Really difficult to make a reservation by phone or mail, almost impossible ; nobody respond and every time someone respond they never call back. For the Booking : should add some tennis private lessons + some pilate courses available to book online with booking . + for daily camp tennis, with a booking reservation, great, but please be more explicit about the day the Dayly camp start, and when it finish, because they charged us for 5 days staying ar the hotel but first day and last day we can't play dailycamp tennis. Maybe add the exact day for daily camp + possibility to book tennis private lesson : be more clear about the schedule on booking (and manage private tennis lesson + pilate + daily camp ) Inside the Room : HDMI cable/connexion with TV wasn't working in all the hôtel. Asked the reception why, they told us that it's a problem in all the hotel... hope they will fixed it quickly. Dinner in the evening, if we come after 21h00, not a lot of dessert and meat. For spa , the mobcap (6€) should be incoude in the price with booking reservation, add 6€ more so we don't feel it when we come to spa Should make some promotion with booking reservation, as we can got some 5% promotion with some code if we booked dirzct with Rafa Academy a second time (second visits) ... it's more easy to book with booking, please manage better the phone and mail with reception and soortdesk, i think they aren't enough to manage all the messages and what people asked

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Trop cher pour les prestations.

On nous annonce 2 piscines et un spa. Le spa ferme à 20h donc inutilisable si on arrive un peu tard. Bonnet de bain obligatoire payant à 6€ !!! J'arrive dans le bassin extérieur, le maître-nageur me siffle pour me dire de dégager alors qu'il n'y avait rien de noté... J'arrive à l'intérieur, et là 5 lignes sur 6 réservées pour les leçons de natation alors qu'il devait être dans les 19h... Le seul couloir restant vraiment très étroit avec déjà plusieurs nageurs. Bref, même si le bonnet a été remboursé, très grosse déception.

Quand on ne suit pas de programme spécial et qu’on souhaite jouer 1h, beaucoup d’aller retour à faire pour récupérer des raquettes / louer un terrain / acheter des balles, etc. Tout ne se trouve pas au même endroit. Je pense qu’ils pourraient mettre à disposition 2/3 raquettes + balles sans forcément tout le process.

Zdziwila mnie odplatna strefa jogi i pilatesu, ale to jedyne zaskoczenie.

Absolutely Amazing – Exceeded All Our Expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Rafa Nadal Residence for my daughter’s 16th birthday, and it was absolutely amazing. It completely blew us away and was far better than we ever expected. The whole place is immaculate, almost clinically clean! The rooms, communal areas and even the tennis courts were pristine. Our room was beautiful, with really high-quality bedding and sheets, lovely toiletries and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. We also had a fantastic balcony view overlooking Centre Court, which made it even more special. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay friendly, welcoming and helpful. Of course, we spent plenty of time playing tennis, but we also loved the outdoor pool. After a full day of tennis and exercise, it was the perfect place to relax. The adults’ spa was beautiful too, with such a serene, peaceful, zen atmosphere. We also picked up some really cool gifts from the shop, but the biggest surprise of our entire stay was the Rafa Nadal Museum. WOW! It is phenomenal and so much bigger than we expected. We spent well over an hour walking around, but you could easily spend two or three hours there if you stopped to read absolutely everything. Seeing Rafa’s life and career documented from his childhood right through to his incredible achievements was fascinating and genuinely inspiring, particularly for my daughter, who is an aspiring tennis player. What an incredible place to celebrate her 16th birthday. We made memories we will never forget and had the absolute best time. **We cannot recommend the Rafa Nadal Residence highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

I’d like to have seen more healthy whole food plant based options on all of the menus. Larger cups in the rooms, espresso cups doesn’t quite work with tea :-) Minor things, but I’d 100% definitely return and highly recommend!

Excellent, large rooms. Very well decorated, brand new. Well maintained facilities. Great food. Excellent sport infrastructure. In the middle of the island, all coasts reachable by car in less than 60 minutes. Definitely going back next year.

Toilet doors in rooms could be replaced with sound proof ones instead of the current glass (not transparent) ones for better sound isolation :)

The level of hospitality was very poor. It is described that you get 2 hours of tennis lessons every day of your stay. We booked tennis lessons for the first day. After the lessons we booked lessons for the second day (we were not informed that we are supposed to pay extra). When checking out we were asked to pay extra 90 euro per person for the lessons on the second day. We have also asked for extended stay in the room which they advertise as an option for extra 30 euro, we were denied such request and as such we had to take shower in club facilities where we did not get any towels.

Top für alle Tennis- und Padelfans. Alles ist sehr modern gehalten, grosse Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

Die Qualität und Auswahl beim Abendessen (Buffetrestaurant) sind so lala…Samstag Abend gab es u.a. Hotdogs und Burger mit Plastikbrot, man hatte eher das Gefühl in den USA als in Spanien zu sein. Der Komplex ist riesig und nicht gut ausgeschildert. Die Homepage der Akademie ist unübersichtlich, man findet nur sehr schwer die Preise für die Lehrgänge/Trainerstunden.

An enclosed residence - the quality of food is excellent and varied daily l would suggest full board. The rooms are modern and clean. The tennis facilities are excellent.

Transfers to and from the airport can be very pricey but this is not the fault of the residence

Heel schoon en alles op en top geregeld. In 1 woord KLASSE! Een super ervaring voor de echte tennisfan die zelf ook fanatiek is.

Het eten was op zich top, maar ik miste als vegetarier de vleesvervangers. Er waren wel groentes, maar geen vegetariche burgers of iets dergelijks.

Everything new, world class facilities and food option were good. The whole lay out is absolutely fantastic. The coaches were very good on the Padel classes. Try to book the rooms overlooking the courts as the balcony view is great. Over side just the car park.

