Reviewed Feb 10, 2025The owners were very helpful, polite and kind to us. They gave us the most useful advice for our trips. They woke up very early to prepare our breakfasts, we really appreciated it.The lhouse is really beautiful and clean, with many spaces to relax. The rooms are comfortable with big and clean bathrooms.The general atmosphere is cozy and special, you feel like in your own home.
The location is a bit far from the beach.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024The property itself is amazing, the decor and cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. I was looked after like a member of the family and felt very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone involved in running the place were cheerful and polite.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2024This is sort of a homestay, which means it gives a good value for your money. The land lady was very kind and friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. A small refrigerator in the room would have made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and freshly made. Lovely view (of the sea (sun set) and skyline of Colombo) from the top floor deck.
Not really a bad point (for the property) but as this was my first homestay, I was a little uncomfortable due to privacy (my own and of the owner's family), specially every time you go out and come back to the home (in a hotel you might not think about it). If you love safe/home-like stay, this place/host must be one of the best in the area. You may also miss a few other facilities you get at hotels. For example, an elevator.

Navigation in google shows different Location. Uber took more than an one hour to find the place. At the end, people were very friendly. You will feel like your home.

price/value ratio. Accommodation was more expensive than usual other similar ones in Sri Lanka. Only one plug in the room. No mosquito net.
