Reviewed Aug 23, 2026朝食が最高でした。つくば一の朝食と銘打っても良いのではと思いました。
でも不可解なことがありました。 客席から、風呂場が覗けるようになっていて、風呂場から客席を除けるんだったらまだいいのですが、、、ちょっと気持ち悪かったです。ホテルの方に聞くと、広い感じの演出！ お風呂からテレビが見えるようにとのことでしたが、ピンときません。 あんなにいいホテルなのに、ちょっともったいないなと思いました。

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026とにかくお風呂がきれいでした。サウナもいい感じの温度でした。朝ご飯がとてもおしゃれで男性の方のホスピタリティーが最高でした。お箸落としたらすぐ持ってきてくれたり、女性の方も最高でした。
特にない感じです。エレベーターに表示がないので、どんぐらいまってるかわかんなくて座って待っていました。

Excellent service from before arrival by setting up my reservations together in the same room, then I had to change rooms (due to availability) and they moved my stuff, I did not had to worry. They even gave me hydration masks as a present! it was amazing. Rooms were spacious and double twin had a sofa.
Nothing, Hotel was incredible, infrastructure modern, service amazing. I will return and highly recommend it.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026部屋が広くてキレイでした。大浴場を利用したので部屋のバスは利用しませんでしたが、バスに小窓がありブラインドを上げるとテレビが見えるような造りでした。次回利用する時はのんびりテレビを見ながらお風呂に入りたいと思いました。

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026スタッフさんの対応もとても丁重で お部屋はとても清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 大浴場♨️が洗い場、浴槽がもう少し広かったら、更によかったかなぁ〜とは思いますが、 全体的にとても快適で心地良く過ごす事ができました。 また、チェックアウトの時駐車券が見つからず 再度部屋まで行ったのですが、見つからず スタッフの方に話した処 直ぐ対応してあらたに駐車券発行して頂きました。 こちらの不手際にも関わらず、丁重な対応して頂き、ありがとうございました(_ _) お正月の自分労り(^^)の宿泊でしたが、とても寛ぐ事が出来ました♪ ホテル1Fのラ・ポルタでの朝食もとても美味しく 次回はお友達と女子会お泊りしたいと思います。♪

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Stayed here just one night as we had a visit planned to the space Center. Nicely designed comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are great with thoughtfully planned amenities. The breakfast was very good too. Loved the public bath - the change areas etc are very nicely designed and maintained. The front desk staff was very sweet and helpful. They kindly agreed to store our luggage for a few hours post checkout so we could complete our space center visit comfortably. Thank you!

お部屋のバスルームとの境になる扉が上部しか固定しておらず、閉まる前に手間に引っ張ると足にぶつかるのが子供連れだったので危なく感じました。

Reviewed Sep 2, 20257月、筑波観光のために家族で2泊しました。 駅直結と呼べるほど、駅近でとても良かったです。ホテルのエントランス出るとタクシー乗り場、そして駅。 よくあるビジネスホテルのような外観ですが、内装はもう少し高級感があって、お部屋も広めで良かったです。 お部屋にも広いお風呂がついているのですが、大浴場がありましたので使いませんでした。 お風呂上がりのアイスキャンデー無料はありがたかったです。
大浴場には女湯のみかな？パスキーをを入れないと鍵が開かないのですが、そのパスが毎日変わります。2泊目のパスキーは知らされなかったので、ロックが開かず、フロントまで聞きに行きました。 そこがちょっと不便でした。
