沒有配合的停車場，也不能路邊停車。 臨近停車場一天最高120元，但是一小時就60元，如果回旅館休息、放東西大約兩個小時後再出門就要支付120元，隔天早上要出遊又要付120元。 住兩晚光進出停車場就花了500多元⋯⋯⋯ 旅館應該要與鄰停車場配合，要有優惠才對，否則兩天這個停車價格不合理。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026房間很大、浴室也很大、很乾淨、有附潤絲精很貼心、洗沐用品是義大利品牌味道很舒服、床很好睡、竟然有Bose喇叭超讚👍浴缸超大、泡起來很舒服！去礁溪住很多次，這裡有讓我非常驚艷，下次一定會再入住。
電視如果再大台一點會更完美，如果可以是數位電視，可以投影就太好了😁

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025飯店位置很方便！從火車站出來走一下就到了～ 泡湯浴池就跟照片一樣大採光超漂亮😍房間也很棒很舒適，非常推薦！ 唯一美中不足應該是剛進飯店大廳時櫃檯沒有人，看起來像員工的人在大廳做他們的行政工作，沒有稍微指示一下櫃檯人員剛好不在可能要等一下之類的話，所以一進去時有點徬徨這樣～

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025溫泉池很大，兩個人一起泡很舒適，浴室有暖風機，泡完打開可以保持乾燥。房間乾淨舒適，床很舒服，房間有除濕機，不會很潮濕，衣櫃很大。
洗手台容易積水，有刮刀可能會比較方便。插座的位置比較難找一點。水龍頭熱水容易偏燙，可以提醒住客。

不夠乾淨到處都有灰塵和發霉且都舊舊的（冷氣面板和房卡破損）、玻璃都是水痕、有陽台但被鎖住、水龍頭漏水流到整個檯面、隔音不好、通風管線貌似也不好（餐廳味道一度貫穿整棟樓的公共區域）、沒有車位、溫泉出水口太小 最不解是為何床頭的插座要設在接近地面 讓床頭櫃無法貼牆線還會掉進最髒的死角...
