Property condition is fine. Clean but doesn't worth that price. Breakfast was normal, not bad, not too good.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are great. Hotel is clean, and breakfast was abundant. Staff was very helpful and the location made it a great roadside hotel with good proximity to the centre.

She not only did not provide appropriate information such as WiFi code, breakfast service, but appeared to know very little about the running of the hotel. She snatched my passport away, looked thoroughly annoyed to be asked for any kind of help and gave a very bad impression of the entire place

Staffs are friendly and very helpful even they don't speak english much. Spa, swimming pool, sauna not working, but they suggested us to go nearest hotel to have massage which was great and had a good recommandation for dinner.

As indicated with booking nothing wans't working correcly like spa and turkish bath.

The hotel stated they had a swimming pool. They indeed did - but there was no water in it. I booked for this reason because it was very hot and I was looking forward to a dip. It was probably made inoperable after the earthquake. But they should remove this from their booking.com description

Breakfast was average.

Room Light was not working. Room window was broken( cannot close it fully) and despite of mentioning they didn’t solve it but gave us another room. Hotel staff were not so helpful. Reception was pickle-puss.

Very professional and helpful staff. We wanted to visit mount nemrut and they made arrangements for us very efficiently and conveniently. We loved our stay as rooms were very spacious.

Karşılama mükemmel değil güzeldi. Odalar konforluydu. Ancak yan tarafındaki düğünden dolayı geç saatlere kadar ses vardı. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

This hotel is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and well-kept! The breakfast was nice. We order room service which was delicious as well. We even used the laundry service too which was quick and more affordable than most hotels. The check in was so quick and they made everything so easy. The only 2 downsides are that the hotel is right behind/ to the side of run-down gas station. As well, it is right next to a wedding salon which plays loud music from 8 pm to 12/1 am. There is nothing the hotel can do about it though. We ended us sleeping ok but the thumping from the loud music and bass were really uncomfortable. Plus we had a 2 year old and it was a bit hard to get her to sleep 1 of the nights. If you come during the week days, then you may not have this problem.

チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの対応がとても酷かった。 言葉が通じないのは仕方ないが、Wi-Fiのパスワードも、朝食の時間もこっちが聞くまで言わないのは、流石にどうかと思う。出来ないなら紙に書いて渡すなりしてほしい。 他の人のコメントにもあったが、隣の屋外結婚式場の爆音が異常なまでに部屋に聞こえてくる。 それにも関わらず、別に満室になってもいないであろうに、そちらに近い側の部屋に通されたのも不快に思う。 幸い、深夜までパーティーは続かなかったので良かったが、防音対策を早急に心がけてほしい。

Nice rooms but next to an open air wedding venue. Also no working WiFi, no regular check in with the wifi code and breakfast time and no baby bed available. The breakfast was mediocre but there was no baby chair available.

Very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Half drank can of Fanta in the refrigerator. Refrigerator not cold (they have a problem with refrigeration in Turkey). Breakfast Buffet below expectations . Staff does not smile. Very loud wedding next door at other hotel making a lot of Noise until midnight. Parking is a joke because it’s inside a petrol station . That being said it’s inexpensive and clean, but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

This is a nice hotel. English is not widely spoken here so it might me a bit harder to move around but we managed to do all we needed in this area.

Herşey çok güzelken münasebetsiz bir konuk gece 3’e kadar gürültü ve bağırarak konuşmayla konaklamanızı berbat edebiliyor. Banyo temizliğine biraz daha özen lütfen. Restoranda çocuk mama sandalyesi temin edilseydi iyi olabilirdi. Lobi ve odalar yoğun sigara kokuyor.

Location is good. Service was amazing, staff was very helpful and kind. Only issue was the tv was shut off every 20 minutes, if you did not press a button in the remote.

The hotel looks fine with good facilities, including a working elevator and hot water. But if you want to sleep comfortably, go elsewhere. Single beds are on the small side, and both mattresses in my room were uneven and inconsistently firm. Good luck trying to find a proper sleeping position.

Ich war mit dem Motorrad dort. Sofort wurde mir ein gratis Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage angeboten. Da es im Hotel wie üblich in der Gegend kein Alkohol gibt, hat mir der Portier Bier organisiert. Restaurants zum Essen, sowie Geschäft gibt’s genug in der näheren Umgebung.

Excellent service and Ahmet upgraded us upon arrival as hotel was quiet due to Bayram. Rooms clean and well equipped and pool area was quiet and secluded. However pool area had no sun lounges which was annoying as we had stayed an extra day to chill by the pool. The staff tried to help but had only dining chairs and tables as a replacement which were not ideal! Please obtain some sun lounges if this is the only thing you take from my feedback?

