדרת לילדים. בסך הכול הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת, ואנחנו בהחלט ממליצים על המקום למשפחות שמגיעות לאזור.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and facility were very clean and quiet.

The tv didn’t work. The staff tried to be helpful, giving me a different remote with different batteries. The tv still didn’t work. I was too tired to pursue it any further.

The frint desk staff, the musty smell in both rooms, the breakfast, the garbage outside of other peoples rooms, the LACK of respect the front desk staff had, the pool closing down, etc. We've stayed here MANY times, never again. The new hotel on the other end of New Paltz is open now and thats where we will stay. Hampton Inn has declined significantly over the past years.

My room smelled horrible, like dirty feet. The TV kept going offline, I missed the World Cup game. I was there because I didn’t have any electric at my house due to the storm and I decided to just go back home rather than deal with these horrible issues.

La habitación estaba bien de tamaño. El baño bastante bien. Buenas instalaciones (piscina y sala fitness) De los mejores hoteles de esta cadena en el estado de NY donde me he alojado. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno correcto, con poca variación pero tenía dulce y salado.

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable (wish I brought my bathing suit). Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were spotless and the staff friendly.

Being gluten free, I would like to have seen gluten free products such as bread or muffins or even batter for the waffle maker. They did have options though . . . eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal and yogurt.

The breakfast was amazing. Hot, fresh--large variety. Pastries, waffles,, oatmeal, eggs, meat and a side of potato. toast, a variety of juice choices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The early cookies for weary travelers are always appreciated.

I got on the elevator after brunch .. Pressed -2- nothing. Continued to press 2, then the phone icon. Nothing. Hence I was banging on the doors yelling "HELP"! The girl from the front desk had been walking to the pool area prior to when I entered the elevator. After banging on the doors a few more times (I had forgotten my cell phone in the Room. ) Suddenly, the elevator doors opened. A gentleman from the front desk was standing there~! My hero. All he had to say I thought I heard some thing~!! The staff deserves medals. Thank you for rescuing me. (smile)

The beds were horrible rock solid woke up with hip and neck pain did a lot of tossing and turning I was really disappointed in the beds

The free breakfast exceeded expectations in quantity and quality.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to New Paltz and the highway. Check in was easy.

View. Price which was steeply inflated because of New Paltz graduation. Two nights generally cost about $250, but these cost $703! Also, there are only two benches outside for sitting. They were occupied, so I couldn't relax in the nice weather.

This hotel is always clean and the staff are always kind and helpful! The complimentary coffee and cookies at 3pm were so fun and the breakfast is always done nicely.
