Staff
Bit pricey for the amenities
Food is amazing, the staff are wonderful and polite.
Some construction for a new development but you get used to the noise
Was een prima hotel! Geen klachten. Alles was top!
The staff were helpful and breakfast and dinner buffet good value. Enjoyed the free cultural dance show. Pool was nice and very warm water.
There was no steam room as advertised and was noisy with construction at adjacent restaurant.
Room tv and a bit freshness in the room
Staff were nice.
Poor soundproofing
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Jungle Crown! The location is perfect, nestled close to nature yet easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Despite our late arrival, the team patiently waited for us at both dinner and breakfast, always cheerful and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to them for going the extra mile to celebrate my parents’ anniversary—with thoughtful room decor and a surprise cake that made the occasion truly memorable. This was easily one of the most warm and welcoming stays we’ve ever had, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan!
Nothing! Everything was perfect!
Garden and the hornbills that landed on the balcony.
The projects near the pool were 1/2 done and not functioning. The changing room was swarming g with mosquitoes. Could have had better safari trips. Early morning would have been better for wildlife viewing.
I liked the room size, personnel behaviour, hotel’s campus
Breakfast restaurant was not smelling fresh. There was no filter coffee but only granul one. Kettle in the room was broken.
Swimming pool was nice and the rooms were immaculate
Property was good but not in town
Beautifully comfortable bed, lovely resort, ultra good staff, super pool, wildlife around woth butterflies etc contantly in attendance, air pollution low. And reasonable value safaris with pick up.
Good hard beds are also available to those are that way inclined.
Room and bathroom had a great view, very comfortable, clean and big with a balcony. Swimming pool was very nice too. Nice quiet location outside of town.
Staff sometimes didn't understand us that well, sauna smelt awful. It did take a while to get into town so might not suit someone that wanted to be nearer.
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our honeymoon and they did everything they could to make it special for us. The room was beautiful and kept spotless by the lovely staff, the beds were so soft and comfortable, food was tasty and when we passed by the kitchens we noticed they were immaculate. The staff in the dining room were so lovely and friendly and the staff on the desk helped us with everything we needed during our stay. There are beautiful gardens and a great swimming pool and you are very close to the park so you see elephants passing daily. I would definately recommend this as a place to stay!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in Nepal, and it was like an oasis of tranquility for us. The rooms are fantastic (we had two rooms facing the swimming pool), the beds so comfortable that we couldn't believe it, the food in the restaurant superb, the swimming pool very welcoming, the staff very kind, no noise, good wifi... We were a bit disappointed with the National Park, but just to stay in this hotel for a few nights it was worth the detour.
Everything was perfect
Awesome place and staff only electricity not working probably and the water from the shower was just a very small jet so difficult/ not possible to take a refreshing shower.
The service was a lot slower than I was expecting. Orders from the room would take forever to come through.
Very nice staff and good value for 46€ euros a night. Also a little away from the city so nice and quiet and no dogs barking all night like in sauraha main street
The place is a little run down, which has its best exotic marigold hotel charm but it wouldnt hurt to throw away the dirty carpet in the room that doesnt fit anyway or buy new pool and outside dining furniture.
Free pickup from the bus station was very helpful and a cold welcome drink was a nice touch! The room was beautiful, very clean, and well fitted with all the necessary amenities. The area was stunning and thriving with natural beauty and attracted lots of butterflies. The swimming pool was lovely. Despite what we had read from other reviews, we thought the food was pretty reasonably priced for the area, and also some of the best we have had - absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The water temperature in the bathroom was very difficult to control, to the point where it was quite dangerous. It was either lukewarm or scalding hot. It’s expensive to book tours here compared to the tour offices in town, but this is to be expected. It’s about 30 minutes walk to town, but the hotel offers transport and it’s cheap to get a tuktuk back.
The room was large and confy. The staff was really helpful and atencious. Food was great! Everything tasty and fresh.
Needed to get a taxi to go to the riverfront - a bit distant
Great location and lovely rooms

Heaty wellcome
While checking out accountant in front office denied and argued to bill in my company name. After long argument and discussion, he agreed to issue bill in my company name although I had clearly instruct to issue bill in the company name while booking hotel.
