They change the breakfast, No more Breakfast for couple only for a Family check in So I was surprised and the lady that knew me, She Gave me a Breakfast coupon, And told me that no more breakfast for a couple check in Only for a Family
It’s all good
the worst B & B ive ever been. the lady at the reception is mean. the breakfast was not good at all. They did not change the beddings. we checked out the next day!
Zero customer service. On arrival nobody to be seen to check in and actually required the security guard to radio her down. Room was apparently a “deluxe” double but nothing deluxe about it. Small, dirty and full of insects. Spiders littering the ceilings in both bedroom and bathroom. Clearly areas had never been cleaned as there were abundant cobwebs in high areas. Aircon unit is perfect for aviation enthusiasts- like having an actual 737 taking off in the room! Made it impossible to sleep as the unit is too loud but the room is too hot without it. Literally lose-lose. Only saving grace is the price but I’d get a better quality sleep in the streets of Bohol. Avoid.
The property was clean, including the bedroom. The bedroom was very small but you get what you pay for. We had a complication with check in. We booked through Expedia but the hotel said we had two rooms booked and both were without breakfast. We showed them that we had only one room booked with breakfast. This left our check in process extended and we kept showing them the confirmation information. After a period of time they agreed to give us the breakfast. The location is really out of town and there’s really nothing around except a 7-11.

Great place to stay! The area was quiet and felt very safe. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to find good food. Transportation was also convenient with trike and grab options. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
The hotel was good for value for the money and appreciate it staying there.
Nice little room with comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Nice, clean and kind staff. Had a free breakfast included. Really nice for the Price. Had a few ants but that is quite normal in the Phillipines
Limited dining outside the area.
Great stay and good food for breakfast
its Good Place, But the Barking Dog was the Problem
We had excellent service, friendly staff. The only thing is not enough plugs for charging
good and clean Hotel, Close to a Mall, access to a Tricycle are easy and Cheap a Close ride to a Terminal that take me to a Bus to PANGLAO Airport and Beaches in Bohol
I loved my stay here. I called the front desk before checking in if there’s a room available with smart tv and they responded promptly. The room was also quiet and clean
I spent 15 nights here and the ants were a BIG issue! Half of the nights they were in and on the bed and biting me. I also had to request 3 extra room cleanings due to this situation. They did spray 1 time and the issue subsided for about 4 days. The service was very good and the breakfasts that were included were also very good. The property is being "remodled" that looks to include an outside fascia application. The location is great in a quiet local neighborhood that is also close to a main street that has plenty of good restaurants and a 7-11.
The Hotel was Okey and the Food, the first was not Good especially my room was in the front one, and their was a Dog barking the Whole Night and I Can’t sleep, And also it’s raining too, The raindrops also bother me I thought someone is Doing a renovations, Because they had a renovations, And the Price are good with good breakfast though
Warm reception, polite and courteous staff, no elevator, but stayed on 2nd floor, small & compact rooms, good a/c - always welcomed on return, lite breakfast & appreciated - good value over all. No other amenities - would have used laundry but was unavailable. Best shopping mall & grocery (probably largest on the island) next to island bus depot 15 minutes walk away,bu best to use tuk tuk to get to & from - always negotiate price for it seems that all riveted transportation drivers will take advantage of foreigners
Booked thru Agoda, confirmed and paid HOWEVER when my sister went there the rude receptionist said it’s FULLY BOOKED. They have not even checked the booking reference. They are unapologetic and even let my senior citizen mom wait. And since the Agoda booking is nonrefundable, I am chasing all angles how to get my money back. There site is not responding, and not even responding calls. Be careful before you book.
It was a good experience in your hotel. Nice cosy and comfy rooms with free water at the hallway since there are water dispensers in the area. The price is good for the price of the room since it already comes with free breakfast of your choice. The only thing that I guess needs improvement is the road going in the hotel. It's rough road with "Lubak2x". Looking forward for staying here again when We come back in the Bohol.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is few steps away to the main road and walking distance to Island city mall, 7 eleven, fruit stalls and eateries. Being a vegetarian, had no choice other than bread with cheese/jam. Few options would have been good. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Staffs are accommodating , we requested transfer from 3F to 2F . It's just that they should have policy on drunk guest, it really disturb others . Also , transport like tricycle drivers is not yet familiar with the new address. Lastly , no elevators going to third floor.
Aliria Bed & Breakfast rejected my Agoda reservation when I was already at their hotel. They told me it was already fully booked! After I told them that Agoda won't refund me in cash and after I made a scene at the lobby, the hotel finally refunded my payment. But the refund was not enough to cover for the hassle that they caused me! It was night time and the location of the hotel is far from the main road. Since the vehicle that took me to Aliria left already, I have to literally walk alone in a very dark rough road. It was really a frightening experience for me!
The location is good. Quiet place to take some rest for the next trip. Price is reasonable. Staff were nice and friendly. She recommend a good restaurant when we asked her and very close by too. We had a nice stay in this place.
Area and vicinity is good, Very accommodating staff, we change our room from 2nd to 3rd floor due to renovation on process. Room is great, clean but, but smell awful came from toilet. Free Breakfast ' iloveit '.
