El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, los ventiladores sonaban durisimo, lo hacen pagar unas manillas que nadie revisa porque no hay nadien, la atencion de la persona encargada es horrible, no contesta, no soluciona, totalmente una experiencia desagadable

La suite en general está excelente en cuanto a ubicación, orden, aseo, ubicación, tiene parqueadero interno cubierto por niveles , es fresco por el diseño y las corrientes de brisas marinas, lo hacen inigualable, en eso tiene 10.

El servicio de.comedor debe mejorar sustancialmente, me imagino que las personas de la concesión están adquiriendo experiencia, les daría una sugerencia respetuosa: "Menos no es más", sucedió que pedimos pescado 🐠 y la " mojarrita" tendría alrededor de 80 gramos, en ese tamaño es imposible no tener que comerse las.espinas, cabeza y hasta el plato, pedimos un lomo de cerdo 🐖 y daba tristeza 😢 el plato, 80 gramos si acaso, acompañado por tres ( 3 ) pataconcitos, de guineo, que eran terribles, aunque resaltó la atención de las personas son muy amables.

La verdad no me gustó nada, el hotel se cae de viejo, no hay agua caliente, no servia la tv, la habitación era incomoda, todo estaba viejo y en mal estado.

El restaurante de falta mayor atención. Muy demorado pero en fin…

Contaban con servicio de desayuno y fue bueno. La ubicación no es lejos de la playa pero tampoco es primera línea (cerca de 3 o 4 calles). La vista desde la habitación con sus dos balcones, así como el balcón al salir del ascensor es de las mejores cosas. El lugar estaba impecable, dotado con lo necesario en la cocina para una estancia corta y el precio nos pareció muy razonable. El jacuzzi en la última planta fue muy agradable y el personal muy atento y amable.

No me gustó tanto la ubicación pues aunque no está lejos de la zona más comercial de El Rodadero, en las noches hay calles oscuras y eso hace que aunque la distancia sea corta terminas forzado a pagar un transporte para evitar riesgos de seguridad. La playa más cercana tampoco es de las mejores de la zona.

Si, el apartamento es muy cómodo y tienen una vista muy bonita. Desayuno rico. Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Me gustó absolutamente todo, personal amable, todo muy limpio, es un hotel muy completo, tiene piscina, desayuno súper rico, gimnasio, Sauna, vista al mar y la playa está a 5 minutos caminando. 10/10.

Terrible es un engaño es apto compartido no pude dormir bien de pensar que alguien pudiera entrar, si no tienes hijos seguramente no te afectará pero para familias no lo recomiendo, el sofá cama horrible para dormir si eres exigente esto no es para ti, no tienen toallas , ojo no tiene cancelación y al solicitar la cancelación porque me sentí engañada no la dieron Booking debería responder por tal engaño ya que ellos fueron los que me lo alquilaron no importa lo que tenga el apto de bueno si no puedes domir que para mí eso es lo importante no vale la pena

El apartamento es compartido tiene una puerta que no abre le pertenece a otra persona no puede pasar hacia nosotros pero eso es muy raro para mí, no dormi bien revisando en la noche que alguien se pasará y yo con jovencita adolescente me preocupaba mucho de haber sabido jamás lo hubiera tomado

Excelente 👌 Lugar. La tranquilidad de los alrededores, las personas que trabajan en el lugar maravillosas. Siempre atentas a nuestras necesidades. Limpio, elegante, los apartamentos cuentan con tres balcones donde entra mucha luz y puedes ver el Mar y la ciudad de Santa Marta. Tienen piscina, sauna,turco,Jacuzzi. La verdad tiene de todo, los apartamentos son elegantes y cuentan con todo lo que necesites. Muchas gracias a todos mil bendiciones, pronto regresaremos.

Muy buena la atención

Me gusto la atención del personal, y que me aceptaron la solicitud de Habitación con Vista al Mar.

De pronto que algunas solicitudes acerca del Jacuzzi y el Sauna, no fueron atendidas.

Buen desayino, buena pisciba, apartaestudio confortable, moderno y en excelentes condiciones.

There are two ACs in the apartment. One 8n the main bedroom and second in tha living room, shared are with the second bedroom. This causes the second bedroom to not be cold enough. Pool said it opened at 10 am. But opened at 11. With an 12 am checkout, that is useless. Besides that, all good.

The building needs some maintenance, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the pool. However, all the staff, including Mr. Victor in the restaurant, were very kind, friendly, and very cordial to me and my family. I recommend this hotel for a trip to Santa Marta, Colombia. Thank you very much.

Terrible. Teniendo la confirmación de la página Hotel no me dejaron ingresar con la reservación que ya estaba pagada. Me tocó pagar nuevamente por lo tarde que era en la noche. La señora fue llamada por la página de reservaciones y como no sabía inglés el señor no le pudo confirmar que ya estaba pagada la reserva. El peor servicio del mundo.

Good breakfast. The first apt had the air conditioning unit leaking water,but they (staff)relocated to other better unit.(nice)

Hot water was not working and the shower pressure was very bad. Breakfast was not as expected. Same thing every day.

Every day it was the same menu and super limited, it's not a buffet breakfast style as they say!

The breakfast was okay but basic. The dining staff was very nice.

