Staff is great and very helpful. Swimming pool is amazing. Location and backdrop is very pretty. Room is very comfy and clean.

Room lighting could be better. One lamp wasn’t working. Radisson Khopoli has bigger rooms and better TV.

The breakfast spread was quite extensive, with a wide variety of options available. The selection was well spread out and catered to different preferences, which was one of the positive aspects of our stay.

The property is currently undergoing maintenance, but no information about the ongoing maintenance was provided to us at the time of booking. This significantly impacted our overall experience. Due to the maintenance, most of the restaurants were closed, and we had to use alternative dining facilities. The main swimming pool was also closed, and guests were directed to a much smaller pool. These are significant amenities that one would expect to be available at a 5-star resort, and any restrictions or closures should have been clearly communicated before the booking. The experience at the Kids’ Zone was also disappointing. Several scheduled activities were either unattended or started significantly late. For example, there was an activity advertised for children to make greeting cards. The host arrived late and simply provided blank sheets of paper and colour pens. There were no instructions, guidance, or meaningful engagement with the children. For a 5-star resort, I would expect well-organized and properly supervised children's activities. I stayed at the Westin last year, and that experience genuinely felt like a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the same standard. Considering the property is positioned as a 5-star resort, my overall experience felt closer to that of a 3-star property. I believe the ongoing maintenance and closure of key facilities should have been disclosed upfront, and the alternative arrangements should have been managed much better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards ensuring that guests receive the level of service and experience expected from a 5-star property.

Breakfast spread was good but the food taste was average and limited staff to serve the guests. Staff was not able to attend the guest requests and the food quality was also average.

The Manager in the Restaurant Panaroma did not mention anything about the taxes when I enquired for the buffet per plate per person price. The cost inclusive of taxes worked out the same as initial quote and I did not feel there was any discount which was being offered to me. The Manager got argumentative and was not willing to understand my point. The Hotel and the Manager also should have been more transparent to inform to me that Taxes GST shall be extra or inclusive. This was disappointing and I recommend that the Hotel be more transparent and clear in the pricing aspect.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Karjat with a group of 9 people, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable family stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing and did not match the expectations from a property of this standard. The ground-floor rooms have balconies that are quite stinky and offer practically no view, which significantly affects the experience. We actually had to request a room change because of this issue. The food was below average and, considering the price of the property, we expected much better quality and variety. Another major issue is the lack of cab/transportation facilities. There is no proper cab facility available at the property, while local cabs in Karjat are extremely expensive. This becomes a serious inconvenience, especially for families and larger groups. The kids' play area and activities are also not properly maintained. Since this is promoted as a family-friendly resort, we expected the children's facilities and activities to be much better maintained and organised. Overall, for the amount charged, we felt the stay was not value for money. The property has potential, but the maintenance, food quality, transportation arrangements and family activities need significant improvement. Overall: Disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price we paid.

The pool is big and nice. However with more crowd the water needs to be cleaned properly. Ambience is good. Food is good , has lot of variety in breakfast. However staff needs lot of training as they are extremely forgetful.

The front desk staff after 2.30pm is completely drained out. Not bothered to welcome properly nor explained anything to the client. Room was requested 1 hour early but they gave the room at 3.10pm. Post which I had to call up from the room for asking wifi, breakfast and dinner time, bathrobe, 2nd set of room key, facilities which are available so on n so forth. This was my 4th time in this property but the service of the staff has gone down tremendously. They need to hire trained staff at the reception. I have stayed in Radisson blu abroad as well as many properties in India. But karjat radisson blu seriously needs staff change. As this time it has let down completely.

Very low cleanliness. We had to change villa because of the view. The view was a garbage view. After changing villa, we spent time in calling them for cleaning toilet and fixing the villa. No amenities on weekends. Not value for money.

The location is convenient & it by Radisson and breakfast is excellent

The property has no proper seating area next to the pool, which makes it uncomfortable for families to relax while supervising children. The pool water was not clean, partly due to the recent rains, but regular maintenance should have addressed this. The seats inside the pool are very old and poorly maintained. More importantly, my child suffered a cut on his leg because of cracked tiles in the pool. I also noticed another child with a similar injury, which is a serious safety concern. The management should maintain the pool more professionally and ensure that damaged tiles are repaired immediately to prevent accidents. Overall, the facilities are very limited and did not meet expectations.

The property is huge and beautiful. And the Wheather in Monsoon is an added bliss .

Some facilities were not in working condition. For example the shower areas near swimming pool. In women’s washroom the showers were broken and not in working condition. The tap water was all muddy and despite calling for help multiple times no one came to resolve it

The duplex was good and spacious.... beautiful property.

