People above us in our first night were very loud and children were running back and forth and jumping off the bed till 11:30pm.

Awful. I was booked for a 2 night stay. Came back to my room after first day out. Was 5 pm and to my surprise, room had not been serviced. I called the front desk and the person apologized, stating that housekeeping had left for the day. I don’t ask for much except for a clean room, made bed and fresh towels. I had actually left $5 for the housekeeper on the bed before I left in the morning. It was still there.

Lobby was gross. Furniture worn and dirty. Carpets in entire hotel were filthy and stained. Whole place needs update. Was absolutely not worth what we paid. Pillows stunk of dirty hair. We especially booked because we wanted a day at a pool. but when we got there, there was no pool. This should have been stated on website. Very disappointed in this. this is NOT what I expected in a holiday Inn.

The property is at a very good location, near to the best restaurant Salamanders and coffee shop in Kemptville; the suites are very clean and have a very cosy interior design, with a nice tv are, kitchen and dining bar.

Everything was right about Kemptville Suites; the mattress was too soft for my liking. Although I had a good night sleep in a quiet and well air conditioned room, I had a slight back-pain from the mattress - but I realize this is very personal as some people prefer soft mattresses!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The girls at the front desk were very helpful, we enjoyed the hot breakfast. Rooms were cleaned, location was just perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

Accessible room too close to the lobby lounge area, and elevators. Too noisy and beds were uncomfortable. The shower was h/c accessible but the layout was terrible. Water eveywhwre after each of us showered. The paint on walls are peeling as a result of this.

This place is neat and clean, staff is very polite! Breakfast was good enough for the price we paid for accommodation (breakfast was included) Coffee and lemon water 24/7 in the lobby. Thank you for everything!

The property was a perfect location to the Rhinecliff bridge exit as I was visiting relatives in Rhinebeck!

The parking was plentiful, the entrance to the property could be better lit.

I've stayed in many hotels by IHG but this was the first one where they dont provide water bottles. I called housekeeping and the lady was very rude and told me to walk to the market to get water. Everything else was good.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, comfy bed). Breakfast was good, though a few items ran out near the end. The place is spotless and feels very well taken care of. Everything was great.

WIFI was slow and dropped me put every 30 minutes. Horrible cable TV system and digital guide, Very limited NFL games. No MLB playoffs one night. Staff at check-in were good. Staff and manager at checkout were rude and could not produce a simple billing summary.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent, a nice variety to choose from. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Hotel was conveniently located to shopping and places to eat. Love that there are Dove products in the room for showering and such.

Firm pillows are not really firm. Bed was a tad softer than I prefer. These are personal preferences that I know may not be the norm.

Room was spacious & clean.Bed was comfortable The room was excellent. Staff very nice helpful friendly. Lobby clean bright open and airy.Did not care for the breakfast. Hot meal was good but the package pastry,hot buns and bagels were terrible.Look for a better company. They were all very dry. Coffee and lemon water offered was very good. Need to have maps of Kingston available for visitors. Navigational systems don't allow you to see the big picture of the city.

We have stayed at this location several times. It is near events we visit annually. Good value. Not far from highways. Shopping & food spots all within 2 miles. It has been consistent place to stay each time. Within the greater Kingston area, Saugerties 10 minutes and Woodstock within around 20 minutes.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many options for the complimentary breakfast. It was a conveniently located for exploring the Hudson River Valley area. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel and great location. Excellent rate. Room and bathroom very clean and quiet. Front desk personnel was very professional and courteous.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in a 2 queen room for a wedding this past weekend. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The room darkening shades are excellent. The breakfast was a great setup with many choices, including healthier ones such as yogurt, oatmeal and scrambled eggs. There were plenty of baked goods, too. They just got 2 new self-serve Costa coffee makers and the coffee was excellent. The guys working the breakfast were hustling and very friendly. The front desk staff were also very competent and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find about 6 functioning EV charging stations around back. Ask for the card when you check in. It's not the Ritz, but for a hotel in this category, it was a very comfortable stay.