Housekeeping said they wouldn't clean my room unless I paid two pesos. I asked the concierge, who said cleaning is included and told the Housekeeping to clean my room. Sheets were never changed. My daughter, who was in a different room, never had her room cleaned for seven days. Also my room was next to another. The people were extremely loud. And the location is too far from activities.

The staff and facilities was good.

The location is not that good. You have to always you a taxi to travel within the city. The bed in the hall was not at all comfortable. No signal of wifi was reaching to my appartment, so was just using my mobile internet all the time. Not value for money. I will not be choosing this option again in future.

the elevator, such a big building with one elevator. took me 25 minutes to get the elevator at floor 1 to go to my room.

Among all the fancy hotels I stayed even over 200 a day…this one had the best room and great all around. The only thing that sucked was checking in at front desk and then checking in at 4th fl. However he said this is changing

No tenía agua caliente , no tenía sabanas en la habitación, se tenía que pedir a otra área.

Breakfast was not buffet so you are limited on the amount of break fast you can eat. You are just served a breakfast of scrambled eggs with maybe an arepa and that’s it. The breakfast cereal was finished and I asked the guy if there was more cereal and he said no. I found that hard to believe as cereal is served every morning….there must have need some cereal left over in their kitchen!!!

The appartement was spacious and clean, staff were kind and helpful.

Hotel is clearly outdated, the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, everything feels old, clearly needs a full revamp. Location is ok for a night. Security guard charged us almost twice the amount previously stated in their email. (12k instead of 7k pp)

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable. negative points: they wanted to charge taxes even though I have a foreign passport, I had to pay for bracelets that should have been included with the reservation, air conditioner is either too cold or too warm as there is no way to set the air flow low/high. it was always high. El apartamento está bien dotado, pero le falta mucho aseo al baño, el ventilador de la habitación está suelto y parece que se fuera caer al prenderlo se mueve de lado a lado el soporte y suena muy duro no lo pudimos, prender y se siente mucho calor. Las barandas de los balcones en el edificio son muy inseguras ya que al pararse la baranda da abajo de la cintura y son muy inseguras para los niños, el desayuno es espectacular super rico es a lo único que le pondría calificación 10, al rededor del edificio aun están construyendo más edificios esto hace que sea muy sola la zona e insegura, el personas del edificio muy atento. Lo otro es que los ascensor son súper demorados cuando suben y bajan y no tienen aire acondicionado eso hace que sea eternos los viajes en este.

The area appeared to be too dangerous to go out, the staff advised me not to leave the hotel neither by foot nor Moto or taxi. There was no drinking water or coffee available and not even a possibility to buy any after 18:00. So I couldn't go out for food/drinks and couldn't get any in the hotel either. Since I had no Colombian SIM card the delivery app didn't work for me either - luckily the receptionist was nice enough to help me order food. The view was great but the roof top jacuzzi was cold and the bar empty (no staff, no drinks, nothing). I was asked to pay 10.000 for a paper bracelet, which apparently is hotel policy but I still had to pay for that - no idea what that was for. I was told when checking in that I can have a late check out the next day between 13:00 and 14:00 and the reception called to kicked me out at 12:45 and kept calling me every 5 minutes until I left the room (as planned) at 13:00... Very unpleasant. If I would have been told that I cannot have a late check out, I would have planned accordingly.. The pool was nice but had no shaded areas at all, no umbrella, nothing - the only option, when lying by the pool was to be in the sun. The air conditioning in my room was leaking, so I had water dropping on my head when I wanted to sit on the couch. Had to turn that off eventually because it got everything wet and was extremely loud. For this price - absolute rip off...

Check in took over an hour. We were 6 couples and booked 6 rooms and they tried to put us 2 couples to a room and they tried to overcharge us. We asked for 2nd keys to our rooms and couldn’t get them. Air only stays on with a key. There was 2 elevators but one was closed off. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good size and clean. View was awesome- pool was good.

Seemed expensive for the location, situated far out of town on an almost empty street with a lot of building work!

The staff were excellent and super professional. The breakfast was always delicious, hot and fresh - some of the best arepas I’ve had while visiting :). The property is well secured. I never felt unsafe. Super clean, quiet and very close to the beach.

The property could definitely use some maintenance, but nothing major.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My experience: 1. The receptionist that has the morning shift always had an attitude, and always ignored us when we approached the Desk. He seemed like he did not want to work at all. 2. They say they have a Buffet, but in reality they have someone serving very small portions of only scrambled eggs, 1 arepa, 1 bread and two pieces of papaya fruit. You cannot go back for more. You get what you get. 3. The building feels abandoned. There is no type of maintenance there ants all over the couches in the lobby when you first walk in. 4. The pool is very dirty and no one working in those areas. 5. The jacuzzi schedule is not followed or respected. The guest are suppose to have an hour of jacuzzi time. When we arrived there was a family that didn’t want to leave so I called the receptionist and no one helped us or had been or respected the time that we are required. 6. Cold jacuzzi 7. Shower is cold water. 8. Only one elevator working. 9. Far from everything. Over all not worth it at all.

Spacious accommodation. Late check in available. Staff at breakfast were enthusiastic. Nice views from balconies. Gas stove and cooking facilities. Large fridge.

Poor breakfast (cold, very limited). Grubby furniture in room.. Location was far from the city.. Reception staff not particularly friendly. No English spoken anywhere. Poor value compared to other options we stayed in subsequently.
