Convenience

The staff seemed to be genuinely happy to meet my dog. Great walking trail next to the hotel. The restaurant attached served the best pizza that I have tasted in a long time.

The breakfast was terrible. I tried the first day then went out for something to eat on subsequent days. Even if it is "free", I would not eat that stuff.

Clean

They put the HVAC above our room and it was super loud and hard to sleep, charged 300$ a night for that.

I booked a suite and got a standard room for 5 of us , my granddaughter had to sleep on a foot bench together with a chair No pool or outdoor hottub no cots or couches that pull out

Train noise

The hotel was clean. The cost was high, very high, for the price of the room there should have more of a breakfast instead of bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal. The coffee was empty. For the price people pay you should have a full-size restaurant.

Breakfast was great We have stayed here several times and always return. We did not bring our pets this time but love the option to have them with us. Staff always great

Our room faced the sidewalk by the water. We tried to close the blackout curtains for privacy, but they wouldn't close. Only the sheer curtains worked, which left the room feeling not very private.

The front desk person went above and beyond to try and get us a family room. An absolute outstanding member of staff who is credit to the hotel amd went to great lengths to help.

Nice location and very comfortable beds

When we arrived, around 7:30 pm, didn't like the group sitting at the picnic table by the front doors - bottle of whisky on the table and smoking (pot). No issue with the activity just where they were sitting.

It was quiet and close to highway. Had a continental Breakfast.

The price. When we decided to make it home in two days, this was the only hotel we could find from Fernie onward.

Fijn rustig hotel met ruime kamer en goed bed. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vraag een kamer aan achterzijde dan kijk je op een riviertje, aan de voorkant kijk je op de parkeerplaats. Leuke restaurants in de omgeving van het hotel. Ontbijt is inbegrepen.

We came in close to midnight tired, wet, muddy and cold. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. one lady even went over to help kiddo with the vending machines while I was finishing off the check in process. So friendly, caring and helpful. The view out our window of the river in the morning was so nice to see. Scenic and so calming.

Friendly staff, great location and very clean rooms. Breakfast was continental with good choices. A freshly baked cookie on arrival is a nice touch and coffee / fresh water available at all times in reception. A cosy feeling hotel with great service!

Would have liked to see more variety but was acceptable

Beautiful suit with jet tub, massive walk in shower with bench and lovely king size comfy bed.

I wish there wasn’t snow. Haha- but that’s not their fault.

Clean and comfortable

The staff was very rude upon check in. The lady wasn’t having a very good day and we could tell from the interaction with the guest in front of us when we were checking in, that it wasn’t going well for anyone.

Very nice hotel staffed by helpful people. Comfortable rooms with all amenities needed. Nice coffee machines! Town is very friendly, clean and welcoming. We will return there.

The hotel was very clean with a large room. The staff were polite and efficient. The breakfast buffethad lits of choices and was spotless. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again.

The location was super handy, close to shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful, the staff was so welcoming and the gave a home-town vibe.

Nice and clean hotel! The only complaint I have is the train! Because the hotel is pretty close to the track the train goes through and lays on the horn at all hours. The hotel and room itself was pretty good.

It is very close to Blairmore hospital and is walkable. Walking trails right by Kanata Inns. nice to sit on benches and hear the river running very relaxing.

Did not have time to try out the breakfast. Bed was very compfy.

This was a great hotel. Super comfy bed and bedding, friendly and efficient staff, a lovely lobby and breakfast room. The breakfast itself was adequate (a pancake machine, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, etc.). Our room had the usual mini fridge and microwave, plus a single burner induction hot plate, which was a big surprise. We will 100% stay here again!

The location was beautiful. It was nice to be able to walk around Blairmore easily. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was more than we expected.

Front staff was excellent. Large, clean and comfortable room. Continental breakfast was fine. Would stay there again…

The breakfast was good. Parking was close to the entrance. They gave us two delicious cookies at check in.

The Hotel is located in a beautiful setting near the river. The staff were friendly and you receive a free cookie on arrival. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The room is large with an awesome shower and jetted tub. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed though I reccomend you bring your own pillow. I did and had a great sleep. The train does come by but that didn’t bother us. There is a few things that need to be updated in the bathroom. But besides that we had a good stay!

It would have been nice to have a hot breakfast, I am a bacon and egg guy😀, but there was a good selection of cereal and bagels etc

Front end staff weren’t happy to see us. And placed us in the farthest room from the elevator when I’m handicapped and have trouble walking

Super friendly staff

I had reserved two queen beds and my room #124 had two double beds. We made it work however that’s not what I paid for. When I mentioned the discrepancy the following morning to the front desk, they had no clue what I was talking about and couldn’t bring up the reservation. Not impressed. I’ll look elsewhere in the future

Recently renovated rooms are very modern and comfortable.

The location and the rooms are ok. Bathrooms are cramped. Breakfast was ok.

A little expensive for the quality of property.

Crowness pass is a beautiful location with stunning views. As long as you like your winter sports or just hiking in the summer

Fitness equipment needs service

Property is very clean. Rooms are spacious. Desk attendant is very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Lots of parking is a plus as is the cookies at checkin and a 5 am breakfast is a superb touch since we have a very early start. Lovely property that appears to be well kept. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Well done!

Tv difficult to operate.

Room and staff were fine. Hotel had unfortunate noisy air conditioning on roof that made the night uncomfortable in any room. Breakfast was a nice perk but unremarkable. Would not stay here again.

The room was spacious and had self catering facilities. the room was very comfortable. The included breakfast was an unexpected bonus especially the maple syrup pancakes. The location was convenient for tourist sites of interest. Most enjoyable stop off during our holiday.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Decor was a bit dark.

It was North of our Expectations. Excellent service, good atmosphere, besides the train that infrequently disturbed the night (not a big nuisance) it was quite and cordial. The staff took care of the small details. We want especially to recommend Alyssa who was flexible on our very arrival at the reception and created a very good starting point. Later we met Deb and Bev who are very cordial and take care of all the details for breakfast. Great team and very good wibes. We definitely recommend. Keep going! One point for improvement - please provide options for vegan visitors. We broght our own milk (Oat Barista) and vegan cheese. If possible it will be perfect. Best regards to all of you! Neat, clean, easy to navigate, friendly people. Really big room well appointed.

Wonderful stay! The staff upon arrival was fantastic and even offered us a cookie (very good!)! The room was very small but immaculately clean and modern. Lovely bedding and comfy bed. The town isn’t large but there’s a nice walk along the creek behind the hotel. The Continental breakfast was wonderful… Good variety. Didn’t anticipate the train sounds, mind you (only ran at 11:20, 1:20 and sometime around 7, if I recall…. Not bad), but kind of neat being in the Rockies and hearing that. Will definitely stay again! (The pizza/donair restaurant attached the hotel was economical and delicious! Will go there again too!)

New renovation, clean, also pet friendly

The deluxe room two queen beds with kitchenette was a wonderful little get-away spot for our quick overnight motorcycle trip. Everything was neat and clean, the beds were fantastic, the airconditioning were super efficient and the addition of the kitchennette was a great bonus. The staff were excellent from check in to the ladies stocking the complimentary breakfast room. Kudos to this little gem of a place...the four of us enjoyed our brief stay amd wished we were there for longer! We would definitely stay here the next time we roll through town!