Staff
No hot water in the morning
Beautiful setting near Chitwan National Park. Very nice and clean rooms. Very attentive and helpful staff.
The property has a big swimming pool, but the water was murky. The only filter they has is a tiny portable one that they run once a day for about an hour. They need a real pool pump that they run for hours per day or the water is never going to clear up.
nice clean spacious room
the water in shower was just warm
Everything was perfect! go go go!
Nothing
The location is very near to Chitwan National park and Elephant breeding center. There is lot of open areas and greenery within this resort. The warm gestures of the staff…Sandy’s..Krishna..Hari… always there to help you. Moreover variety of food and their taste will make your stay as homely and enjoyable.
Nothing.
Excellent rooms and staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds.
The best place in Sauraha, Chitwan. after due dulligance we finally choosed and booked this hotel. Our room was perfect, staff was friendly ⭐️ thanx a lot for a great experience🙏
Environmental friendly
Great place to relax next to the jungle!
This was our second stay at this hotel within past 5 years. Everything was great, the villa rooms that we stayed at, the staff, the food at the restaurant, the outdoor pool. For two days that we stayed there we only ate at the hotel restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our shower didn’t work properly but the staff reacted immediately and did their best to fix. The manager of food and beverages, Mr. Krishna he was the nicest person we met. Amazing human being. I would highly recommend Hotel Jungle Crown and I would gladly be back again.
nothing bad
The staff was amazing. They have made our stay THE perfect stay. Rooms are nice, quiet and have everything you need. We can only highly recommend this place!
location, grounds, decor, staff all top notch
Huge room with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom with tub. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Tasty lunchboxes were prepared by the hotel's restaurant for our early morning safari. Recommended.
cleanliness, service, hospitality, environment
Location is little bit inside
Ambience
Krishna Dahal- the supervisor was excellent.
Staff is friendly and willing to help, they also gave us free rides to the center The room is very large and comfortable The hotel itself is really a nice place
Location is 20-25min walk to main street with all restaurants Breakfast was a bit disappointing and not tasty Swimming pool is really cold
The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. The communal area (pool and paths) is well maintained and pleasant. The pool and restaurant staffs are very kind.
- internet 4/10 - pool is too cold to swim as it is in the shade all day. - The manager is awkward, stressed out and stressful and very present... he came at me when I was eating at the table standing one foot from me and looking at what I was doing on my phone before proceeding to tell me that I didn't like my food as there was still some on my plate... I was in the process of eating my breakfast... a very weird and uncomfortable individual. That said the breakfast was indeed below average. - We came here thinking it would be relaxing and outside the main area. It is indeed outside the main area, but not quite relaxing. I understand farmers need to make fires and burn vegetation, but today my "4 stars" hotel have been burning all day and smoking up the hole place, tonight they let a private group 6 to 7 people have a party and let them put music stupidly loud. - They can't be trusted to do what they tell you they will do. They forgot to arrange a transport for a show in town that we had booked with them. In fact they all looked very lost when we told them we had booked the show with them. - We requested in the morning to settle our bill with them the night prior our departure as we were flying early. Nothing was prepared in the evening and it was so complicated to them that they had to make us pay the next day. We only stayed there 4 nights, how they can be this lost is beyond me.
Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
Wifi was lacking a little bit.
Wonderful hotel with very good facilities. The staff is so welcoming and the rooms and garden are wonderful. We stayed in a Heritage room and it was so beautiful, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Very nice swimming pool, too. Good and varied menu in the restaurant. Even the amenities in the bathroom were so good quality and organic. We spent 4 nights there and had a very nice time.
I cannot say a single bad thing. I liked everything and I wish I can come back soon.
The property is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful.
Nothing.
Excellent location and staff.

Great place, great staff, food amazing thank you
We loved our stay here. Def an Oasis in the middle of the jungle. Very pleasant and helpfull staff. Good food.
Nice place to stay. Felt a bit of inconvenience since no pure veg restaurants nearby and the hotel has common kitchen for veg and non veg both. Also room service is not available after 10pm.
Great place to stay ... clean and safe. Welcoming smiles as always from all the staff. Will sure come back if we are back in Nepal.... lov it.