I felt for the staff it was end of season. The shops didn’t have many sizes and the staff didn’t seem too concerned. The arrangement of Padel classes was confusing re where do you rent etc…..

It wasn’t just the name — the room is super comfy! We absolutely loved it and think it’s great value for money. The breakfast is something you definitely shouldn’t miss! 🥐✨

Unfortunately, there are quite a few baby cockroaches in the spa and the changing room, which is something that really needs attention. I actually emailed you a few months ago about this concern before posting here, but I haven’t received any acknowledgment. I hope this time it can be looked into, as the rest of the experience has been lovely and the facilities deserve to be properly maintained.

I was just there to pick up my son from a camp so didn't have time to use facilities or programs. But the Residence was very clean and comfortable and the food very good.

Wszystko super zorganizowane. W cenie śniadania i kolacje, dostęp do wszystkich atrakcji: basen, sauna, siłownia, korty. Super atmosfera, można spotkać wiele znanych osób z rodziny Rafy. Perfekcyjne. Na pewno wrócę.

We are Rafa fans— the Museum was amazing-staff excellent - modern, clean, courts well maintained- restaurants exceptional and reasonably priced. Tennis instruction was just so so- not great. Incredible international experience.Pedro at the t at the tennis desk very helpful.

As an English speaker and not tech savvy- couldn’t could not figure out the exercise classes. I have have been playing tennis for 20 years- a consistent club player- was paired in a lesson with a young woman who had never played before. I felt like I was perhaps paired with her because I am a Sr citizen. She could not get the ball over the net… so the pro pro fed me balls- was a very introductory class- clinics at home more challenging and instructional.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rafa Nadal Residence. The room was spacious and very clean, the dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to relax after a trip or an intensive sports day, and feel at home.

The building is new and well-equipped with various services. I had breakfast and also dinner included in my reservation, the food was of excellent quality.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if the windows hadn’t been opened for a while. I asked for a late check-out; although it seemed possible, they charged €30 just for a couple of extra hours.

If you are a Big Time Rafa Nadal fan this place is for you!! He has done great work for his community in Manacor

I wouldn’t stay here. It’s faaaar from Palma and not in the centre of the local town. It’s also very expensive for what you get. If you’re desperate to come here (I think far better places for padel) I would only sign up for the day training and stay somewhere else. Some Rooms overlook RUBBISH BINS

1. Desde el punto de vista de la experiencia al cliente muy mala, con muchas fricciones. Desde el minuto 0, no se entendía como llegar a la recepción, luego estaba mal la reserva que hicimos en booking y nos querían hacer pagar más en vez de analizar el caso (el cuál estaba bien de nuestro lado). Nos querían hacer firmar la estancia con nombres que no eran los nuestros (con otro nombre en las tarjetas) el kit de bienvenida lo dieron el último día y lo tuvimos que reclamar. (No sabíamos que existia) 2. Lo que más nos molesto fue que las canchas de tierra batida para alquilar estaban en un estado deplorable. (Canchas 44, 41, 42) Adjunto fotos de las mismas. 3. Compartis el espacio de gym y spa con gente que no se hospeda en el lugar, lo cual hace que colapse los amenties. Porque decidieron al famoso hotel 4 estrellas explotarle sus amenities al máximo como la suscripción de un gimnasio de cadena. La exclusividad se quedó en el camino.. 4.Un detalle pero el cafe del desayuno era espantoso. 5. Muchos gastos ocultos que te quieren cobrar (ej gorra para el baño, luces de las canchas) En resumen no vale la pena alojarse, el precio del alojamiento no corresponde con las instalaciones ni el servicio. Si quieres ir compren unas clases y alojense en otro lado. Salvo que valga la mitad que lo que está actualmente.

J’ai séjourné à la Rafa Nadal Residence dans des circonstances particulières, car j’avais besoin de loger à proximité immédiate de l’hôpital. Le personnel est d’une grande qualité . La résidence est d’une propreté irréprochable et les services proposés sont excellents. J’ai également eu l’occasion d’utiliser le spa, qui est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec des installations modernes et une atmosphère extrêmement apaisante. Le cadre du complexe est magnifique, calme et très bien entretenu. Dans ma situation, cet environnement serein a été un vrai réconfort et un véritable bonheur. Tout a été absolument parfait et je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

Já é minha 2a vez no hotel, na 1a vez foi tudo perfeito, mas o quarto 202 não vedava o box e molhava o banheiro, também entrava muita claridade no quarto e no último dia, mesmo com o aviso de NÃO INCOMODAR, a camareira abriu o quarto as 8h da manhã. O café da manhã é muito bom, a atmosfera do local sensacional, mas os restaurantes podiam fechar um pouco mais tarde.

Zimmer waren sauber und modern

Extrem laut - Straße und Nachbarzimmer; Toilette im Zimmer ist so dass jeder im Zimmer alles mitbekommt; Ausschilderung nach außen miserabel - man sucht das Hotel; alles drinnen eher anämisch und kalt, wenig Deko, wie ein übergroßer Fitness Club; Preisleistung - Leistung 3-4 Sterne, Preis 4-5 Sterne!

The Tennis Court (and Paddle) facilities were excellent. Really well maintained and of great standard. The coaching teams are incredible for players of all abilities. I am beginner stages and left the camp with so many great tips and tricks. The accommodation was great also. The bedding was so comfortable - was that the quality of the bedding materials, or the fact I was so tired and exhausted from playing so much tennis? Perhaps a mix of both. The Spa facility was superb. Breakfast was fantastic. I ate a freshly made omelette each morning with cereal. I also drank orange juice and coffee. Tables were difficult to acquire at peak times.

* The 2-hour training camp was great but I would have enjoyed if there were more activities throughout the day to participate for greater value for money. * There was no coffee machine in my room, only instant coffee.