Avoid at all costs! Nothing was as described. We booked a double and twin bed room for 3 people. We received a double bed and a couch. The pool is pictured with loungers and chairs. There are none and the pool is smaller than the photoshop image they used. It also promises spa/sauna/hamam... they don’t exist. Rooftop bar/restaurant as promised on its website... nope! When we to spoke to the manager, we were verbally assaulted by him! He was rude and didn’t care at all. They have tour groups coming everyday so he feels that he doesn’t need to provide any sort of service! We booked with Expedia and after explaining to them, they tried to contact the manager to tell him to not charge us for the room, he pretended to not be there and not speak English. Then, when we finally wanted to leave, we told him our card was on file with Expedia and that he can take it up with them. Instead he got more aggressive and finally charged my card with the number on file. Moreover, when we arrived, as the room was not ready we were invited to sit down and the reception asked if we would like a coffee. Upon leaving, they had the audacity to charge us for the coffee that they invited us to! The nerve... Whatever you do, do not stay here! You have been warned!

Kızımın doğum günü için çıktığımız Adıyaman -Ş.Urfa - G.Antep gezimizin ilk durağıydı. Konum merkezi, temizlik iyi, kalite ortalamanın üzerinde idi. Gelmeden önce sürpriz oda süslemesi ve odaya doğum günü pastası istemiştik, sağ olsunlar çok ilgilendiler ve istediğimiz gibi odayı süslediler , bize güzel bir sürpriz yapma fırsatı oluşturdular, tekrar çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Was nice, clean, Friendly staff. A bit out of town. Went there to see Mount Nemrut. Amazing place the mountain.

On the way to Ataturk Dam Lake region, walking day-long under sunny, snowy and windy conditions can easily make you home-sick. Ok relax, you are in the right place. White Star is a rather new built with sufficient premises and facilities to feel better. It even has an outdoor pool. 4-star is given but don’t expect too much as you are used to see in larger cities. There is a gas-station and wedding palace next to the hotel building thus ask before you are arrive if there is a wedding that night or not. Otherwise it is too noisy until 23.00 at night.

This hotel is widely reviewed on other sites along with this one so we did look it up. Everything was as we expected, hotel arranged for transfer from and to airport and was cheap. I asked the reception staff if they could iron my clothes for the wedding, no problem collected and returned in under an hour. Swimming pool was welcome and clean as was the rest of the hotel. ideally placed for some peace and quite away from the hustle an bustle of city life. This area isn't really a tourist area so don't really cater for the things you would usually expect i.e. fully stocked bar but when I asked they directed me to the local super market where you can purchase the local beers cheaply to drink in your room, although we did drink them around the pool and this seemed to be ok as we didn't turn it into a full blown party and respected them. Hotel staff were on hand top deal with any problems during our stay from arranging multiple taxis for all of the wedding guests and short notice booking of rooms for the bride. If I ever return to this area this is where I would stay.

Stayed here one night right after arriving back from Nemrut. Very clean and comfy rooms & friendly staff and service. The breakfast and dinner are also quite various and efficient. Would definitely stay again!!

I stayed a few different times at this otel. I advice to everyone. Economic,perfect service,clean room,no crazy traffic,on the main road,large rooms,perfect breakfast with local taste. Swimming pool available Herkese bu güzel oteli tavsiye ederim. Ekonomik,kaliteli,güleryüzlü personel,trafik derdi yok,geniş ve tertemiz odalar,mükemmel kahvaltı ve yüzme havuzu.

It was such great time which we had in white star hotel ;place was quite nice and workers were very friendly ..if you compare this Otel to others I can tell You this is the best in adiyaman .so price was quite cheep and breakfast was perfect ..😊thanks for receptions friend they were so helpful

I booked this hotel based on the 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor. I stayed for one night in order to see Mount Nemrut. + the staff are very welcoming, made me feel comfortable during my stay. ++++ the rooms are immaculately clean and new. I mean absolutely no dust in site. Clinically clean. +++modern interior design, new hotel; only one year old. + excellent room service. E.g. I accidentally fell asleep till 10pm, which is when the in-house kitchen closes. I called reception at 10pm and they were still able to make me some food. The staff go out of their way to help you. -/+++ that evening, the internet wasnt connecting in my room (level 3), although it was connected in the lobby. The general manager of the hotel came to my room and helped to connect my internet. He stayed until it was connected and I had no problems after that. + great value for money, not too expensive for the room and service. + minibar was fully stocked. Phone in bathroom. + bed is comfortable, firm and not hard. + staff are helpful - they assisted me to catch a bus to Urfa. Overall, I had a pleasant stay even though it was only for one night and wished I couldve stayed a bit longer. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you like pristine, modern rooms. Cant fault this hotel. If I ever come back to Adiyaman, I would stay here again.
