Beautiful historic building, tastefully decorated in keeping with its original use, with information about its history. The extensive library was beautiful. There was good parking for our motorcycle.
A little too far from the town and the breakfast seemed a little expensive.
Nada relevante
The historical building the hotel is located in is one of a kind, magical
There were no possibilties to book any of the individual Spa treatments. That was rather disappointing as I was really looking forward to some massage.. the Spa itself was also slightly disappointing as the sauna was not that hot. I did enjoy myself though..
Absolutely superb front of house staff that made us feel welcome immediately
Nothing. No cause for any complaint.
The room was comfortable. Large and free parking facilities The food and staff in the restaurant were excellent.
The hot-air ventilation system has a constant low rumble. We wanted to visit the adjacent vineyard, the staff were unhelpful and the printed details provided were insufficiently detailed as they do not specify the opening times so repeated 'phone calls, texts and e-mails went unanswered. The light switching was awkward to understand / use.
El edificio, el trato del personal
Amazing setting, beautiful hotel
Portion sizes were small in the cafe

This is a 18th century monastery that has been converted recently into a stunning hotel. They have kept the charm. Members of our party loved the spa. There is a church attached to the hotel that has a 1000 year old carving of Jesus. Do not miss the hotel's scheduled tour of the church. There are a number of lovely hiking trails. The local village is small and has a few nice restaurants. Travel here for the views, the hikes, and the hotel.
Settled in a beautiful region great for hiking and exploring the mountains. I also loved the library, spa, tours and the restaurants at the property.
Nothing
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Extraordinary place built in the 18th century, except for the parts that are even older. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that has its own church, Roman ruins, and small archaeological museum! Not to mention a gorgeous library.
They might give a tutorial on the light switches! And provide all guests a robe, not only spa guests. But really, everything was incredible
The renovated monastery is beautiful with a fascinating history. Our rooms were large, beautifully decorated and serene. And the pool with the dozens of different kinds of jets was an experience.
The food. The fresh lunch options were good, especially the chick pea salad and chicken sandwich, and the fact that we could eat in the courtyard made the experience lovely. But at dinner, four of us each ordered something different and each dish was bad. The salmon was overcooked with a strange sauce. The veal was so undercooked and tough it was almost inedible. Another veal dish was just mush. There's no place else to eat in the area. The kitchen really needs to improve. And for a spa, more healthy "spa meals" would be welcome.
Historical location upgrades and preserved well. Spacious rooms with nice details. Good restaurant.
Location a bit limiting on options nearby - and ease of getting there. Breakfast service charged us for someone else's bill and we had to catch and correct it on checkout.

Algunas cosas eran demasiado caras

Parador de Corias is a truly unique place to stay. The hotel itself is impressive, and you could easily spend an hour simply exploring its beautiful corridors, historic church, library, and many hidden corners. It has a very special atmosphere that we really enjoyed. There is a large free parking area, and covered underground parking is also available for an additional fee. The hotel also has its own winery, where you can book a tour or enjoy a wine tasting. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with a large bathroom. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Dinner at the restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was outstanding, the service was attentive from start to finish, and the bread served with the meal was simply exceptional. We highly recommend having dinner here. The hotel is also in a great location. A charming village is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails nearby, making it an excellent base for exploring Asturias.
Breakfast was very good, but we would have liked to see a larger selection of fresh vegetables, as it was mainly focused on sweet options. The only other minor disappointment was the swimming pool. A swimming cap was mandatory, but this wasn't clearly communicated before our visit. It also felt a bit outdated, as this is no longer common practice in most hotels.
Hermoso lugar. Adapta la historia a la modernidad. Habitaciones grandes, limpias.
The whole building was amazing and a shame that we only had 1 night there. Handy walk into the nearby town. The parking was plentiful and the breakfast was very good. The lady who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful and informative
Nothing

Its history , Its excellent location , the restaurants and bars.
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and it never disappoints! First class accommodation - huge room. We had a suite so we had a coffee machine too! Food and service was amazing again. Love a Parador breakfast.
Apartamento privado gratuito.
Nada.
Great room, fantastic staff
Not a complaint but an observation; I saw a ghost in my room. Only stayed for a moment and was not threatening at all.
The hotel was beautiful, so interesting. You could feel the history.
Cangas del Narcia, the nearest town is OK but not the nicest town we have visited in Asturias.
Spacious room and all areas in the hotel. A very unique and unusual building that had history around every corner
There was nothing to dislike about the property. The building has been restored with taste and a great knowledge of the history of the building
Great location

Superb / fascinating hotel, wonderful staff (excellent English), secure parking.

The room was fantastic
The area
This Parador is truly breathtaking. Words would be difficult to find to describe the quality of finish. We had a standard room here that was unbelievably reasonable in cost and anything but standard. The floor area alone was larger than the flat we live in in London, and the fixtures and fittings show signs of a recent, high-class refurbishment. A1 linen, mattress, and towels. The lunch and dinner served were of Michelin standard at a fraction of the price. The money we saved we spent in the spa, and that too was great value, and everything worked. All very good after a day on a motorcycle.
It is very difficult to fault anything. However, there was one young female staff member, serving at both dinner and breakfast, who was rather unsympathetic to our basic but nevertheless competent Spanish who was rather rude. Still, all things considered, a first world problem.
The look, feel, and overall sense of comfort, history and class. Pretty much everything.
Safe motorcycle parking, amazing place.

Queremos voltar.
Beautiful, incredible stay. Very clean, climate controlled room, very spacious, great food and facilities. Made our trip.
Historia, visitas guiadas, piscina interior fantastica.

Beautiful building and finish. Excellent cuisine.
Breakfast is a little expensive.
Parador hotel exceptional. Beautiful building very well maintained. Rooms excellent and restaurant excellent. Will be back
Nothing
Huge room with big comfy bed and nice bathroom. Interesting to wander around and look at the museum. A lovely treat for us.
