接待人員講話態度不佳，泡澡按摩浴缸力道弱，最差的是餐廳，吃八點的，菜沒有都沒有補充，問了服務人員，說已經不會再補充，以為我已經最後入席，想說算了，結果後續還有很多組客人來吃飯，這服務真的不行，服務人員兩個還大聊特聊的在廚房大聲的聊天
