The staff are poor, very miserable and unhappy to help , showers need more care and bed rooms just feel dirty

5 gece boyunca 4 kişilik yatakhanede kaldım. Tesis genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi. Asansör bulunması büyük bir avantajdı. Ortak banyo ve tuvaletler koridorun sonunda olmasına rağmen oldukça temizdi. Check-in sırasında havlu verilmesi ve çıkışta depozito işleminin sorunsuz şekilde tamamlanması da olumluydu.

Banyo ve tuvaletlerin odanın içinde değil, koridorun sonunda ortak kullanım alanında olması biraz daha az konforlu olabilirdi ancak temizlik konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Check-out sırasında havluyu teslim etmek için tekrar odaya çıkmam gerekti. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar da genel olarak biraz mesafeli ve iletişim konusunda fazla ilgili değildi.

Konumu çok güzel , insanları çok tatlı. Herşey sistemli ve yukarıdaki çatı terası muazzam her akşam orda geçirdim çok keyifliydi

Worth of money I paid. Best location to stay nearby the patong beach. Super Clean and Comfy Hostel. I will definitely book it again if I visit there.

the property is good. good location. facilities. clean washroom.24 hr helpdesk. separate male/female toilets. nicely lit washrooms. hot water.

too high price compared to other properties in the city. I paid same price for a private room for the other 2 days of my stay. staff should ensure the guests behave properly. in a shared dorm room they enter at 4-5 am, drunk, talking loudly. the rules of silence between 11pm to 8 am should be made clear.

I got a private room, and the room is very comfortable + cozy! The facilities are superb! The lounge area, and the pool are very spacious, social , and inviting. Not to say the location, which is by the beach, and central, yet very quite!

My stuff from hostell washroom was stolen and I requested staff multiple times They were not supportive at all.

t was fine overall — clean, decent location, and good value for money. It wasn’t super social, but people were friendly enough, so it worked well as a base rather than a party hostel.

I am not a fan of Patong.

Large rooms with bathroom. Breakfast served almost all day. Attentive staff. Clean space. Great location. Friendly vibe.

2nd time staying here, private room was expensive at the time but nicer than most hotel rooms. Busy location on the front. But chill relaxed yet social vibe if you wanted it. The staff were lovely.

Had a private room, it was super small but it was all you need (i stayed 2 nights) I would love if they added a mirror into the private rooms that would be beneficial and especially for the price you pay for them it is a low cost addition. The rooftop pool and area is amazing to watch the sunset ! incredible addition

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. We really appreciated that there were two pillows for each of us without having to ask. One of the best hostels I 've ever stayed at.

Ar condicionado do quarto muito gelado e a limpeza deixa a desejar. Banheiro sempre sujo. Os ralos dos chuveiros entupidos. Não tinha cozinha para preparo das coisas (ou estava fechada quando precisei).

Amazing location & great view from the rooftop

Bathrooms were out of order, barely anyone staying at the hostel so it wasn't social, cleaners/workers would barge in and talk/sing in the mornings

Doğrusunu söylemek gerekirsetin hiçbir şeyini beğenmedim.

Ayakkabıları dışarıda çıkarttırıyorlar fakat içerisi gerçekten çok kirli ayaklarımın altı çoraplarım altı sürekli olarak kirlendi. Pencereli oda tutmama rağmen hava alacak hiçbir yer yoktu pencere vardı ama açınca bile hava alınmıyordu çünkü az açılıyordu. Barda sürekli bir kişi yoktu havuz var ama olanaklar çok sinirliydi hiç girmedim temiz görünmüyordu. Ortak tuvalet ve banyolar var. Bir oda mezar gibi küçücük camlı oda bile aynen böyle

The staff were very loud. I was one floor above reception and beside the stairs. I could hear them shouting at all hours and it woke up me several times. My private room was smaller than a prison cell and severely overpriced. The photos and description of this hostel were misleading. I left after one night and it was the best decision I made.

The ease of access, location, staff behaviour, bed comfort everything was as expected and desired and on point. I will surely stay again if visiting the city

Wonderful staff Clean

I think there maybe needs to be a clear notice that durian is not allowed to be consumed in the dorms, like most hotels. Not the staffs' fault, just 1 idiot guest.

Liked the rooftop. Only one street away from the beach. Close to a 7/11 and other food places.

This is cute hotel with a bear theme. The staff of this hotel/hostel were wonderful and always has a smile when greeting guests. It was always a delight to pass the reception desk especially in the morning as they ensured I had enough water or if I needed to have my (private) room cleaned. The welcome drink was nice surprise.
