22 bed dorm, always someone is making noise. for around 40 people, 2 toilets and 2 shower (female) not good. very dark washroom. please add some lights. there is a fan but always switched off, why? its hot in the washroom. no bidet in the toilet.

The room wasn’t clean, stains in the sheeds and dirty floor between the bed and the wall. Surprisingly not that ”nice backpacker athmosphere” like they promote it.

Only one toilet for whole floor. No source of water in toilet, neither privacy. Broken and rough floor of washroom. Hard pillow. Cameras in every room. No fun activities as they describe themselves.

Staff came into the room at 1:30am and switched the light on to introduce a guess when all of the others were sleeping. The AC was not allowed on from 12pm to 6pm making the room boiling during the afternoon. If no shoes are allowed in the hostel , then the bathrooms and floors need to be cleaner

There is luggage storage for long time (2 weeks in our case), But you have to pay a part, although it’s cheap, 150 THB per week.

I used to really like this hostel and I’ve booked more than 10 times since 2023 but it now it’s really bad. I had cash stolen from me when it was only me + 3 cleaning ladies in the room and I had left for max 10 mins to go to the toilet which was also seen from the CCTV, and they tried so hard to pin in to an Indian guy that was also staying in the room but was not around within the 10 minutes that this stealing has happened. 2 of the cleaning ladies lied about my interaction with them when I was in the room and was therefore proven when we watched the footage, but still, no action taken , and I was guilt tripped that if I continue blaming it on them they’ll lose their job and it’s because of me wrongfully accusing them, despite my loyalty to this hostel, they couldn’t give a shit.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Personnel très agréable, l'auberge de jeunesse prévoit des activités gratuites comme des cours de cuisine ! Les dortoirs et espaces communs sont propres et confortables. L'emplacement est idéal.
L'auberge est divisée en 2 parties, chacune d'un côté différent de la rue, ce qui rend les espaces communs destinés à la rencontre d'autres voyageurs moins pertinents. Si vous souhaitez rencontrer des gens, cette auberge n'est pas idéale.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The 4 person dorm was comfy and quiet, couldnt hear anything from the streets. The bed okay, and it was nice. Wifi was great, was able to work and have meetings. Location is nice, a bit crazy outside.
Bathroom was not the cleanest and we shared two showers between the whole floor. The room was hot and I woke up sweating only once, but to be fair that happens to me even in Canada. Its not as clean as I would like.

La habitación era minúscula, solo había espacio para entrar en la cama, los casilleros están fuera de la habitación.

Mitbewohner waren sehr laut u auffällig. Badezimmer gemischt und offen auf jeder Etage, wenig Privatsphäre als Frau um sich fertig zu machen. Benutzte Kondome lagen rum.

Las habitaciones geniales con aire acondicionado y suficiente espacio, tienes un espejo, una luz y dos enchufes en cada cama aparte del locker. La ubicación inmejorable, está a 2 pasos de Khao San Road, que es la mejor zona por la noche en Bangkok.
El check in decía a las 14:00 pero no pudimos entrar hasta las 14:30.

Just arrived and had blood on my pillow case. And a awful smell all around idk. Wouldn't stay for more than 1 night just to move on.
