הבריכה מלוכלכת קיבלנו חדר משמעותית יותר קטן בלי פיצוי כספי שילמו על ארוחת בופה ל3 אנשים 640 שח - הייתה חוויה של חדר אוכל בקיבוץ ומחיר של מסעדת שף

חדרים יפים ומפנקים. מיטות נוחות מאוד. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת

שמשמינים חדר לזוג פלוס ילד מקבלים חדר זוגי קטן ודוחפים בו מיטה ליחד וזה מאוד צפוף ולא נוח. לשים לב שעדיף לבחור חדר משפחתי או חדר ל3 מבוגרים.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת. האוכל היה טרי וטעים. חדר האוכל היה נקי ונעים. הצוות אדיב ומקצועי. השטחים הציבוריים ירוקים ומטופחים.

החדר היה מעט צפוף עם המיטה הנפתחת של הילדה.

מיקום, מיקום, מיקום. מתחם הספא והשקט, הצמחייה במתחם, ארוחת הבוקר העשירה, קבלת הפנים המפנקת בקבלה והצוות הידידותי.

Well located, staff extremelly helpfull

הגענו ללילה בחדר משפחה התמונות באתר לא תאמו את המציאות כלל חדר עם נוף לגינה שהובטח התברר כחלון מלוכלך מאוד לחניה . החדר היה מלוכלך עם שאריות של ציפורניים כן כן , של האורחים הקודמים. לא לא היו מגבות או שטיח אמבטיה שהגענו לחדר שלא נדבר על מגבות ידיים שמעולם לא הגיעו . מלון עם המון חלקים מוזנחים בריכה עם מיטות מלוכלכות . בנוסף עד עצם היום הזה המנהלת לא טרחה להתקשר או לטפל בתלונות שלנו. שילמנו עוד 30% מהמחיר שצויין בימים מגבילים לווייה מאוד מאוד לא נעימה והשירות פשוט לא קיים.

ארוחת בוקר דלה

היה מאד נקי, למצעים ולמגבות היה ריח מאד נעים ומפנק, המיטה והמצעים מפנקים, אנשים אדיבים.

בארוחת בוקר, לא היה חלב, ולא היה סוכר, כאילו לא התכוננות לארוחת הבוקר עד הסוף. הלחם היה קצת ישן-הוא אומנם היה חם אבל צבעו היה לבן מה שאומר שהוא ישן.

צוות נעים ולא רצון טוב

באתר של בוקינג יש ציון של בריכה סגורה אך רק לאחר גלילה רבה מתברר שזה תמורת תשלום

מיקום מצוין, קרוב מאוד לים. המרחב הציבורי ירוק ומזמין. צוות נחמד ומלא כוונות טובות. שודרגנו למתחם הספא ללא עלות והחדר היה אחלה. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד

יש מקומות במלון שקצת נראים ישן ולא מטופח (לדוג הדק ליד הבריכה הפנימית). הצוות מאוד נחמד אבל קצת פספס הבטחה לשים בלונים בחדר ליומולדת (הובטח ונסגר מראש). דברים קטנים ולא מאוד משמעותיים

מלון יפה טבול בטבע, צוות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר טעימה. מיקום מקסים וצוות אדיב ונעים.

הבריכה היתה מעט מלוכלכת וקטנה ולא מספיק מוצלת, המחיר היה גבוה ביחס למה שקיבלנו אבל אולי זו פשוט העונה. התקשורת עם הצוות לא תמיד עברה חלק אך בנעימים

צריך להרים את רמת הארוחות , לשים מפות , להגיש אלכוהול , לשים כוסות לא חד"פ וכו

We stayed for a week, and it is a nice hotel overall, renovated, clean and pleasant. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. The pool area is nice, and it's a short walking distance from a beautiful beach.

They didn't clean our room for three days straight. I saw a huge rat on the balcony. Breakfast was lacking - short on stuff, short on plates and utensils, short on food. Just a messy experience. One of the two coffee machines was not working the entire stay, creating a long line for coffee. The hotel is completely overpriced for what it is.

אחלה מקום, שקט, נעים, מרווח, נקי, יפה.

ישנו באזור שמיועד לספא וחלק מהסיבה שבאנו הייתה הספא.. בספא עצמו יש בריכה, חדרי טיפולים וסאונה - והסאונה לא עבדה. יכול להיות שאם היינו יודעים מראש, היינו בוחרים מלון אחר. שוב - המלון היה מצוין. אבל בסיסי לעדכן את האורחים שהסאונה לא עובדת כשמגיעים לאירוח ספא.