The main pool was closed that wasn't informed and the executive pool was too small for all the ppl staying there ... restaurant AC wasn't working and we were all shifted and crammed in one corner with 1 a.c. working.....the food menu is so limited and the inroom dining food was so spicy that we had to leave it all (although they didn't bill us for it but we slept hungry anyways).... Room Service was exceptionally slow.

We stayed in 2 bhk villa. To begin with , the villa was very dated. There was no cleanliness at all. The bathrooms were stinking . The cleanliness was not at all there . The entire villa needs to be maintained or requires urgent renovation . The amount you pay for the villa, it not worth it . I felt i was staying in some stingy 2 star property . The food was also very average .

Buffet spread was good. Entertainment center was ok but their bathrooms were just ok. Not a 5 star level at all.

The Villa was in terrible state, not well maintained. Like walls had leak marks and finishing was shabby. Food was good spread and general property is in better shape. Moreover the buggy service is very slow. The outdoor space in Villa to lounge was terrible state.

Extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Karjat. The first issue was simply trying to contact the property. The main number goes unanswered, and despite multiple complaints, the standard response from the reception team was, “We are working on the issue.” Before arriving, we specifically inquired about EV charging. After finding an alternate number on Google, we were clearly informed that EV charging was available. Upon arrival, even the valet staff confirmed the same. However, the reception team outright denied the facility existed. Only after a prolonged discussion did they suddenly agree to provide charging, but at an absurd rate of ₹3,000 plus taxes for a full charge. When I explained that my vehicle was already at 35% battery and questioned the logic behind charging for a “full charge,” the amount was immediately reduced to ₹2,000. This inconsistency raises serious questions about transparency and pricing. If the charge can be reduced by over ₹1,000 within minutes, what exactly is the basis of the pricing? Mr. Gaurav and the management team seem completely disconnected from customer expectations and basic service standards. Providing contradictory information, being unreachable over the phone, and arbitrarily quoting prices is not what guests expect from a premium hospitality brand. A luxury property is defined not by its building, but by its professionalism, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short on all three counts. After charging a premium even for other basic facilities they will be charging extra

Location is good . Away from city’s chaos. Big and comfortable rooms. More than enough amenities. Jacuzzi in room.!👌 Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a great choices for both Indian n foreign nationals. Had a Room dining service, chicken was delicious. Overall the stay was great.!! Have recommended a property to frnds and family.!!

The pool was extremely dirty, people were in the pool without proper swimwear eg. in Indian traditional outfits, no lifeguard in sight, the water was green. The dinner buffet options were average at best. Any kind of room service/ house keeping was very slow and couldn’t get the requirement right. Overall hospitality was definitely an issue. There was 1 good manager in the property.

Exceptional Service: The staff was consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay. ​Above and Beyond: A huge thanks to Aditya, the Banquet Manager, who went out of his way at 10 PM to source medical supplies for us when we needed them—truly life-saving service. ​Dining Experience: We really enjoyed the food; both the breakfast and dinner spreads offered a great variety and high-quality selections. ​Property Layout: The overall setup of the resort is beautiful and offers a great atmosphere for a vacation.

Pool Hygiene: The pool was dirty. There were many insects and plant debris in the water, which made it less than inviting. Also there were several flies during both the breakfast and dinner service. Although the staff was actively trying to swat them away, it wasn't a great experience and felt a bit unhygienic while eating. Safety Concerns: There was no lifeguard available at the pool area, which is a necessary safety feature for a resort of this size. Isolated Location: The resort is located at the extreme end of Karjat. It is very far from any general stores or pharmacies.

They had cycles on hire ( not chargeable) but all but 1-2 were in bad condition. Break not working. Chain broken.and watever were in a good condition were taken by guests and parked outside their respective villas. There are buggies in the property to take you around so keeping cycles to yourselves like they are your private vehicles should not be allowed by the hotel. They were not even aware of all this. Also, the pool is too crowded if u are looking for a for a quiet swim. So don't bother

no uber old portion for people to travel up n down to hotel location . even if u can get a. intercity travel organized u have to pay extra charges to locals . m sorry this is mumbai not GOA . AS a reputed hotel this need to be solved ASAP . the number provided by the hotel charges exorbatant rates .finds a solution don't be part of the problem ... if a hotel like taj n marriott can do it in Goa where there is a taxi union so can raddison try n find a solution u will get better business trust me people are awaiting to try new properties btw m a loyal customer of taj n marriott over 14 yrs fyi.....