Among the 3 accommodation we had, Aliria Bed and Breakfast was our favorite place to stay in. The staffs were accommodating and always smile to their guests (this means a lot especially for us who are from Metro Manila). The room we stayed in-room 104, was clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and has this homey atmosphere. The only thing it lacked was the TV reception (we totally understand since the room we stayed in was new) but at least they had strong wifi. The comfort room was really clean and had a very nice choice of painting. Heater and bidet are also available! The breakfast was nice, very Filipino and the breakfast area in very cute. The location is near the Island City Mall, ATMs, pharmacy, convenience store, laundry services, and carinderias (eateries). We rented a motorcycle which costs 350pesos/day.
The staff is approachable and friendly. we love the free breakfast and the place is really good for its price. We will definitely stay again here on our next visit in bohol. It is also near the public market and bus terminal which we dropped off coming from Panglao Airport
Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was nice and cozy but the toilet emits an awful smell. Maybe their drainage was nearby and had a leak. overall - please with the our stay. awesome food!
Had a late check in. road was a bit dark. Good place!but no security guard. Hotel was near the mall. the bad thing was Staff was not helping us to find a ride upon check out and twas raining. But room is good.
Pros: Clean, accessible, budget friendly, free strong wifi, friendly and accommodating staff. Cons: Small room, loose power outlet on the bedside table, water pressure from bidet and lavatory are super high and needs to be adjusted. Noisy aircon. Limited choices for breakfast. Cups and glass needs to be wiped thoroughly
I would stay in this hotel again. The staffs are very accommodating, friendly and approachable. If we request something, they would grant our request if possible. Keep up the good work. Kudos to all the staff and management. 😊
I stayed there for 8 days, well all i can say was my room was small(although i dont have a problem with that),there are mosquitos and the night shift receptionist is not friendly, good thing other staffs were very helpful and accommodating Will try other hotels on my next visit, thanks for the experience
Thank you so much first of all to front desk officer Camela who went out of her way to think fast when we had a medical emergency during our trip, the first ambulance wasn't available and she was quick to call Tarsier117, the Provincial emergency response team, plus she had the quick answer to which hospital we needed to go to (2 min drive away) Because of this ordeal beginning our first night, it was difficult for me and had to leave my daughter at the hotel and their care (felt safe that they can assist her in food delivery requests, etc) which I really appreciated (borrowed a blanket too for the hospital stay, which I was able to return last minute) Accommodating, knowledgeable staff.. and despite the lack of other facilities like an in house restaurant (they serve breakfast only) they have a number of restaurants that can provide delivery on a list. No refrigerator in the room so they allowed me to store my ube jam from Baguio in their ref. I almost forgot it but Camela had the good sense to have a food delivery service (they were making a delivery for my daughter to the hotel but I preferred to dine at another place) drop it off to us (where I was having lunch right outside the street) Location-wise, this is around a 3 min drive from Tagbilaran City Hall, 2 minute drive to Holy Name University and HNU Hospital and 5 to 8 min ride to Island City Mall walking distance to a 7 11, a few restaurants, nearest laundry shop is 1 minute ride away Thanks also to Daryl and the other evening shift lady guard and bellboy who got me a late night tricycle for the hospital when it was raining so I can attend to my patient there since I went back and forth. My only problem is that the road coming inside is a dirt road and it was very tricky not to get your feet soaked when it rained. I recommend for the mean time while the road isn't fixed yet, they should also have a trike service that goes in and out even for a minimal fee (the guests tell their schedule ahead what time they need to leave) specially during the rainy season (or have cell numbers of trike drivers who traverse the area so it will also be easy to request) since they also have car drivers' numbers on hand, might as well keep a list of trike drivers. The budget accommodation was worth so much more for the service we were given, of course the beds and pillows were very comfy and everything else was relatively new and clean; water dispenser is in the hallways if you think they don't provide this since there are no water bottles in the room. Thank you Aliria for giving us a comfy Tagbilaran stay.
We occupied two standard rooms for us and our kids and happily all our requests are accommodated. Although the airconditioning unit needs time to cool down it maybe attributed to the very hot weather during that summer season. We highly appreciated the breakfast included in the package, may we also suggest corned beef and daing na bangus among the choices. All in all it was an awesome experience.
Pros: Room is nice and clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. They have free water for drinking which is good and they also offer motorcycle for rent. Cons: Shower is to slow it will take an hour to finish a bath. Please have it fix ASAP. Overall Two thumbs up!
Not a good place to stay in. The staff were not considerate with our request to stay till 2pm considering we have a 3 year old child with us. We we're willing to pay the additional 150 per hour that they stated upon checking in but when we exercised the option they were not willing to accommodate our request.
Our stay was disappointing to be honest. Yes it was cheap, but with drilling from 8.30AM and being able to hear every movement in the hotel it's not like you can get a good sleep. That said, the room was clean and shower warm. Staff were nice. It would be helpful if they ran the bike rental service themselves to make check out easier, wo you dont have to wait for someone else to come to get the deposit back.
가격대비 훌륭한 곳입니다. 친절한 스탭, 노력하는 스탭들이었습니다.
Nice hotel, value for money, good for stop over as i need to catch 6am ferry and it is close to the port
Aircorn made a big noise when on
Good hotell and good price. A bit far from city.
Stay was good and receptionist was friendly . They made the breakfast in our taste which we advised them to do. We stayed there for two days
Unlike other budget hotel are located near the pear, it's in walking distance from the Island City Mall, which is a great advantage when you are planning to travel to chocolate hill by bus (to Carmen), since the bus station is just across the mall.
cheap clean and comfy not a luxurious one but definitely worth the price