הייתה חוויה נעימה ומרגיעה המקום ברמה גבוהה, רמת הנקיון גבוהה, ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת, המתקנים בספא טובים ומרגיעים, הצוות היה מאוד שירותי סך הכל חוויה טובה.

Property is clean, peaceful, quiet. Wish the pool had better hours(closes too early & opens late), we did not get to enjoy it. Also, not enough towels are provided for additional person even after you pay for the extra person fee. We asked reception and extra towels was not provided!

One of the best hotels we've been in Israel! The best value for money, quite, clean very nice, very friendly! It's out third time here along the last 4 years and every time, the quality remains the same.

very disappointed, the room had no hot water, they transferred us in an other room, much smaller , the bed was also smaller , and the jacuzzi was dirty . No room service , everything we need form the bar , we need to go and take it by ourself. for the price we paid it was very disappointing

the staff are super UN professional and for 700/800$ a night this is UN acceptable. We had to explain the most basic things over and over again

The Nea hotel is a nice and quite hotel near a beautiful beach and near to Rosh Hnikra and to every attraction in the north western cost in Israel .

we had a great time. a family of 2 parents and a baby 2 yrs old. great facilities, nice spa with great treatments, the location is very nnear a beautiful beach, and the pool and gardning on site is amazing! but above all, we will recommend this hotel due to a wonderful and friendly service!!!

Really great boutique style hotel with incredible personal service.

Beware of false room descriptions and unkind staff. On their website they claim to have "beach houses" however the beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there's not even a slight view of it from the villas. When I asked why they present it as if they have a sea view, they said they used to have it until they built a fence that blocked it. Why did they not update their website photos or their guests? I did not get an honest answer to that question, but I was told I'm being rude to question them.... In addition, our room was not cleaned even once throughout our 2 nights stay and we literally had to beg for fresh towels and shampoo. They claim they do not clean the rooms due to covid 19 situation, but they did not bother to notify guests before arrival or on arrival about that. When we confronted them that other hotels do provide cleaning services, they checked and then said they can facilitate it after all, whenever we are not in the room. Too bad that was already late in the afternoon after a long day of being out of the room... If asking for basic services and an honest description is considered being rude, then I guess we were very rude.

We booket the vila ( beach hous) , was very good, but the privet pool isn’t so clean , the room didn’t have sea view as the pictur , the hotel side its an old pictur , service is excellent, good food

Our stay at this completely renovatd hotel was very enjoyable. It started with the pleasant room in the quiet spa building and continued with the unusual and tasty breakfast, which was served to our table. The beach is within a short walking distance and the hotel staff is friendly.

The place is nice not more then this.. We staed at the spa ecxutive room.. the room was clean.. the balcony of the room was not inviting it was dirty and we didnt sit there. We took massage and it was ok.. The brakfest was great!

The villas with the private pools are highly recommended. We were 2 families with children and had a wonderful stay. Service is quick and efficient.

we thougjt that it will be bufe at the brakfast but it wasnt it was very poor eating, at the website of hotels.com is written that there will bufe but it is wrong.

There is a lot of potential! Rooms are well designed, nice amenities, great size and comfortable. But some small attention to detail around the whole hotel meant that it does not feel quite as nice as it could. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly. The pool area now has Strauss branded umbrellas and bins which detract from the vibe. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The indoor sitting area feels like it has not been furnished fully, no flowers etc. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented. Coffee was not great and what they called orange juice was oversweet reconstituted orange juice, not freshly squeezed. The place has been designed really well! Just needs a little bit more care taken on the upkeep and finishes. Overall, a great stay! Fingers crossed that they keep the hotel maintained properly!!

Very comfortable and quiet seaside resort. Rooms are spacious, clean, and convenient. Dining room serves wonderful, delicious, and modern breakfasts and dinners, which should not be missed. We could not use the pool, because it closed at 6pm and we returned from our sightseeing around that time; would be nice if the pool stayed open later. Nice easy walk to the beach.

great HOTEL

Its a great resort. Very well decorated, lots of leisure and green space, Snooker, Bar, and a tasty breakfast!

Not a good experience at all, the SPA area was booked for a tv production crew and we were not told, on Sunday there was no breakfast and the coupon the a close by restaurant had a very limited selection, of course we were not told in advance. Some of the staff were rude, I specifically asked for a quite room for our anniversary and we got the only room without a balcony in the entire hotel, when we asked why the rude staff member stated that we should have asked for a balcony. Are you kidding me? On our first night the bathroom drainage was clogged and all the water went into the room, the shower itself is really not inviting and I took a shower with my flip flops after seeing what the maintenance guy pulled from there. Overall - very disappointing, we should have selected a difference place, never again!
