Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The place was a building site with no staff in attendance and after trying to find any sign of life at the property i gave up and booked a different hotel through a different platform.
Abandoned property, perhaps because of security situation, but they should not be advertising.
Was affordable and decent.
They added 150 shekels when they found it was 2 people and not one even though on the website its the same price.
Very comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Very difficult to find a parking lot
Breakfast was easy plentiful and cheap
The front desk was excellent.
The toilet was broken, and the plastic parts were falling apart. The line for the bad was deficient quality.
The country aesthetic of the hotel
Helpful manager Really nice view from porch of trees and the valley Comfy beds and comforters
Everything was really nice. very well priced and located in a very nice area. We stayed in room 20 I would advise you to take a look at the second step leading up to the room. it is loose. Someone is going toget hurt on it
The hotel was small but very nice. The rooms were clean and the patio was fantastic. Very serene. The only small issues is that it is a bit far to walk to the Artist's Gallery but the walk goes through a park and it is worth it. Overall great experience. Would do it again!
All great
it was a great experience, will definitely be back
Good morning, The staff is very friendly and this is a family hotel, it is very simple but it is clean. The breakfast is good and abundant and corresponds to the photos. The center of Safed is approximately 3.5 km away, a vehicle is needed to get there. I don't know the public transportation system. The price is very good, and we had a great time because we shared with other guests who were very friendly. Thanks
I loved the view in the balcony. The staff was very helpful
Our host, Shy, was very welcoming. Parking on premises. Offers small simple Breakfast Clean and comfortable
Safed has lots of stairs but provides no maps or information on attractions. No way to find out what is closed. Requires asking a lot of people to get around.
Friendly staff.
Tiny room and toilets. Bad breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful host! Clean and spacious room.
The place is a bit far to walk to the old city, which is important to keep in mind.
The staff were very helpful and the views from the rooms were beautiful! Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is availible for an extra fee.
Although the area is beautiful, there are no restaurants or shops close by. A car is required to get to the hotel.
very very basic and not very clean no breakfast, too expensive
The property was on a hill with nice view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good value for the price.
The building was outdated, no lobby, feels more like a motel than a hotel. The location is far from the old town.
EreTzfat provided great value -- big room, central location, great price. Manager Shay was outstanding -- fun to hang out with for chats and gave great restaurant recommendations.
Bathroom was small, but didn't bother us. It was in line with the cost of the place.
