On site restaurant had limited menu but food was good with reasonable price point . View from our room of the Rhein was great . Breakfast was good but a bit pricey .

The reception staff ( one of them was so rude) the time we checked out the room so small not the SME I booked and no telephone to call the reception and so dark coz the lights not enough also I left the hotel earlier what I booked !!!!!

Maar 1 stoel op de kamer; licht in de kamer is te beperkt. Delen van het hotel worden gerenoveerd en zien er nu lelijk uit. Was netjes geweest als dat bij de booking gemeld zou zijn.

There weren't many staff members, but they were all very polite. The breakfast was delicious very fine experience, but £64 for two people for two breakfasts was a little bit pricey. The location is right on the Rhine, a 14-minute walk to the city center and a 35-minute ride on line 16 to the city center, making it suitable for those with a relaxed schedule. It's worth mentioning that they also have a lost and found system. If something is left in the room, staff will email you to ask how to handle it, including options such as mailing or self-pickup.

Un côté un petit peu suranné pour cet hôtel fonctionnel, mais on y dort bien et c'était plutôt calme, malgré les nombreuses péniches et les usines alentour. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et de qualité, équilibré et généreux néanmoins. Accueil agréable et personnel efficace.

Viel zu teuer für das, was das Hotel noch ist. Oben der Flur war wirklich furchtbar. Der Putz von den Wänden, der Fußboden genauso. Steckdosen im Zimmer gingen nicht alle und unser Zimmer hat nach einem alten Raucherzimmer gestunken. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fernseher hatte auch keine öffentlich rechtlichen Sender. Eher enttäuschend für 160 Euro.

A small food menu was available, and for me that was enough....the pizza was fabulous! Alternatively other eateries are available nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient which made for an enjoyable stay.
Nothing really, maybe expand the food offering?

Empfang und Frühstück super. Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und wir haben das heißeste Wochenende erwischt. Aber das Hotel hat uns Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt und es hat sehr geholfen.

No air conditioning, no fans in room. Fly screens in windows would be helpful to stop mosquitos coming in. Lighting in room poor. Breakfasts a silly price - 22 € per person per day. The hotel could do with being brought up to date in decor. Wood chip wallpaper everywhere and carpets in communal areas could do with replacing.

I didn't have breakfast as the cost was quite high. Also reception didn't open until 8.00 Hrs, so I had to wait until then to get my bike from the locked garage.
