Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Mi è piaciuta la camera, comoda e spaziosa, la posizione dell'albergo e disponibilità della signora titolare e del personale.
Non mi ha soddisfatto la colazione, i succhi di frutta versati su delle brocche ma non vi era scritto il tipo di succo quindi dovevi andare a fortuna, i cornetti la prima mattina non c'erano mentre la seconda mattina ne erano rimasti due e durissimi sembravano dei giorni precedenti. Inoltre mi ha dato fastidio che la mattina del giorno della partenza casualità non c'era la connessione internet e non si poteva pagare con banca o carta ma dovevo andare io a prelevare per pagare in contanti, infatti gli ho detto che avrei fatto un bonifico.

Le camere con mobili migliori, il bagno, e poi almeno qualche bottiglia di acqua per il benvenuto. Avere il frigo bar in camera ma completamente vuoto.....non è una bella presentazione.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Central, très belle vue de la fenêtre. Bel immeuble, soigné, beau. Joli village belle vue en balcon sur l' Ombrie. Personnel aimable et gentil.
Petit déjeuner étonnant pour l' Italie, aucun produit locaux, pas de pain... bon... Équipements un peu vieillissant, barre de douche qui tombe, pas de verre où on peut boire dans la salle de bain. Arrivée à 17h, 38 degrés, fenêtre grande ouverte... après la clim fonctionne très bien mais souvent elle est mise un peu avant. Des petits détails mais qui seraient facilement améliorés. Bon ça restait sympa!

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The room was pleasantly laid out with generous storage and surface spaces. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous and the location is as good as it gets. Understandably, given the historic and central nature of the hotel, parking necessitates a couple of minutes walk, or should I say amble, through this beautiful walled town. The Hotel provides a parking permit so no need to pay.
Some might say the breakfast was a little plain but I enjoyed it and the coffee was good!

Die Zimmer sind teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

L’Hotel degli Affreschi è uno di quei luoghi che riescono a unire eleganza, storia e accoglienza in modo naturale, senza mai risultare costruito. Si respira subito un’atmosfera autentica, fatta di silenzi, dettagli curati e una bellezza discreta che accompagna tutto il soggiorno. La struttura, immersa nel fascino senza tempo di Montefalco, è un perfetto equilibrio tra comfort e tradizione. Gli ambienti sono raffinati ma accoglienti, e ogni spazio sembra raccontare qualcosa. La camera era impeccabile: pulita, curata e con quella sensazione di pace che ti fa davvero staccare. Ma ciò che fa la differenza è l’attenzione: si percepisce una cura sincera per l’ospite, mai invadente, sempre presente. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la posizione: perfetta per godersi il borgo, perdersi tra le sue vie e lasciarsi sorprendere da scorci meravigliosi. È uno di quei posti in cui non sei solo “in vacanza”, ma ti senti accolto. E quando succede così, sai già che tornerai.

Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media. Posizione strategica nel paese. Si può parcheggiare a circa 200mt di distanza.

Sebbene la camera fosse accogliente e la signora alla reception gentilissima, il servizio generale avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria. La colazione era di scarsa qualità, non proporzionata al costo della camera. Il bagno aveva bisogno di manutenzione. Il bidet, ad esempio, era scollato.

The shower water pressure could have been better. Day one the water seemed fine but the next day it was like there was an overload of chemicals or chlorine… not sure what happened. Definitely wouldn’t drink the water.

Soggiorno in un'atmosfera tranquilla che rimanda al passato pur essendo una struttura che ha subito un recente restyling. Nell'hotel sono presenti numerosi affreschi cinquecenteschi e ottocenteschi. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata davvero super gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste.

Bagno in camera , totalmente aperto , parzialmente coperto da mini vetrate. Francamente come detto in reception , avrei preferito sapere come era la struttura del bagno prima di prendere la camera, in quanto il discorso privacy con un bagno “ aperto senza porte e ‘ veramente ridotta al minimo . La reception mi ha risposto che a molti clienti giovani piace .. risposta che non mi convince..
